Add the ability to use regex expressionsthe print and import template fields are looking for.
When you define a field in the print and import template to read something on the document, it would be good to choose the type of data that you are looking for, or even better allowing the use of regex expressions. This way you could have a larger search area in case the page shifts or there is small differences in the document layout, but you would be guaranteed to find the data you are looking for. This would be good for indexing and for document identification.

Variable
In the current date system variable on workflow, add the "time" because even if it is datetime the variable the time it is recorded is 00: 00: 00.00, to be able to use it in a field to keep control of the stamping dates of the activities, currently has to be done by other methods, when the simple thing is that they will also add the time to match what is stamped on the stamp

es wäre schön, wenn man einen Ad-hoc-Workflow ohne E-Mail-Benachrichtigung an andere Anwender übermitteln könnte - als Checkbox-Option je Empfänger wäre das toll.

URL aus Fremdsystem in neuem Fenster öffnen -
Der ERP Hersteller liefert eine codierte URL, diese zeigt ein Dokument dann im Standard-Browser an . jedoch im bislang geöffneten DocuWare Reiter. D.h. mit dem "Browser-Zurück" kommt der Anwender in die eigentlich DocuWare Anwendung zurück. Öffnet der Anwender jedoch nacheinander 10 Dokumente, ist das nicht mehr handhabbar. Daher wäre es gut, wenn der URL noch eine Info mitgegeben werden kann, dass diese in einem neuen Fenster / Reiter geöffnet werden soll.

Bei Nutzung der Anzeige eines Dokuments im separaten Viewer - dieses Fenster nicht immer in den Vorderungrund geht, wenn ich Beispielsweise ein anderes Dokument aus dem Basket heraus ablegen möchte.
Denn sonst wird bei der Ablage immer das separat geöffnete Dokument angezeigt, welches mit der ABlage nichts zu tun hat.2 votes -
Ability to remove commas
We have several clients that are migrating and in their Fortis setup they have check numbers or other numerical fields set as an INT field. These fields do no have a comma in them, in Fortis, but when they are migrated there is a comma. We would like to have the ability to turn off the commas in DocuWare for specific INT fields. Seeing as how SQL stores the data without commas, this has to be something that is being done on the website side.

Background Process Status Screen
It would be very useful if an admin can see, which background processes are executed right now, and, which are scheduled. Additional it would be great, if you can see, how many documents are not processed by ocr.

Touch-Modus funktioniert nicht
Der Touch-Modus wäre für die Betrachtung von großen Planunterlagen sehr hilfreich. Aufgrund eines programmtechnischen Fehlers funktioniert dieser nicht. Wenn man den Modus voreinstellt und DocuWare erneut startet, passiert nichts. Wird der Modus nach Aufruf eines Dokumentes und Anzeige im Viewer aktiviert, lädt DocuWare komplett neu. Folglich muss das Dokument wieder neu geladen werden, Touch-Modus trotzdem nicht in Funktion.

"Scan to FTP" with Auto Rotate
When using Scan to FTP to avoid having to use a local folder to be monitored by Desktop Apps, we cannot enable Auto Rotate when scanning directly to FTP... it would be extremely helpful to have that feature as the user otherwise will have to rotate the document manually either before scanning or afterwards in DocuWare.

Add a control to manage the 'Name' column in the folder view
In the Folder view there is a 'Name' column which is populated with the file name of the document that's been stored.
This 'Name' field isn't listed in the filing cabinet as a database field and you can't seem to be able to hide it or control it in any way.
Could this be added to the index values as a database field so it can be controlled and maybe utilised in some way, or potentially changed or set when storing documents either via an API call or manually.1 vote -
Highlighting bei Suche über Smart Connect
Wenn ich über Smart-Connect aus einer Anwendung heraus beispielsweise eine Artikelnummer suche, werden mir zwar die entsprechenden Dokumente angezeigt, aber ich sehe nicht auf Anhieb wo innerhalb des Dokuments der Suchbegriff auftaucht.
Wäre es möglich dies auch über ein Highlighting darzustellen (so wie bei einer normalen Suche auch)?1 vote -

Option to add public IP Address to filter locations where DocuWare Cloud can be accessed.
Must be option to have this setting altered by DocuWare support team.

Seitenansprung bei gehefteten Dokumenten
Bei gehefteten Dokumenten kann man nicht einfach das Dokument wie zB über die Seitenzahl anspringen sondern muss mühselig alles durchblättern. Heftet man einen Stapel von 30 Dokumenten, so wird das ganze sehr unbequem. Dies sollte verbessert werden

Intelligent Indexing OnPremise mehrere Modelspaces verwenden
In großen DocuWare Organisationen ist es nötig Intelligent Indexing in mehreren Archiven zu verwenden mit z.B. mehreren verschiedenen Dokumenttypen für Rechnungen. In einem Archiv wird als Dokumenttyp EK-Rechnung in anderen Eingangsrechnung oder Rechnung Einkau verwendet. Daher wäre es gut wenn man Pro Archiv ein Modelspace von Intelligent Indexing verwenden könnte und nicht nur einen Modelspace insgesamt.

Anzeige von tatsächlichen Zugriffsberechtigungen eines Dokuments
Derzeit ist es für einen User nicht ersichtlich, welche Benutzer tatsächlich Zugriff auf ein bestimmtes Dokument haben. Das ist sehr intransparent und gerade bei sensiblen Dokumenten kritisch.
Im Moment kann eine Prüfung nur manuell durch einen Administrator über die Auswertung der Indexprofile/Rollen/Benutzer-Zuordnung durchgeführt werden.
Schön wäre eine Funktion ‚tatsächliche Zugriffsberechtigungen anzeigen‘ z.B. im Kontextmenü mit der man eine Liste der Benutzernamen angezeigt bekäme, die aktuell aufgrund der bestehenden Indexprofile Zugriff auf das jeweilige Dokument haben. Das wäre sehr transparent und jeder User könnte sofort überprüfen, dass tatsächlich nur die Benutzer Zugriff auf das Dokument haben, denen es auch gestattet sein…

Make tasks "read" only when the image is opened
Currently it only takes a single click to cause the record to be marked as read, even though the image has not been opened with a double-click.
Bolded tasks are those that have yet to be read. Bolded tasks are also viewed by those monitoring the workflows. It is incorrect that the approver has read an invoice if they have not yet opened the image.

Add TLS encryption to e-mails sent from workflows
If a workflow is set to send a receipt to the person uploading a document and the e-mail includes the uploaded document then it would be great is the e-mail was encrypted. The risk is that the e-mail will include personal information that requires encryption due to GDPR legislation.

Smartconnect use readonly license
Smartconnect cannot use the readonly client without installing the webservices on a second web server. Please add the ability to have Smartconnect use the readonly license without having to make the whole platform services site read only. This worked in previous versions of DocuWare.

add a note tab per file
When you are in a file, there should be a note tab to write a note regarding any recent notes to the file.

Ich schlage vor, den Zugriff auf die Ablegen-Maske nicht mit einer 3-Tasten-Kombination zu machen (Ctrl-Alt-I), sondern so, dass ich mit der linken Hand auf der Maus bleiben kann ...
