I suggest you provide a way to search for empty or null numbers and dates in index fields.

Allow more than one field display in select list
Allow the select list to display more than one field from text file or DB connection, so that you could have a field for the value to be selected and a description of that field's value.
I.E a GL Number to be selected and the description of the account that number represents.

Felder dynamisch ein/-ausblenden
Es wäre praktisch, wenn Indexfelder dynamisch in Abhängigkeit von anderen Indexfelder angezeigt würden.
Wenn zum Beispiel als Dokumenttyp "Lieferschein" angewählt wird soll nur das Feld Lieferscheinnummer sichtbar sein. Tatsächliche Anzahl von gefundenen Dokumenten anzeigen
Derzeit wird in der Ergebnisliste die Anzahl der gefunden Dokumente nur bis zur maximalen Anzahl (10.000 oder der definierten) angezeigt.

Implement an import jobs failure notification feature
Sometimes import jobs fail, particularly in a server environment where there is no way of knowing that they aren't running properly without hearing from a customer or explicitly checking on the jobs. Therefore, there might be times where documents aren't being imported for a much longer time than we would otherwise know. If there was some sort of notification that can be sent to an assigned email whenever an import job fails, it'd make it much more efficient with regards to troubleshooting that issue much nearer to the initial time of failure as opposed to down the line.

Add additional page for stamps
Reviewing the invoices can be difficult as there is not enough room for the stamps, so the stamp and the underlying text becomes illegible. Another seperate sheet solely for stamps might be an idea.

Es wäre schön, wenn man einstellen könnte dass auch bei aut. Versionierung ein Kommentar eingegeben werden kann ( Standardtext ist ja absolut nicht aussagekräftig) , oder zumindest eine Möglichkeit besteht den Kommentar nachträglich zu bearbeiten

MSG-Dateien Per Drag & Drop bzw. Importieren mit Anlagen im Webclient anzeigen
Wir haben den Fall, dass Outlook MSG-Dateien mit anderen Dateitypen in einem Laufwerk liegen.
Diese gehören zu Einkaufsvorgängen.
Diese Dateien werden, sobald der Vorgang abgeschlossen sind, als ein Vorgang archiviert.
Leider kann man in den MSG-Dateien keine Anlagen im Webclient bzw. im Archiv sehen, nachdem diese über Importieren bzw. Drag & Drop in den Briefkorb gelangen. Lade ich diese Datei wieder herunter, kann ich alles sehen.
Bei Connect to Outlook gibt es dieses Problem nicht.Ist das angedacht, dass man die Anlagen einer MSG-Datei auch sehen kann, wenn diese über Importieren bzw. Drag & Drop in den Webclient gelangen?

Ansichtsprofil für verfügbare Briefkörbe, Ablagedialoge und Listen in Benutzereinstellungen abspeichern
Mit der zunehmenden Nutzung von Docuware in immer mehr Unternehmensbereichen wird es hauptsächlich für die Poweruser wie Admins oder Abteilungsleiter/Geschäftsführung langsam etwas unübersichtlich.
Diese Nutzer benutzen Docuware im Verlauf einer Arbeitswoche durch unterschiedliche "Brillen" – zum Beispiel für die Buchhaltung. Dazu gehören bestimmte Briefkörbe, Ablagedialoge und Listen. Da sie in diesem Bereich beispielweise für zwei oder mehrere Firmen zuständig sind haben sie die zugehörigen Briefkörbe, Ablagedialoge und Listen auch für die Buchhaltung der zweiten oder weiterer Firmen immer eingeblendet.
Nun sind sie auch für das Qualitäts- oder Personalwesen zuständig und haben dort wieder andere zugehörige Briefkörbe, Ablagedialoge und Listen. Dies…

RegEx in Workflow-Bedingung
Ein Kunde hat die Anforderung, die Betreff-Spalte auf ein Muster zu prüfen, z.B. Ticketnummer. Mit den normalen Operatoren in einer Bedingung ist es allerdings nicht möglich, Text auf ein bestimmtes Muster zu prüfen, z.B.: "AW: AW: TT2455-36 Fehler"

Desktop Apps Port usage modification
Provide the ability to modify the ports that desktop apps are using internally. Currently having issues with 8090 and 8091 being locked by McAfee which requires IT intervention to modify those throughout the enterprise in order to run desktop apps successfully.
If 8090 and 8091 could be modified on install in a similar manner as the individual servers, it would eliminate an enterprise-wide headache.5 votes -
Allow entering a description when scanning batches of documents to a tray
Users are accustomed to entering a description when scanning multiple documents to a tray and this later helps them select them for indexing. This description may be a batch number, a date, a location from where the documents were received, the operator's name or any text at all that helps organize the documents. The current functionality only allows editing the document name after it is already in the tray and only one document at a time.

Be able to suppress "Please Complete My Profile" bubble without filling all fields
in 6.11, users now see "Please Complete My Profile" every time they log in. Please add a way for the admin to remove this pop up. The user shouldn't be forced to add their name, email and salutation if they do not want to.

Versioning by PDF-Print and Import
Actual we have to use checkout and document tray.
By connecting with an ERP-System this manuell work is impossible because of quantity.

add an option to be able to merge layers as part of a workflow so I don't have to create a task for someone to manually click the 'merge layers' button.

Allow error links to be hidden in Workflow Designer
It would be wonderful if we can toggle off the display of the red error links, maybe also providing some indication on the item that it is connected (for example change the color on the handle of the error output.) For complex workflows with many automatic steps, the error links can become overwhelming.

URL integration to allow the pre-population of an Eform
Ability to a customer to convert their pre-printed forms into digital forms but not have to manually capture all of the field information when it is already available from a 3rd party data source.

Tool für XML-Archivstruktur Export / Import in höherer Version
ich möchte einen Kunden gänzlich neu aufbauen, da wir ein 5.1c nur über Zwischenschritte auf Version 6.11 bekommen. Nun gibt es ja einen Archiv-Struktur-Export in eine XML. Diese XML kann ich leider in 6.11 nicht importieren - es gibt eine Fehlermeldung Der Support sagt mir gerade: Es gibt nach wie vor nichts um das zu konvertieren.
Es ist auch leider nicht das erste Mal, dass ich dieses Problem habe.
Das sind bestimmt 2-3 Stunden Aufwand, das alles fehlerfrei neu zu konfigurieren. Ich wünsche mir daher ein Konvertierungs-Tool oder eine eingebaute Funktion, dass man auch von älteren DW-Versionen einen Archiv-Struktur-Export machen…2 votes -
LDAP-Synchronisation: Mehrere verschiedene Benutzernamen ignorieren
Bei der Benutzersynchronisierung über LDAP (Active Directory) sollte es möglich sein, eine Liste von Benutzernamen zu hinterlegen, welche grundsätzlich ignoriert werden.
Gegenwärtig kann der Filter lediglich mit Platzhalter (*) arbeiten.5 votes
