Im Workflowmanager SQL Zusatzfunktionen ermöglichen im Abfrageeditor
Derzeit ist im Abfrageeditor nur möglich im "Select-Teil" des Statements eine Quell Tabelle und ein Quellfeld auszuwählen.
Ganz frei kann lediglich der Teil nach dem "WHERE" geschrieben werden.
Wenn es aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht möglich sein sollte, dass komplette Statement frei eintragen zu dürfen, so wäre es sehr nützlich in dem Abfrageeditor typische SQL Funktionen zu ermöglichen.
z.b. count(), max(), last(), unique() etc.
Diese könnten dann ja ebenfalls per Dropdown ausgewählt werden und dem "Select-Feld" zugeordnet werden können.
Dann wäre es endlich möglich im Workflow z.B. eine solche Abfrage zu machen:
SELECT count(rechnungsnummer) AS anzahl_rechnungen FROM rechnungen
oder:
SELECT max(betrag) AS…

Position der Stempel fix vorgegeben.
Für das Anbringen der Stempel auf z.B. internen Formularen welche mit dem Stempel-Workflow bearbeitet werden, sollten die Positionen an denen der Stempel gesetzt wird vorgegeben werden können.
Auf internen Formularen ist der Platz meist schon 'vorgegeben'. Der Stempel sollte dann gleich an dieser vorbelegten Position angezeigt/angebracht werden, mit der Möglichkeit diesen noch zu verschieben. Vor allem beim DocuWare Mobile würde das unseren Kunden sehr helfen.10 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Tausendertrennzeichen bei numerischen Werten ausblenden
Kann das Tausendertrennzeichen bei numerischen Werten ausgeblendet werden (z.B. für Jahreszahlen)? Das sollte pro Feld möglich sein!

Prevent the user from storing document twice if the store button is pressed a second time while the document is in the process of being stored.

Leerseiten entfernen in DocuWare Import Konfiguration
Es soll möglich sein, dass DocuWare automatisch die leerseiten entfernt. also genau so wie bei Scanner App soll es auch Möglich sein das die Import Konfiguration das automatisch macht.

Stamp Bitmap with Form Field
Currently, if I define a stamp using a bitmap (a nice big angled "Rejected.jpg" image for example), I also want to require the user to specify a rejection reason.
If I do not use a bitmap, I can specify fields. But if I use a bitmap I cannot. This by definition means that I cannot combine a bitmap with a prompt to specify a region.
Please add the ability to use fields with bitmap stamps so that we can prompt users for additional data to go with the stamp.

Datumseingabe erleichtern
Die Datumseingabe ist sehr umständlich. Sobald man bei einer Datumseingabe sich kurz vertippt wird es äusserst schwer das Datum korrekt einzugeben.
Die Datumseingabe verhält sich dabei nicht intuitiv, das Feld springt von Tag zu Monat zu Jahr. Wenn man versucht ein Datum mit Trennzeichen (z.B. Punkt) einzugeben wird der Monat übersprungen wenn das Datum zweistellig ist (26 PUNKT 05 PUNKT 2016 = 26.01.2016).
Die Datumseingabe verhält sich einfach grundsätzlich anders als in anderen Programmen was die Gewöhnung sehr schwer macht.
Kann hier auf keine intuitivere Datumseingabe zurück gegriffen werden?128 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee.

Auto Index Failure Notification
When an Auto Index error occurs the workflow stops. There does not seem to be any type of notification that occurs, and typically is discovered by the end user when indexes are missing. An email notification to the admin would be great so they could address the error prior to an end users discovering it.

Crop print feature
I have clients that have plats stored (some of individual properties and others of whole neighborhoods or towns) and when they have customers come to obtain a plat drawing, the customer may want just a certain section and not the whole drawing.
So to prevent waste and remove several steps of using third party programs, I would like to see a crop and print feature add to the tools in the viewer. Not to edit the image but just to highlight a certain section of an image and print just that section.

Separate permissions focused on export option
In new versions we suggest that download, print and e-mail options be separate in the management of docuware profiles. These options should not be focused on the "export" option. For our organization these separate options would give a better control of permissions on users and is very necessary.

Problem with DocuWare link in email notifications
Users should be directed straight to DocuWare Cloud from an emailed link instead of the error 406 page when they don't have any pending action items in their profile. This is causing some confusion with our approvers. Below is the error message.

406 - Not Acceptable
Message:
The result list cannot be displayed. It cannot be found or you have no permission to open it.

Formular Erstellung aus einem DocuWare Dokument
Ein Formular direkt aus DocuWare, Dokument bezogen erstellen.
Fallbeispiel:
Kunde hat in DocuWare eine Eingangsrechnung und möchte dafür einen Überweisungsträger erstellen.
Einmal Rechtsklick auf die Eingangsrechnung -> Formulare -> Überweisungsträger. Formular öffnet sich und übernimmt die Informationen aus der Rechnung mit (evtl. über die Kundennummer Bankdaten aus dem ERP beziehen).Ich denke dadurch ergibt sich wirklich ein Mehrwert durch das Modul.

bei Rechtsklick auf "Indexeinträge ändern" Beleg im Viewer direkt laden
Aktuell verhält sich der Webclient so, dass bei Rechtsklick auf die Funktion "Indexeinträge ändern" in einer Listenansicht der zugehörige Beleg nicht automatisch in den Viewer geladen wird. Da man in diesem Fall immer auf Werte aus dem Beleg zurückgreifen möchte, wäre ein automatisches Laden hier aber sehr sinnvoll.
Momentan muss immer zunächst mit Linksklick der Beleg in den Viewer geladen und anschließend über Rechtsklick die Funktion "Indexeinträge ändern" aufgerufen werden.
Das vorgeschlagene Verhalten wäre aus unserer Sicht wesentlich logischer.

Remove preceding/trailing/in-between spaces in Store dialog fields
We having issues with certain fields (eg VAT numbers) in Intellix Store Dialog, these fields are used in conjunction with Filtered Select Lists.
Problem is - different companies write VAT fields different ways:
GB123456789
123456789
GB 123 4567 89
which is completely break our filtered select lists, since we query customer CRM for that VAT number, where all of it kept uniform, like:
123456789We need ability to format post-Intellix fields in store dialogs - remove spaces, or certain characters using Regex or just list of characters to be removed, like:
GB| |VAT (second item is blank space)Thank you

Benutzer löschen
Wenn man einen Benutzer aus der Administration löschen will und dieser einen Briefkorb zugewiesen hat, kann man dieses Briefkorb nicht löschen, sondern muss man entweder sich es selber zuweisen oder mit dem Benutzer einloggen und es löschen.
Jedoch wenn man sich diese Briefkörbe zuweist, kann man diese - meines Wissens - nicht eindeutig markieren. Das führt zu einem hohen Aufwand die einzelnen Briefkörbe zu finden und zu löschen. Oft findet man diese Briefkörbe auch nicht mehr, wenn es zu viele geworden sind.5 votes -

Forms signature via DW/AD credentials for forms
Forms signature control that uses DocuWare/AD credentials to confirm the user. This is standard functionality in many eForms systems

Be able to assign Stamps to only be availalbe for particular Task Lists.
Sometimes it can get quite confusing when a user has like 10 stamps assigned for a particular file cabinet. It would be nice to be able to assign certain stamps to only be available within a particular task list or index field value. This would eliminate issues where users are applying the wrong stamps at various stages of the Task List workflow .
For example, if a document is in the "Pending Approval" Task list, only show the Approved and Rejected stamp, rather than all 10 stamps assigned for this workflow.
