1. Automatische Erkennung Scankonfiguration auf verschiedene Archive

   Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben bei einem Staplescan Dokumente auf verschiedene Archive zu verteilen abhängig von der Konfiguration.

   Anwendungsfall: Wir haben Eingangsrechnungen verschiedener Mandanten die in der Poststelle ankommen. Anhand der Barcodes (beginnt mit Erkennung) sollen die Dokumente im Stapel gescannt werden und nach der Auftrennung in den einzelnen Archiven landen.

2. Allow us to disable the "Send reminder email" as the default option when reassigning workflow tasks

   When reassigning tasks in the workflow monitor window, the controller must un-check the "Send reminder email" option, if no email is to be sent. It would be better if this option was off by default (or could be changed in configuration) to prevent too many emails being sent.

3. Indexierung optimieren z.B. bei Indexfeld "Firma" während Ablage

   Wenn man bei DocuWare ein Dokument ablegen möchte, bei der z.B. das Indexfeld "Firma" ausgefüllt werden soll, so hat DocuWare Probleme mit der Erkennung, obwohl die Daten in DocuWare hinterlegt sind (z.B. über eine Liste oder durch stetigen Daten-Import aus dem ERP-System). Heißt ein Unternhemen "Max Mustermann GmbH" und man gibt unter dem Indexfeld "Firma" zuerst "Mustermann" ein, so erkennt DocuWare nicht, dass es sich um die Macx Mustermann GmbH handelt und schlägt dann aiuch nichts vor. Zudem finde ich die Suche mit Einsdatz diverser Sonderzeichen veraltet.

4. Bestimme Indexfelder bei Aufgabe änderbar

   Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben, dass man bei den einzelnen Aufgaben bestimmte Indexfelder wie z.B. Betrag (wenn Rechnungskorrekturen gemachten werden), KST (dann würde der Stempel kleiner werden) und Bezeichnung (falls wer einen falschen Text reinschreibt).

5. Auswahlfeld in Ablagemaske mit Jocker suchen

   Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man im Feld in der Ablagemaske aus der Auswahlliste mit Jockerzeichen suchen kann.

   z.B. in der Auswahlliste stehen zwei Begriffe (Test Docuware) hintereinander und man sucht nach dem zweiten Begriff (Docu)

6. Anmerkungen

   Wäre es möglich, die Anmerkungen automatisch einem Benutzer zuzuordnen, wie es bei den Stempeln der Fall ist?
   Auf den Dokumenten (Eingangsrechnungen) werden
   viele Anmerkungen von verschiedenen Benutzern angebracht. Später kann man nicht mehr nachvollziehen, von wem welche Text-Anmerkung stammt.

7. Reducing the amount of clips to make a decision in a workflow in the Docuware Mobile app.

   Currently, to make a workflow decision in the mobile app it forces you to click a drop down menu to make a decision. Overall, this process takes about 5 clicks.

   Docuware Mobile app should allow you to see the workflow decisions for the document when you open the document in viewer. This would be quicker and more efficient when moving documents through workflows on the mobile app.

   Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.

8. Form Only Store Dialogues

   Can you please make it so it is possible for people who have permissions to see a form able to store that form without having to assign them the store dialogue that is then visible in the web client. We have loads of customers that want users to be able to save forms but don’t want the user to have a whole load of store dialogues in the web client for the relevant cabinets. I guess the simple way would be to add a tick box to a store dialogue to ask if this was for forms use only so it was never visible in the Web Client.

9. BeA Schnittstelle für Rechtsanwaltskanzleien

   Die BRAK (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer) stellt interessierten Anbietern von Kanzleisoftware einen Zugang zur Kanzleisoftwareschnittstelle des beA zur Verfügung. Um den Zugang zu erhalten, werden Softwarehersteller gebeten, sich an die BRAK unter der E-Mail-Adresse zentrale[at]brak.de mit dem Betreff „Zugang zur KSW-Schnittstelle (Produktionsumgebung)“ zu wenden. Dann erhalten sie die Nutzungsbedingungen und weitere Informationen. Leider kann man das nicht selbst machen, sonder es muss vom Hersteller der "Rechtsanwalts-Software" ausgehen. Da der komplette Schriftverkehr zu den Gerichten und zwischen den RA Kanzleien über das BeA Portal läuft, ist diese Schnittstelle zwingend notwendig wenn DocuWare als DMS eingesetzt werden soll.

12. Indexeinträge-Fenster im Viewer seit 7.1 zu groß!

    Das Fenster "Indexeinträge anzeigen" ist seit dem Update auf 7.1 sehr breit und kann vom Benutzer nicht verkleinert werden.

    Bitte entweder auf die alte Ansicht zurückstellen oder das Fenster in der Breite veränderbar gestalten.

15. Outlook Exchange Kontoauswahl - Eingangsrechnungen (ZUGFeRD)

    Die Installation der Desktop Apps erstellt den Ordner "Eingangsrechnungen (ZUGFeRD)" im aktuellen Profil im ersten Microsoft Exchange Konto innerhalb von Outlook. Leider ist dieses im Zeitaltern von Office365 nicht immer das gewünschte Konto. Ein kleiner Auswahldialog könnte extrem helfen.

16. Show Next Run Time in Autoindex

    In addition to the current "Last Run" time shown in the overview, add a column that shows the next time a job is scheduled to run. This is was available in previous versions of DocuWare. I find it helpful to view when an autoindex job will run so my scheduled jobs are not all running at the same time.

18. Windows Explorer Client (WEC) wahlweise mit Anmerkungsebene

    Im WEC kann man die Dokumente im Originalformat wunderbar öffnen/anzeigen lassen, allerdings ohne Stempel oder sonstige Anmerkungen.
    Die Anmerkungsebene dort optional mit einblenden zu lassen wäre in meinen Augen eine wunderschöne Ergänzung für Kunden, die dort immer alle Informationen sehen wollen.
    Man könnte dies ja mit einer Checkbox in den "Eigenschaften", "Ansicht anpassen" oder allgemein im Rechtsklick-Menü vom WEC konfigurierbar gestalten - wahrscheinlich ist das alles in 30 Minuten zu realisieren.
