In einem Stichwortfeld mit Tab die Eingabe bestätigen nicht ins nächste Feld springen
Im Stichwortfeld wird bisher mit Enter gearbeitet. Wenn man aber mit den Stichwörtern fertig ist und ins nächste Feld springt, drückt man aus Gewohnheit wieder Enter. Dabei wird das Dokument abgelegt.

Options for changing the font and the font size for search and result dialogues
It should be possible to change the font and the font size for search dialogues and result lists to safe space. Until now you can only use the zoom from your browser.

Allow attachments that are sent to outlook from web client to be copy/pasted into another active email thread without having to save locally
In outlook, you can copy/paste attachments from 1 open email thread to another without saving locally first. When sending attachments to outlook via the web client, all other outlook windows are locked (disabled), forcing you to save the attachments locally before moving them to various other emails.

If triggering a new mail from outside of Outlook there is no possibility to copy and paste attachments. Try this with the windows functionality of “Send to email” from the Windows Explorer.

Ergebnisliste - Ändern der Sortierreihenfolge verhindern
Bis zur Version 6.7 gab es in den Ergebnislisten die Option "Ändern der Sortierreihenfolge erlauben". Ich schlage vor, dies unter 6.9 wieder zu implementieren.
Unsere Kunden benutzen dies bei verlinkten Dokumenten mit speziellen Ergebnislisten. Ohne Änderungsmöglichkeit der Sortierreihenfolge durch die Benutzer wird bspw. sichergestellt, dass immer das neuste Dokument "oben" erscheint.
Versehentliche Änderungen der Sortierung durch Nutzer führen zu unnötigen Irritationen.

Link documents manually
Add a function to link manually two or more documents. We have a lot documents from different areas (Finance, Sales, Production etc.) but for the same product (movie trailer etc.). We want to search for the Trailer and want to see all documents about it.
All the documents itself are indexed in docuware. Clipping is not a solution, because all the documents are indexed in the System.16 votesThank you for your idea. Increasing the allowed limit per page for a document tray which is 100 Have client that needs to be able to select documents over 100 which she is not allowed to do right now because of the page limit in a document tray

Viewer-Position bei mehreren Bildschirmen auch auf dem Nicht-Primär-Monitor merken
Wenn man die Option wählt, dass der Viewer in einem Extra-Fenster aufgehen soll, (zweite Option), dann merkt sich Docuware (Stand derzeit 6.7) auf dem Primär-Monitor die Viewer-Position, was sehr angenehm ist. Wunsch wäre es aber, den Viewer auf dem rechten Monitor zu haben, der nicht Primär-Monitor ist und dass sich Docuware auch hier die Position merkt. Hier öffnet der Viewer derzeit wahllos.

Weniger Beschränkungen im Umgang mit SQL-Queries: Views und nicht nur Where-Klausel
Im WF-Manager in DW 6.7 habe ich zwar die Möglichkeit externe Daten abzufragen, bin aber auf TABLES und rein auf die WHERE-Klausel beschränkt.
Wenn ich einen VIEW nutzen könnte, dann wäre das Problem schon gelöst, da ich ein case select brauchen würde.
Das Thema mit der Where-Klausel könnte man im übrigen auch auf alle anderen Bereiche in Docuware ausweiten - nur die Where-Klausel nutzen zu können beschränkt einen sehr (bei den Auswahllisten kann ja noch ein Subselect machen) In diesem Fall will ich keine AWL sondern für einen zeitkritischen Prozess brauche ich automatisch gefüllt zu diesem Dokument ganz bestimmte Werte…16 votes -

Rechnungen innerhalb einer Auswahl
Es wäre in einigen Fällen sehr hilfreich, könnte man innerhalb einer Auswahl von mehreren Rechnungen einzelne Rechnung in der Bearbeitung überspringen könnte.
Dies wäre besonders dann hilfreich, wenn man eine Auswahl von mehreren Rechnungen bearbeitet (intelligent indexing) und bei einer Rechnung feststellt, dass u.U. etwas bei einer Rechnung aufgrund des Scanvorgangs o.ä. nicht stimmt. Aktuell muss man den kompletten Vorgang abbrechen, obwohl es vielleicht die dritte von instesamt zwanzig Rechnungen ist, die fehlerhaft ist. Wenn man eine fehlerhafte Rechnung innerhalb der Auswahl bei der Bearbeitung überspringen könnte, könnte man zunächst alle korrekten Rechnungen bearbeiten, um sich dann der einzelnen zu…3 votes -
"Neue Suche" starten in der Ergebnisliste
In einer Ergebnisliste gibt es bereits einen Link für "Suche ändern". Sehr praktisch wäre ein zweiter für "neue Suche", welcher zur Suchmaske zurückwechselt und die Felder leer macht.

Create logging process for Predefined Workflows
There is a need to allow logging so it can be documented that any of the predefined workflows, such as Auto-index Workflows, Deletion Workflow, Export Workflows, and Synchronization Workflows have processed when scheduled.
This can be imported for multiple types of audits, disaster recovery, and business continuation.

Stichwortlisten sortierbar
Hallo,
bei der Bearbeitung eines Dokuments arbeiten wir mit dem Viewer inkl. des Indexdialogs. Hier wird zu einer Rechnung mehrere Lieferscheinnr. im Stichwortfeld erfasst. Es wäre schön wenn die Stichwortfelder in der Konfiguration sortierbar konfiguriert werden könnten. Somit könnte der Mitarbeiter auch erkennen welche Nummer er zuletzt erfasst hat. Momentan wird die zuletzt erfasste nummer immer am Ende der Liste hinzugefügt.

Make improvements to Email Notification
Email Notifications are extremely limited in what they can do and how they are scheduled. They are also not easy to understand and/or test. I recommend the following improvements.
1. Allow groups and roles to be assigned to a notification. The whole point of AD synchs with a group is to reduce administration tasks but without the ability to assign groups/roles to notifications, then the admin has to assign users separately OR open a notification job to all users, which is not ideal.
2. Create an ability for a notification to change a field after execution. This will allow users…15 votesThank you for your idea. Miniaturansichten
Ich hätte gerne die Möglichkeit, die Miniaturansichten zu vergrößern um Dok. sicherer zu erkennen z.B. beim Heften/Klammern/verschieben ohne diese im Viewer aufzurufen. Sobald sich mehrere Dok. im Briefkorb befinden wird es unübersichtlich, zumal die Reihenfolge der Dok. sich je nach Scanvorgang oder Docuware print etc.ändert.

In the tab that contains the name of tray it would be an improvement if it also contained the number of documents in that tray.

Be able to delete pages from a document from viewer or result list
It would be nice to be able to delete pages from a document within the viewer or arrange the order of pages from the basket. I would also like to rearrange pages from the result list.

Passwortgeschützte PDFs im Viewer anzeigen
Beim Versuch ein Passwortgeschütztes PDF zu öffnen bekommt man aktuell nur die Meldung dass das Dokument verschlüsselt ist und ein Passwort gebraucht wird.
Meine Idee wäre. Wenn man versucht eine verschlüsselte PDF-Datei im Viewer anzuzeigen sollte man eine Passwortabfrage für die Datei bekommen.
aktuell müsste man die Datei in dem Originalformat herunterladen und dann öffnen.
