Da der Webclient jetzt über mehrere Archive suchen kann, wäre es nützlich, wenn das auch aus Smart Connect heraus funktionieren würde

Werkzeug "Lupe verwenden"
In der Version 6.1 wude beim Verwenden der Option "Lupe verwenden" der ausgewählte Bereich im separaten Fenster vergrößert dargestellt. Diese Darstellung wünschen sich die Benutzer auch in den neueren DW Versionen.

Restore the ability to do an "OR" search in the web client when searching more than one index
The windows client had radio buttons for "And" and "OR" on the search dialog when entering values on more than one index. Example: Email file cabinet has a To index and a From index. I want to search for emails To or From an individual.

Automatisches Anpassen der Datentyp von externen Datenquellen in AUTOINDEX
Mit Active Import war es möglich bei der Indexerweiterung anhand externer Datenquellen (Datenbanken) die Feldzuweisungen auch vorzunehmen, wenn der Datentyp nicht identisch war. Das heisst, ein Datenbankfeld vom Typ Text konnte auch einem Datumsfeld in DocuWare zugewiesen werden, solange der Feldinhalt passt. Das „casten“ der Datentypen hat Active Import dabei selbst übernommen.
Mit AUTOINDEX ist das aktuell nicht möglich, weshalb im Vorfeld sichergestellt werden muss, dass die externen Daten mit demselben Datentyp vorliegen wie in DocuWare. Nur dann kann eine Feldzuweisung vorgenommen werden. Die aktuelle Lösung ist die Erstellung und Pflege einer speziellen Datenbank-View.

Access Rights
Access Rights to be determined in relation to layers on the document. Take the case of a document with bank details on it. Allow certain users to see Layer with bank details. Redact the bank details on layer 2 and give other users access to that. I can see this being beneficial for a number of different objectives

In welchem von zwei Briefkörben bin ich?
Wenn ich zwei Briefkörbe geöffnet habe und natürlich in jedem ein Dokument geöffnet ist, dann weiß ich nicht, in welchem Briefkorb ich nun bin. Die Entf-Taste entfernt zwar dann das Dokument wo ich zuletzt war, aber es sollte angezeigt werden durch unterschiedliche Farben oder Nicht-Anzeigen der Markierung. Sonst sind Fehler vorprogrammiert. Noch dazu wo es auch keinen Papierkorb zum Wiederherstellen gibt.

Leider haben wir mehrere externe Datenquellen (wir haben auf diese keinen Einfluss) aus welchen wir Listen erstellen und mühsam immer in den diversen Konfigurationen aktualisieren müssen.
Es wäre sehr viel effizienter, wenn man die CSV-Listen über Pfade auf die Dateinamen hinterlegen könnte und einfach die Listen durch die aktuellste ersetzt.
So muss man die neue Liste in X Konfigurationen immer neu einlesen (sehr Fehler anfällig und zeitraubend!)Weiter wäre es auch sehr hilfreich, wenn man die Möglichkeit "Text ersetzen" auch in numerischen Feldern hätte (das Ergebnis…

Intelligent Indexing & Select Lists
Intelligent Indexing and Select Lists needs to be linked in some way.
Currently when using intelligent indexing with something like Supplier Name as a select List only field it will pick up the customer name from the invoice but not match this name to the name in the select list. This then stops us from being able to store the document automatically.
If the field is a select list only field, some way on linking the customer names to what Intel Index finds would be great.

Make the Import jobs collapsible to make a list.
When there are many import jobs setup, it would be nice if they showed more as a list that can then be expanded (the item selected) to see the details instead of having all the details available at first glance. A long list means a lot longer to scroll to get to where you want.

Anzeige der Dokumente und Seiten im Briefkorb
Im Windows Client zeigt das System an, wie viele Dokumente UND Seiten im Briefkorb liegen.
Im aktuellen Web Client (V6.6.) wird nur angezeigt, wie viele Dokumente sich im Basket befinden. Nicht aber, wie viele Seiten diese haben.
Natürlich kann man auf "Tabellenansicht" umschalten. Aber dort sieht man nur die Seitenzahlen der einzelnen Dokumente und nicht die Summe.
Notwendig ist diese Anzeige zur Überprüfung eines Scans.
Beispiel: Ein Scan-Operator hat einen Stapel mit 20 Dokumenten und insgesamt 35 Seiten vor sich.
Nach dem Scan möchte er überprüfen ob alle Dokumente und auch Seiten korrekt in den Briefkorb importiert wurden.Dieses Feature…

Indexierung mit Tastenkombination, sollte wie in den alten Versionen möglich sein
In früheren Docuwareversionen war es möglich die Indexfelder mit der Tastenkombination ALT und E automatisch zu füllen. Es war egal ob das erste abgelegte Dokument aus dem Benutzerbriefkorb oder über eine automatische Ablage (Tiffmaker...) im Archiv stand. Das geht jetzt nur noch mit Dokumenten die aus einem Briefkorb abgelegt wurden. Tastenkombination STRG ALT L Das erschwert unsere Ablagetätigkeit erheblich.

Leere Formularfelder im Workflow Stempel ausblenden
Der Kunde nutzt im Workflow einen Kontierungsstempel um mehrere Koststellen, Konten und Beträge zu einer Rechnung hinzuzufügen.
Um es einfach zu gestallten, wurde mehrere Formularfelder in der Entscheidung "Kontieren" erstellt.

Betrag1Kst2
Konto2
Betrag2usw..
Wenn eine Rechnung jetzt nur eine Kostenstelle hat, werden die Formularfeldnamen der leeren Formularfelder (Kst2, Konto2, Betrag2) trotzdem mit auf das Dokument aufgebracht. Dies ist in diesem Falle eine Platzverschwendung auf dem Dokument.
Mann sollte entscheiden können, welches Formularfeld auf das Dokument beim Stempeln aufgetragen wird und welches nicht.

Would like to be able to find a Web basket by name on the server
Sometimes when trouble shooting it would be a help to know the name of the document tray when looking at the file folders on the server. We used to be able to do that on older versions. Our site recently migrated to 6.6 from 5.1b and all the web baskets have the same folder name with just a number appended. Ex. DWWebBas.000047 instead of "Accounting"

Left Clicking or highlighting a value in the search dialog allows you to select and can copy the value.
From the file cabinet, left click on any of the value allows you to select that value (highlight) and copy so that you can paste it elsewhere, like back into a search dialog.

Clip documents from File Cabinet
Requested ability to clip a document from a file cabinet to a document in the task list. This would prevent the need to "copy" to the basket, then clip, then delete the original from the filing cabinet.

Add the ability to print just the view of the Viewer Window
We work with many clients who view large drawings and sometimes need to print a section of the map. It would be beneficial to add the ability to print just the view of the viewer, even if zoomed in. Right now, if the user zooms in to the portion of the map and chooses the Print function, it opens in the PDF viewer and the user has to zoom in all over again.

Stamp locations
My idea would be to have the option with Tasklist to be able to set a specific location on a document for the a stamp to be placed automatically. Individual stamp configuration would be idea. Mobile clients don't seem to be able to get the stamp in the same spot as the web client.

Sortierung ändern bei den Vorschlägen von Feldinhalten
Bei der Ablage von Dokumenten wird bei der Eingabe in einem Feld Vorschläge von bereits eingegebenen Werten angezeigt. Die Vorschläge sind in aufsteigender Reihenfolge.
Die Reihenfolge der Sortierung sollte anpassbar sein.
Beispiel: Der Kunde trägt in ein Feld seine Kostenstellen ein. Er möchte, dass durch eine absteigende Reihenfolge die neuesten Kostenstellen oben stehen und somit die Ablage von Dokumenten schneller geht.6 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee.
