Allow users that have access to several select lists to modify some lists but not others.
When users use more than one select list, it may be necessary for them to edit some lists but not be permitted to edit others. Right now, this is an either/or situation They can either edit all lists or no lists.

Import User Interface needs to be possible to sort by folder or taget, etc.
The UI of Import only displays about 8 jobs in the overview depending on screen resolution. Especially in installations with many users you might have 200+ import jobs running to monitor scan folders for the users for example. The interface seems very slow to load and that makes the handling of a larger number of jobs very cumbersome. It would be good to be able to sort the jobs in the overview by various different criteria in a table view.

Admin should have the ability to take ownership of configurations like printers, import jobs, etc...
Users can create their own configurations for trays, printers etc. However, the Admin can't even see those configurations which makes the system rather difficult to administrate. It would be much better if the Admin can see all the different configurations and, also, if needed take ownership. This could be linked with an automated email to the original owner of the configuration so that they are aware.

Automatische Erkennung Scankonfiguration auf verschiedene Archive
Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben bei einem Staplescan Dokumente auf verschiedene Archive zu verteilen abhängig von der Konfiguration.
Anwendungsfall: Wir haben Eingangsrechnungen verschiedener Mandanten die in der Poststelle ankommen. Anhand der Barcodes (beginnt mit Erkennung) sollen die Dokumente im Stapel gescannt werden und nach der Auftrennung in den einzelnen Archiven landen.

Eingangsdatum als Feldvorblendung
Hallo,
wir verwenden bei der Ablage einer Rechnung das Feld "Eingangsdatum". Leider ist in den Einstellungen zur Vorblendung nur als Option möglich, das aktuelle Datum zu verwenden, ein einzelnes definiertes Datum zu verwenden oder gar keine Vorblendung. Sinnvoll wäre es hier, das Datum der Erstellung des Datensatzes im Briefkorb angeben zu können (egal ob Import, aus Outlook oder per überwachtem E-Mail Postfach).

Add notes on workflow designer
It would be helpfull to be able to create personal notes in workflow designer. For example : I can note the last modification, leave a not on the WF for someone else...

Globale Variablen mit Inhalt von einem WF in den nächsten kopieren
Ich habe oft Workflows die nach der Entscheidung / Aufgabenbearbeitung eines Mitarbeiters weiter im Workflow an andere Benutzer gehen etc.
Jedoch habe ich auch schon mal Fälle, bei denen durch eine Entscheidung ein weiterer Workflow starten muss, da ich nicht abwarten kann, dass die nächste Instanz erst beendet wird und es kann auch nicht parallel im selben WF laufen. Jedoch muss ich im neuen WF alle Globalen Variablen erst mal befüllen, da die benötigten Infos nicht in ausreichender Zahl in meinen Indexfeldern stehen.
Schön wäre es, wenn man aufeinanderfolgende WF´s erstellen könnte. D.h. die Workflow-Felder automatisch aus einem zuvor erstellen…9 votes -
Comments section in the workflow
Some of our Workflows can get long and complicated, and for support reasons would be great to have a "Comments" node that isn't connected to the actual workflow, but simply displays in the viewer window. This way we can see at a glance what certain nodes are doing
7 votesThank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

Im Workflow generierte Mails indexiert ablegen
Im Workflow direkt anhaken, dass die dort generierte Mail mit bestimmten Indexdaten abgelegt werden soll. Andernfalls ist der Mailinhalt nicht nachvollziehbar, da man in der Workflowhistorie nur sieht, dass eine Mail verschickt wurde, aber nicht den Inhalt von dieser. Außerdem wäre dies hilfreich, um einen Vorgang vollständig nachvollziehen zu können, wenn alle Dokumente dazu im System zu finden sind.

Have the ability for a workflow to write data to different merge forms
When a document is submitted from a Form to a Workflow, currently you can only write back to a single merge form. However if the eForm has multiple merge forms you cannot write the data to multiple merger form.
it would be helpful if a workflow could write back data to multiple merge forms that are part of a single web form.

Verhindern von Dokumentablage nach Indexdaten
Es soll über ein Indexprofil verhindert werden, dass Nutzer Dokumente mit einer bestimmten Indexierung ablegen. Diese Rechte lassen sich aktuell nicht über Indexfilter einschränken.

Add shortcut to download selected file from clipped documents
With document which contains several clipped files we can not download selected clipped file (which preview is currently displayed) using any shortcut - we can only download complete document set as ZIP.

Abmelde Button oder Passwortschutz für Mobile App
In der Mobile App gibt es bis jetzt keine Möglichkeit sich abzumelden ohne die kompletten Anmeldedaten zu verlieren.
Weiter konnte ich keine Option finden um ein Passwortschutz der App oder des Gerätes zu erzwingen.Dies ist ein sehr grosses Sicherheitsrisiko beim Verlust des Gerätes.
So könnte theoretisch der FInder schlimmstenfalls auf sämtliche Firmendokumente zugreifen.
(Nicht alle Benutzer haben Ihr Smartphone mit einem Passwort oder dem FIngerabdruck gesichert).Mein Vorschlag, Abmeldebutton in DocuWare und/oder dass Gerät zwingend mit einem Passwort gesichert werden muss.

Allow us to disable the "Send reminder email" as the default option when reassigning workflow tasks
When reassigning tasks in the workflow monitor window, the controller must un-check the "Send reminder email" option, if no email is to be sent. It would be better if this option was off by default (or could be changed in configuration) to prevent too many emails being sent.

Allow for default import configuration, or clear the import configuration after scanning. We have multiple people using the same computer to scan in files. Often the people do not check the import configuration before scanning and documents go into the wrong folders.

Indexierung optimieren z.B. bei Indexfeld "Firma" während Ablage
Wenn man bei DocuWare ein Dokument ablegen möchte, bei der z.B. das Indexfeld "Firma" ausgefüllt werden soll, so hat DocuWare Probleme mit der Erkennung, obwohl die Daten in DocuWare hinterlegt sind (z.B. über eine Liste oder durch stetigen Daten-Import aus dem ERP-System). Heißt ein Unternhemen "Max Mustermann GmbH" und man gibt unter dem Indexfeld "Firma" zuerst "Mustermann" ein, so erkennt DocuWare nicht, dass es sich um die Macx Mustermann GmbH handelt und schlägt dann aiuch nichts vor. Zudem finde ich die Suche mit Einsdatz diverser Sonderzeichen veraltet.

Indexfeld-Tabelle im Workflow per Stempel auf Dokument anbringen
In DocuWare 7.2 ist es erfreulicherweise möglich, in einem Workflow eine Indexfeld-Tabelle zu füllen. Diese Tabelle muss aber unbedingt mit dem Workflowstempel auf dem Dokument angebracht werden (optional)!

Workflow Designer - Add option to 'Cancel' if Error exits not connect
When Publishing a Workflow and forget to connect an Error exit, warning is displayed only with 'Publish' button (see attached).
It'd be useful to have a 'Cancel' button as well to return to Workflow and connect the missing exit instead of being forced to publish incomplete Workflow.
