  1. Connect to Mail - add the ability to autorotate attachments just like with DWImport

    I have a client that has incoming emails with documents attached that were scanned sideways. It would be very helpful if we could import these documents with Connect to Mail and Autorotate them on the way in to the file cabinet.

  2. Make Connect to Outlook compatible with Office 2024

    I was told to post this here regarding making Connect to Outlook compatible with Office 2024. I feel like this should go for any items that use Office. Perhaps with each new release of DocuWare we should make sure it is compatible with the most current version of Office or at least have it on the schedule to be worked.

  3. Add the ability to choose which attachments are stored per email when using Connect to Outlook

    We would like the ability to choose which attachments are stored when using the email storing feature in Outlook (Connect to Outlook). Often times emails have multiple attachments and we are storing unnecessary items. We have to remove the unnecessary items manually. Presenting us with a box that lists the attachments where we can select each individual item or multiple items to attach would be ideal.

  4. DocuWare workflow email service can't send document with correct time stamp annotation

    Time stamp is shown with local time correctly when user opens documents from DocuWare web client. However if the document is sent by Workflow email service, recipients will receive an incorrect time stamp document.
    Please enhance DocuWare workflow to allow email service able to cater the time zone setting.

  5. Add the abilty to store email without attachment in Connect to Outlook.

    Connect to Outlook should have an option to store the email without attachment as a 4th option. Right now we have the following options when storing an email:

    1. Email and attachment, show email first
    2. Attachment only
    3. Email and attachment, show attachments first

    Would be great to have a 4th option: Email only
