Allow to connect a select list (dropdown) with a webservice and not only with a database table or view.

processor
When stored the processor is the tray that you are in rather than the person that has created the document. This would make more time available to do other things in the long run.

Invoice date
Only the invoice date from intelligent indexing should be processed not the created on date. It has taken up a lot of my time going in and changing this for almost everything when our system crashed.

Allow to use Index Cleaner in DocuWare Cloud systems
Index Cleaner is a very useful tool but right now is not enable to use in DocuWare Cloud systems, so it would be great can use it with the Cloud Systems.

Option to set Merge Form Field behaviour as Single Line Text or Multi Lines Text
As default Merge Form Field displays text as Single Line Text and often text from a web form disappears if it's too long. They only way the text breaks lines is if it's linked to a Multi Lines Text Field from a web form.
Now with Fill Areas if I want to overlay text from a Keyword type index in workflow to a fill area that wasn't linked to Multi Lines Field it behaves as Single Line Text.
Could you give us an option to choose Fill Area behaviour (as a Single Line Text or Multi Lines Text), please?5 votes -

Able to add Stamps without decisions
Able to add Stamps without decisions being stamped as well.
Ie FIELD = COMMENTS
Stamp just posts
USER AND TIMEbut the field will still copy to comments.

Add a print option to the DocuWare Workflow so that they can be viewed in PDF format. This would be ideal for process mapping.

Automatisches Einfügen von NTLM in erzeugte Links
Wenn bei der täglichen Arbeit eine Dokument-URL oder der Link auf eine Ergebnisliste abgerufen und per Mail oder Messenger an Kollegen weitergeleitet wird, wird dieser ohne NTLM versendet und insbesondere bei nicht regelmäßigen Nutzern erscheint die DocuWare-Anmeldung. Dies erzeugt Verwirrung und eingeschränkten Komfort, wenn sonst, bspw. im Intranet mit NTLM und dem automatischen Durchreichen gearbeitet wird. Es wäre daher gut, wenn es - per Standard oder als Option - die Möglichkeit gäbe, NTLM in erzeugte Links automatisiert einzufügen.

URL-Creator - Möglichkeit Links auf Ordner zu erzeugen
Um das Portfolio des URL-Creator zu vervollständigen, sollte es möglich sein URLs auf Inhalte zu erzeugen, die als Ordner strukturiert wurden und bisher leider nur über den Webclient direkt zu erreichen sind.

Blacklist
Diese sollte stärker wirken als die Whitelist.
Zur Sicherheit sollte diese nicht für Admins wirken .So könnte man schneller einfacher und übersichtlicher einen Standard Zugriff für Alle machen, und einzelne User, Gruppen oder Rollen, mit einem Indexwertprofil den Zugriff auf einzelne Dokumententypen verbieten.

Add an option per user to be able to have "Keep Entries" ticked by default on the Store options
At the moment, "Keep Entries" is unticked by default and it is not possible to select for this to be ticked by default instead. A simple change, but would help our users out.

Index Wiederherstellen über Konfiguration
Wir brauchen die Funktion Index Wiederherstellen in der Administration bei praktisch jeder Server Migration.
Die Lösung ab 7.X mit dem CMD Tool ist nun aber ein massiver Rückschritt, da fehleranfällig und sehr umständlich und macht die Migrationen sehr viel mühsamer.
Weiteres Problem des CMD Tools, die NextDOCID wird nicht mehr automatisch erhöht und muss somit immer nachträglich über die Datenbank korrigiert werden.Wird die Funktion Index Wiederherstellen noch in die Web Konfiguration integriert?

Allow only data records in file cabinet
As it is now common practise to use file cabinets as hidden databases for workflow assignments (i.e. Approval Matrix, Supplier List, etc.) it would be good to have an option in the file cabinet settings to prevent users from accidentally storing documents into those cabinets.
In many cases the local DocuWare Admins who need to maintain those file cabinets are normal users and therefore may make mistakes...

Ausschließen von Feldern in der Ablagemaske für die Berücksichtigung von Autofill-Funktion
Für Begleitdokumente oder Schriftverkehr, deren Indexdaten wie: Kunde, Lieferant, usw. über eine Nummer im System qualifiziert werden könnten, wäre es sehr hilfreich, wenn man Felder für Autofill ausschließen könnte. Die Funktion ist sehr wertvoll, aber leider nicht für Dokumente, die aus Mails kommen geeignet, da hier die Metadaten der E-Mail die Ergänzung der Indexdaten verhindern. Der Aufwand zur Indexierung solcher Dokumente ist daher leider höher als notwendig wäre.

Anmeldungen in der Cloud nur zu festgelegten Zeiten
Es wäre schön wenn die Möglichkeit bestände sich in der DW Cloud nur zu bestimmten Zeiten anmelden zu können. z.B. während der Bürozeiten.Die Administration könnte über Gruppen oder Rollen erfolgen. Bestimmte Mitarbeiter hätten dann z.B. nur von 8-17 Uhr auf das System Zugriff.

Suchen mit Dialog und Volltext in Outlook
Es wäre super, wenn der User innnerhalb von Outlook auch den Suchdialog anzeigen könnte und dadurch auch Volltextsuche betreiben könnte.

Importordner am OneDrive / SharePoint
Wir haben unsere Daten komplett ausgelagert über SharePoint. Kein On Premises Server wird genutzt. Für automatisierten Import nach DW benötige ich nun immer noch ein Netzlaufwerk, das über einen Pfad mit Laufwerksbuchstabe:\ erreichbar ist.
Ich wünsche mir also die Möglichkeit, auf den SharePoint zugreifen zu können.3 votes
