Daten zuweisen, Reihenfolge ändern
Hallo zusammen,
mir fällt auf, dass im Workflow Designer unter der Aktivität "Daten zuweisen" sich die Reihenfolge der einzelnen Einträge nicht verändern lässt.
Das wäre aber sehr hilfreich, wenn man einen Eintrag "dazwischen schieben" könnte1 vote -
Print to paper
The right click option to print only allows you to print to pdf with our without annotation. I wish there was an option to print to selected device. Sometimes, I really just need a paper copy to mail with a check. "Printing" a pdf document to open in a pdf viewer, to then click print, to then pick my printer and click ok is a lot of extra steps when you need a piece of paper.

Dynamic Store Dialog
Ability to change the store dialog dynamically based on the fields. For example the document type. Forms already has some dynamic fields based on others, and is very helpful. This would reduce the need to have many different store dialogs for each type of document.

Add ability for the DW admin to log off users.
More frequently we are receiving support calls from clients unable to login because a license is not available. Sometimes it's because users closed their browser and failed to Log Out of DW first. Other times, because a generic login is used and they are not sure who is actually logged in. In the DW administration tool you can see who is still logged in, but it would be helpful to be able to click their username and force a logout and immediately close the session from that same screen. Thank you for your consideration.

Gesandte Anfragen bei Erledigung markieren
Wenn ich einen Ad-hoc Workflow mit Anfrage senden starte,
dann bekomme ich zwar eine E-Mail wenn die Anfrage von allen Benutzern erledigt wurde, aber ich sehe in meinem Reiter "Gesandte Anfragen" auf den ersten Blick nicht, dass etwas erledigt wurde.Ich würde vorschlagen, dass es hier auch einen Blase (rot/gelb) mit der Zahl der erledigten Anfragen gibt und/oder zumindest, dass der Eintrag der Anfrage Fett gedruckt dargestellt wird wenn die Anfrage erledigt wurde. So wie es auch bei eingehenden Anfragen ist.

Ablegen mit Option 'Versionierung'
Wir schlagen vor, dass beim Ablegen die Option 'Versionierung' eingebaut wird! (z.B. für Pläne in PDF).
Die zuletzt abgelegte Datei soll als aktuellste im DW angezeigt werden. Und mit der bestehenden Funktion 'Dokumente Historie öffnen' könenn alle Versionnen abgerufen werden.

Eskalationen und Fälligkeiten im Workflow Manager sollten mithilfe einer GV definierbar sein
Moin,
derzeit kann man Fälligkeiten / Überfälligkeiten nur starr mithilfe "Anzahl Tage" definieren.
Mein Wunsch wäre, dass man diese Eskalationsstufen auch mit einer GV variabel definieren kann (Dezimalzahl).
neben einer variablen Zahl sollte zusätzlich ein Datumsfeld bzw. Datum&Uhrzeit-Feld genutzt werden können, um die Überfälligkeit zu definieren -das kombiniert mit einer Neuzuweisung wäre sehr mächtig: Damit könnte man eine Wiedervorlage so gestalten, dass z.B. der Admin die Aufgaben solange bekommt, bis das gewünschte Wiedervorlagedatum erreicht ist, dann weist der WF-Manager das Dokument dem richtigen Bearbeiter zu und er bekommt darüber auch gleich noch eine E-Mail..

Ability to reassign users to a workflow task on the fly.
There are times when it would be nice if users could be reassigned to a workflow task on demand. Sometimes there can be heavy workloads on a given task so the ability to add additional resources to the task would be helpful.

Allow pages to be deleted from a document prior to storing in File Cabinet
In some cases documents include a mix of double-sided and single-sided pages. If the document is scanned at a local copier it does not allow you to opt for automatic blank page removal like a scan station might. This means that the scanner picks up the blank side of a single-sided document, making the document larger than necessary. It would be great to have the ability to remove these pages without having to unstaple all the pages to remove them, then to restaple. This opens the opportunity for pages to not be restapled to the correct document versus going into…

Reducing the amount of clips to make a decision in a workflow in the Docuware Mobile app.
Currently, to make a workflow decision in the mobile app it forces you to click a drop down menu to make a decision. Overall, this process takes about 5 clicks.
Docuware Mobile app should allow you to see the workflow decisions for the document when you open the document in viewer. This would be quicker and more efficient when moving documents through workflows on the mobile app.

More Stamp Colors
We need more stamp color options besides red, green, black, blue, and yellow. Yellow is useless on a white background. When multiple departments are touching the same document, it would be helpful to color code department stamps. Thank you.

DWCould: Vorabinformation über DocuWare Desktop Apps Updates
Bei Kunden welche z.B. Citrix einsetzen ist ein zyklisches Silent DocuWare Desktop App Update oft nicht möglich.
Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn der Kunde und der DocuWare Partner vor einem Update, welches eine Komponente der DocuWare Desktop Apps betrifft, eine Information erhalten würde. Diese sollte Zeitpunkt vom Update, betreffende DocuWare Desktop App Komponenten und eine Updatebeschreibung beinhalten.

Mit digitaler Signatur versehene E-Mails entschlüsseln und archivieren
In der Kombination DocuWare-Outlook-Addison ist ein automatisches "Versenden & Ablegen" von E-Mails nicht möglich, da DocuWare digital signierte E-Mails nicht entschlüsseln kann. Dies führt dazu, dass in der Browseransicht keine E-Mail-Inhalt angezeigt wird.
Wählt man hingegen den Weg versenden und im Anschluss ablegen, dann wird alles in DocuWare optimal angezeigt.2 votes -
Automatisch ablegen: Deaktivierungsoption für die Abfrage "Möchten Sie die Dokumente nach der Archivierung aus dem Briefkorb löschen?"
Je Briefkorb sollte die Option bestehen die o.g. Abfrage deaktivieren zu können - ein unbeabsichtigter Verbleib von Dokumenten im Briefkorb und einer daraus resultierenden doppelten Ablage kann somit verhindert werden!

PLEASE add a dialog to confirm commit of change to multiple index entries
We had a client that mistakenly committed three index changes to over 2,000 entries. She intended just to update 1 record. She had no warning that this was about to happen. Please(!) DocuWare add a warning that the Save will affect X number of records. Or allow Admin to turn off the ability to edit multiple entries. Thank you.

keywords in forms and workflows
Ability to have KEYWORD field type in forms and workflows.
Also the table field types!! consistency between cabinet fields and forms and workflows would be great!9 votes -
Add data validation to store dialog
Have the ability to make validations and rules to a store dialog. It is important to prevent storing duplicated invoices for example.
The REQUIRED or not field is very basic validation. Forms already has field validation.

DocuWare Import sollte zwischen Fehler und Warnung unterscheiden
Es sollte möglich sein, wenn Dokumente vom DocuWare Import eine Warnung erhalten, diese trotzdem im Archiv zu archivieren.
Standardmäßig landen diese im Briefkorb, was jedoch bei Warnungen wie "auf den Inhalt des Dokuments konnte nicht zugegriffen werden" einen unnötigen Mehraufwand für die DocuWare Benutzer bedeutet.
Beispielsweise, wenn die Dokumente vollautomatisch, durch den Auto Index indexiert werden.
Es wäre also sinnvoll nur "Fehler" auch als Fehler zu behandeln und Warnungen als Warnungen.
Laut DocuWare Support ist dies mit der DocuWare Version 7.2 nicht möglich.

Connect to Outlook organisationsübergreifend (mandantenübergreifend)
Etliche unserer Kunden haben mehrere Mandanten (Organisationen) und müssen mehrmals täglich in den Desktop Apps die Verbindung wechseln, damit in Outlook die richtige(n) Ablage(n) zur Verfügung stehen.
Diese Kunden wünschen sich ein einfacheres Handling und dass die Konfigurationen zusammengeführt werden können - zum Beispiel, wenn ein User mit derselben E-Mail-Adresse in mehreren Organisationen registriert und lizensiert ist.
