Connect to Outlook / überwachte Unterordner können vom Benutzer nicht gelöscht werden
Ein Benutzer kann einen neuen Unterordner im Outlook selbst erstellen. Allerdings kann dieser überwachte Unterordner nicht mehr vom Benutzer gelöscht werden. (bzw. nur mit Hilfe eines Administrators)

Log annotations/stamps correctly in document history
When a document is stamped or annotated, an entry is created in the document history that is titled "Edit Annotations" but it doesn't say what was edited. We would like it to say what stamp was applied or if a text annotation was performed. Additionally, if a stamp is applied that changes index data, the index change is not logged at all. We want to see all index data change events in the document history.

Allow Search Dialogs to be configured for select list only
We currently have an implementation with an external multi-column select list and we have implemented this in several store and search dialogs and we have setup filtering on the columns of the select list in these dialogs. In Store dialogs we have " The user can only use entries from the select list to set the field" option to force users to perform data entry / indexing only using the filtered select list values. SmartConnect Dual Monitor Engine - Target Window Functionality
While using SmartSearch within SmartConnect (via button, readout area, and anchor), it would be helpful if DocuWare could recognize the targeted window, and not rely on anchor data to correctly read out a certain index value.
This would allow centralized buttons and remove the need for DocuWare to render buttons which may slow down one's system, or even spawn rouge buttons.

Get xml file with invoice importacions
It would be a good option to be able to scan files to Docuware and automatically generate an xml file to be able to work this file in other systems

Notifications Message: Provide more than one field for us to set up to show as the value for the link to the document.
We have a notification set up for whenever a patient submits a form. The index dialog has a First Name, Last Name, Document Date, etc. We don't have any way to uniquely identify this document without being able to show more than one field.
Unfortunately, DocuWare only provides one field to show as the link to the document.
We would prefer a way to use multiple fields to show more descriptively what the document is for.

Bei Ablage von mehreren Mails gleichzeitig solle man feste Werte Indivuduell mitgeben können
Wir sammeln E-Mail in Outlook in Unterordner, irgendwann ist der Zeitpunkt gekommen diese ábzulegen, dazu haben wir eine Ablagekonfiguration angelegt, alle Mails benötigen nun eine Kostenstelle und Kostenträge, diese Information nun jede Mail einzeln mitzugeben ist sehr mühselig. Es wäre gut, wenn ich diese Information EINMAL eingebe, und diese Werte für alle markierten genutzt würde, hier könnte man sehr viel Arbeit sparen

allow for notifications to be sent on a timer as a group, rather than being sent individually
Every time a document gets assigned to a user a notification is sent to the user. Some users can end up getting hundreds of email notifications daily. Would be great if the notifications could be held and sent on a timer as a single email.

Anmeldung mit alternativen Microsoft Windows-Konto
Guten Tag,
es wäre hilfreich, wenn man sich bei der Anmeldemaske nicht nur mit seinem eigenen, sondern auch einem alternativen Windows-Konto anmelden kann.Szenario: Es gibt einen PC, der in der Domäne ist und auf dem immer der gleiche Benutzer angemeldet ist.
Bei den Webanwendungen hingegen muss ich jeder Benutzer mit seinem eigenen ActiveDirectory-Account anmelden.
Eine Anmeldung mit dem DocuWare-Login ist allerdings leider keine Alternative.

Automatically change label names when you change a database field name
Currently, when you change the name of a database field, the dialogs all keep the old field name as a "Label". This forces me to go into every dialog (including result list and index dialogs) and erase the label so that it matches the new field name.
When I'm changing a database field name, it is because a customer wants the field name to change everywhere.

Mac OSX compatibility with Desktop Apps is ESSENTIAL. Otherwise, a web-based solution that is not OS specific would work.
Mac OSX compatibility with Desktop Apps is ESSENTIAL. Otherwise, a web-based solution that is not OS specific would work. Our school uses 99.5% Mac OSX. The web capabilities are the only way we can make use of DocuWare. But all features are not available, specifically, Desktop Apps (scanning, printing, etc.) These are the functions that we desperately need.

enable Conditions in Workflow to behave more like Select Case statements than If...Else statements
In one of our workflows, we have three possible conditions that could be present
Let's say these are A, B, and C.
The only way I can describe the logic about what is and what could be is to draw from my programming background.
Workflow only lets us set up the logic that it might look like this:
If Condition = A Then
... (A's actions)
Else
... If Condition = B Then
... (B's actions)

...... If Condition= C Then

Product Overview should be accessible for some users
It would be good to be able to allow certain users to have access to "Product Overview" in the Configuration so that they can reassign user licenses and check the capacity of the system etc. without having to be a full system admin.

Add Portrait and Landscape options on Forms. If the lines are too wide they are compressed to fit into the portrait format.

But one notice on that: Try using landscape merge forms to receive a document in landscape format.

Wir nutzen das Forms unter anderem, um mehrere Dokumente zu einem Vorgang abzulegen.
Die erste Seite der von uns angehängten Anlage ist für uns wichtig, da hier die wichtigsten Informationen drauf stehen. Einen Hinweis, ähnlich der Anzeige bei den Aufgaben oder gesandten Anfragen, über die Menge der im Briefkorb liegenden Dokumenten. Wenn neue hinzu kommen, dies auch über eine Farbänderung darstellen.
Damit wird es auf einen Blick erkennbar, ob neue Elemente da sind, in Briefkörben, die mehrere Nutzer gemeinsam benutzen.4 votes -

I suggest to translate to different languages, not only the web interface and the system entries, you could also add the name of the file cabinets and their fields.
