  1. Web Form date fields to allow other formats to cater for UK / Australia

    When configuring / filling in a webform date fields are currently formatted in US date format.

    Can we please have the ability to set UK/AU format, or even better, ddmmmyy format to cover all (07JUL17)

    Thank you for your contribution.
    The date fields always display in the region format that is set up in the DocuWare Client. If the DocuWare Client is set to UK/AU format it should also behave the same in a form. If you never opened the DocuWare Client in this browser the form will use the format that corresponds to the region of the language setup in the browser.

  4. Back Button functionality built into Form

    When you finish a Form, it goes to a "Form Submitted Successfully" screen. If you want to fill out the form again, you have to hit the back button in your browser. It would be nice if there was a button built in the page that would either bring you back to the Form, or to the page before the form. Perhaps making this customizable. Or closing the tab/window all together after X seconds.

  5. Provide the ability to save progress of a docuware form

    Getting many requests from clients for the ability to save and return to eforms prior to submission. Seems like the frequency of the request is increasing as customers request more detailed forms

  6. create a way to make the pdf that was created from a form uneditable.

    I currently have a workflow that starts with a form - the document created by the form then gets stamped and emailed out. I can merge layers so the stamps are on the document that gets emailed out but the content from the form is still editable.

  7. Allow wildcard search in Docuware Forms

    As far as I know, there is no possibility to search with a wildcard in a text field based on a select list.
    Eg. :
    I have a select list such as AB 100, 1B 101, AB 102,

    I'd like to get the result "AB 102" if I type "102", or even just "102".

  8. Will we ever have the capability of having line items in a web form?

    Would be really nice if we could define line items in the database, and allow multiple lines to be filled in a form...

  9. Request for changes on linked lists

    We would like to make an evolution request that would allow for greater comfort in entering storage forms by automatically filling in a field with a list linked to another field and offering a single value.

    With upcoming version 7.6, the forms module will support "Multi Column Select Lists". This means:

    • Assign multi-column-select-lists to dropdowns
    • configure filters between dropdowns
    • autofill a dropdown in case filtering leads to only one remaining value

    Please let us know if you have further ideas or wishes.

  10. Add a URL Type to Form

    Ability to add a link to something else even another form. For Example:
    Choosing a client form a select list drop down but that client doesn't exist. click the link to add a new client pops up a form to add the new client which then populates the DB select list I am pulling from

  11. Autofill form fields with Workflow variables

    It would be helpful if we could autofill Form fields with data from Workflow. Example: If I generate a link/URL in Workflow to open a Form, the URL could contain Workflow variables with corresponding Fields which are then auto filled in the Form.

  12. Field Behavior function in Forms need ability to autofill fields based on entries in other fields

    If a field behavior is true then auto fill other fields on form with fixed text.

    For example in an I-9 Form if you choose "U.S. Passport" in the document title field then the Issuing Authority field need to auto populate with "U.S. Department of State"

  13. Be able to use predefined fields such as dates in a DW Form

    It would be great to be able to have a date field and just have it prepopulated with the current date. Also, would be great to be able to use currentuserlongname as a prepopulated item in a form field

  14. Incluir listas de selección filtradas

    Estará muy bien incluir listas de selección filtradas en los campos de Forms de Docuware similar a los campos en Web Client. Esto ayudaría bastante en llenado de formularios y evitara errores al capturar manual algún dato.

  15. Give the ability to not show the number from the Auto Numbering on a from.

    Give the ability to hide the ID number that is generated from the Auto Number system in forms. The ID number will still show on the submitted Document even if after auto Numbering id is not showing on the form.

  16. Multiple Choice option in Form Tasks

    I.e. A user is tasked with scheduling a delivery/service time with a customer. We schedule blocks of time with our customers (8 AM- 11 AM, 11 AM- 2 PM, or 2 PM- 5 PM). It would be nice to give the user those three options within their form task and select the option that they scheduled with the customer. I can think of a million other uses but this is just one example. Or at least, a block time value field, like date, date & time, etc.

  17. On mobile devices - being able to access the camera while filling in a form

    When filling in a DW Form on a mobile device it would be good to allow access to the camera while filling in the form to attach related pictures
