Auswahllisten neben Werten auch Beschreibungen enthält
Bei Auswahllisten stehen wir immer vor der Herausforderung, dass wir neben reinen Werten auch gerne eine Beschreibende Spalte anzeigen würden.
Bei der Zuweisung von Kostenstellen werden die Nummern für nachfolgende Prozesse benötigt. Für den Anwender ist es jedoch problematisch sich ohne weitere Beschreibung in der Nummernliste zurechtzufinden.
Eine Idee wäre das Einblenden von zwei oder mehr Spalten beim DropDown - Der Wert muss dann aus der definierten "Wert-Spalte" genommen werden.So könnte man sich lästige String-Verkettungen in SQL sparen, die später wieder durch Autoindex zerlegt werden....

Customize the CSV export from the DocuWare WebClient
It would be great if we the admins or even the users can customize the order and the fields that are displayed when they use the export to CSV file option in DocuWare.
As of right now it is showing all the fields that the user has access to. and the order is also not the same as the task list/result list the user is looking at.

Please use the modulke DocuWare Export for configurable exports.

Vorindexierte Werte in Listenansicht und Indexkartenansicht im Briefkorb anzeigen
In der Listenansicht und Indexkartenansicht im Briefkorb werden in selbst festgelegten Feldern vorindexierte Werte nicht angezeigt, lediglich bestimmte Systemwerte.
Es sollte möglich sein, diese anzuzeigen.Am Besten wäre eine Konfiguration der Briefkörbe ähnlich den Ergebnislisten.

Connect to Outlook: Able to Attach a Document from a Quick Search to an Email Reply
Situation: You have an email from which you need to reply to and attach a Document From DocuWare.
Suggestion: Rather than having to either download it or send it as a new document via the Quick Search, you should be able to pick the document and attach it directly to a specific email as an attachment. It would make it more efficient for people who use C2O and Outlook exclusively.

Anhängen von Dokumenten an beliebiger Stelle im Archiv
Es sollte Möglich sein neue Dokumente an einer beliebigen Stelle in Archiven anhängen zu können, wenn z.B. bei Hausakten zu einer bestimmten Rechnung eine Seite vergessen wurde abzulegen muss dieses Dokumente nicht zuerst komplett in den Briefkorb kopiert und dort bearbeitet werden.

Die Option "Wird die Entscheidung per Formular getroffen, wird automatisch ein Stempel gesetzt" soll ignoriert werden, wenn es sich bei dem „Dokument“ um einen Datenbankeintrag handelt

Pre-load upcoming pages in web viewer so pages load instantly
When a document is opened in the web viewer, it can take a while to render each page. Instead of waiting until the user clicks "Next page", the viewer should pre-download the next few pages in the background. This way, when the user clicks the Next Page button, the page can be displayed instantly.
This would make navigating documents much quicker/simpler for the users. Presenting content to the user as quickly as possible, even if it causes unnecessary bandwidth, is a primary concern of any CMS. It should be just as fast as browsing photo albums on popular social networking…

Connect to Mail nicht nur für Besitzer des Postfaches
Es sollte möglich sein, Postfächer zu überwachen, auf die man entsprechende Rechte hat.
Zurzeit muss man sich als Besitzer des Postfaches anmelden, um das Postfach auch überwachen zu können.Ein Administrator der auf "alle" Postfächer Zugriff hat, sollte diese auch mit Connect to Mail zentral archivieren können.
Diese Funktionalität gab es vor DocuWare 6.8 im Active Import.

Separate the Check Out/Check In and Set As Current Version Rights For File Cabinet Profiles
Currently the Check Out/Check In and the Set as Current Version rights are bundled together as the "Check Out" right under the File Cabinet Profiles.
These should be considered as separate rights as we should be able to give users the right to Edit and the ability to set previous versions to current versions without giving the users right to Check Out a document.

Radio button in Workflow Manager
To improve the ease of use, radio buttons should be implemented in the Workflow Manager. We have such buttons, we can create for example “yes” and “no” in one decision, and the user can just click once instead of open a select list and search for the correct value

Übersicht Lizenzen (Client License Monitor) in den WebClient Einstellungen
Jeder DocuWare Nutzer sollte im WebClient die Möglichkeit haben, zu sehen, wie viele Client Lizenzen verbraucht sind / zur Verfügung stehen. Für den Organisations-Administrator sollte dort die Möglichkeit bestehen, Client-Lizenznutzungen zu beenden.

Make Windows file meta information available
Access Windows meta information during indexing files in the Document Tray or in Import Configurations. Many files contain native data that can be valuable in the documents index, ex., for photos, timestamps, camera Id and etc. - this would be an advance equivalent to point and shoot for the operator and a huge enhancement to Import

Have SmartConnect recognize apps by screen-scraping.
So many applications, especially the web-based packages that are so prevalent these days, don't change their window name as the user navigates through them. This is reducing the effectiveness of SmartConnect because it's growing more and more unable to recognize where/when to place buttons. If we could include a hot zone that it would look at, much like it does when auto-populating index fields, to help it decide when/where to show buttons that would maintain SmartConnects forward-compatibility.

Add the ability to use an index field to pre-populate forms in a stamp
It would be beneficial to be able to add predefined values from an index field when creating a stamp with form fields. Currently, if you set a form field in a stamp to "Predefined Entry" you only receive the basic options like currentusershortname, currentdate, etc.

Offline Verfügbarkeit von Dokumenten inklusive Bearbeitung
bestimmte Dokumente sollten in dem Mobile Client auch offline Verfügbar sein und bearbeitet werden können. Sobald wieder eine Verbindung besteht oder manuell sollten diese dann wieder zurück ins Archiv geladen werden können. So könnten ganze Akten mit zum Kunden genommen werden oder Lieferscheine unterzeichnet werden oder ...

Restore the ability to drag and drop documents and unstapled pages to reorder them in the web basket
The last upgrade (Build: 6.5.0.5819) seriously diminished the functionality of the web basket. Please restore the ability to drag and drop pages so that they may be reordered in the web basket. If you split apart a document that has more than, say, 10 pages, it would be very cumbersome to reorder some of the pages in the middle of the document using the order of selection approach. The same holds true if you need to merge the pages of one unstapled document with another. If the documents are more than several pages, you will have to do a lot…

Überspringen in der Ablage
Es wäre sinnvoll, wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe, Dokumente bei der Ablage überspringen zu können. Wenn man viele Dokumente markiert und ablegt ist es immer sehr ärgerlich, wenn mittendrin ein Dokument noch nicht abgelegt werden soll (z. B. falsch eingescannt, schlechte Qualität, etc.). Man muss auf Abbrechen klicken und kommt zum Briefkorb zurück und muss wieder die restlichen Dokumente neu markieren und ablegen.
Man sollte neben Abbrechen und Zurüksetzen eine Schaltfläche mit "Überspringen" schaffen, sodass man die restlichen Dokumente weiter ablegen kann und das übersprungene Dokument im Briefkorb bleibt.

Automatischer E-Mail-Versand durch DocuWare Printer
Die Anfragen nach dem elektronischen Versand von Ausgangsrechnungen steigt. Über den Docuware-Printer würde sich das ja realisieren lassen. Allerdings ist es aktuell so, dass für jede Rechnung der Outlook-Client hochpoppt und der Versand der E-Mail durch klicken auf senden angestoßen werden muss. Bei Stapelabrechnungen von mehreren hundert Rechnungen am Tag ist dies nicht praktikabel. Hier wäre ein automatischer Versand ohne manuellen Eingriff wünschenswert.
9 votesDiese Funktion ist aktuell nicht in der Planung. Ein automatischer E-Mail-Versand am Client ist sehr fehlerträchtig, da der Benutzer jederzeit beispielsweise seinen Computer ausschalten kann, während noch nicht alle E-Mails versand sind. In Verbindung mit dem DocuWare Workflow Manager können Sie sich einen Workflow erstellen, der bestimmte abgelegte Dokumente atomatisch per E-Mail verschickt. Da dies ein Serverprozess ist, können die Dokumente ohne Benutzerinteraktion verschickt werden.
