Einfachen Abgleich von zwei Dokumeten ermöglichen
Es sollte möglich sein einfach und komfortabel im DocuWare Workflow zwei Dokumente miteinander zu vergleichen.
Beispielsweise bei der Rechnungseingangsprüfung die entsprechenden Lieferanten-Dokumente (Auftragsbestätigung, Lieferschein, etc.)
Aktuell ist es so, dass in einer Workflow Aufgabe die relevanten Dokumente unter „Verknüpft“ für den Benutzer ersichtlich sind.
Klickt der Benutzer auf diese Dokumentenverknüpfung, öffnet sich eine Ergebnisliste. Wählt der Benutzer jetzt ein Dokument aus und öffnet dieses in „einem neuen Viewer Fenster“ und geht dann zurück auf den Tab vom Workflow, sieht der Benutzer im Workflow Tab nur einen weißen Viewer.
Wünschenswert wäre, dass der DocuWare Workflow den Fokus auf das Dokument behält,…

WEC: Möglichkeit zum Lösen vom Schnellzugriff (ohne Verlust sämtlicher Einträge im Schnellzugriff)
Über den Windows Explorer ist es möglich, DocuWare-„Ordner“ oder Briefkörbe dem Windows Schnellzugriff hinzuzufügen. So kann man beispielsweise den „Ordner“ eines aktuellen Projektes dem Schnellzugriff anheften. Diese Möglichkeit ist grundsätzlich gut und unbedingt beizubehalten.
Wenn man dann jedoch einen Ordner oder Briefkorb aus dem Schnellzugriff wieder entfernen möchte ist dies aktuell leider nicht praktikabel möglich. Bei Rechtsklick auf den Ordner im Schnellzugriff fehlt der notwendige Eintrag „Von Schnellzugriff lösen“ im sich öffnenden Kontextmenü (oder der Windows Explorer stürtzt ab und schließt sich ohne Fehlermeldung).
Vom Support wurde mir als „Lösung“ für das Entfernen vom Schnellzugriff genannt:

Task List: Assign a certain result list per task, per workflow, for workflow controllers.
Result lists are useful. Having multiple result lists is a necessary feature which exists for good reason. However, all users of all task lists have the same result list configuration. Whichever result list is picked as "Default" is used for every task list system-wide.
Example: Accounting users (especially workflow controllers) should be able to have different options available compared to approvers.
This also goes for the "edit index entries" dialog of the result list. Even if an approver has (and needs) permissions to edit certain fields for workflow tasks, we do not want to present this as an option when…

Mit digitaler Signatur versehene E-Mails entschlüsseln und archivieren
In der Kombination DocuWare-Outlook-Addison ist ein automatisches "Versenden & Ablegen" von E-Mails nicht möglich, da DocuWare digital signierte E-Mails nicht entschlüsseln kann. Dies führt dazu, dass in der Browseransicht keine E-Mail-Inhalt angezeigt wird.
Wählt man hingegen den Weg versenden und im Anschluss ablegen, dann wird alles in DocuWare optimal angezeigt.2 votes -
PLEASE add a dialog to confirm commit of change to multiple index entries
We had a client that mistakenly committed three index changes to over 2,000 entries. She intended just to update 1 record. She had no warning that this was about to happen. Please(!) DocuWare add a warning that the Save will affect X number of records. Or allow Admin to turn off the ability to edit multiple entries. Thank you.

DocuWare Import - Splitting Critiera - An OR Option
Would be great to have an OR option for spiitting criteria. Now you can only define AND criteria but the system would be much more flexible with the addition of an OR capability.

ZIP File nach Anhang von Files an Formulare
Wir nutzen Formulare zur Erstellung einer Purchase Order mit Dateianhang. Im Anschluss erhält der Lieferant per workflow eine Mail mit den Files als ZIP. Könnten die Files auch als einzelne PDF der Mail beigfügt werden?

DocuWare Forms vorausfüllen von Formularen via URL Prefix
Derzeit muss jedes Formular manuell vom User ausgefüllt werden. Einige Daten könnte man aber z.B vorab über einen URL Prefix aus dem Workflow mitgeben, damit z.B. Personalnummer oder andere Daten die bereits in einem Workflow vorliegen im Formular ausgefüllt werden. Dabei könnte man innerhalb des Workflows die jeweilige URL die man Entweder als Teil der Aufgabe ausgibt oder per Mailversendet entsprechend dynamisch bauen:

Als Ansteuerung könnte man ja die eindeutigen Feld IDs aus der Forms Konfig verwenden.

26 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Wir haben es unserer Sammlung von Ideen und Funktionen hinzugefügt und werden es weiter untersuchen. Wir können derzeit nicht genau sagen, wann diese Idee umgesetzt wird. Sobald wir weitere Informationen haben, werden wir den Status aktualisieren.

Allow keywords to be displayed and filtered on in the task view
You currently are not able to display keywords in the task list. A workaround is to populate them into a global text variable and they will be separated by commas. The issue with that is that they cannot be filtered on as the filter does not parse through the entire string to find matches.

Disableling the enter button when rejecting an invoice
When an approver wants to reject an invoice, he has to fill in some remark in de 'rejection reason' line. When this remark is long, the approver tends to touch the enter button to get a new line for comment. This entering activates the 'submit' button. To prevent this, the enter button should be deactivated and only 'submit' should be done with a mouse click

Enter in mehrzeiligen Textfeldern
In mehrzeiligen Textfeldern benutzen die MA oft die Enter-Taste, wie sie es von vielen anderen Programmen gewohnt sind; sie erwarten dass sie damit eine neue Zeile erzeugen. Übrigens wie hier im uservoice-Forum in diesem Eingabefeld.
Ist-Zustand: die Maske wird mit OK beendet, also Speichern oder Weiterleiten.
Gut wäre, wenn das Verhalten der Enter-Taste unter Einstellungen schaltbar wäre.1 vote -

Es wäre super, wenn Docuware C2O Kalendereinträge erstellen könnte.

It would be nice and helpful to click on the link and directly make the login automatically.

Benutzergruppen als Auswahlliste genutzt werden können.
Wenn ich eine Auswahlliste erstelle, benötige ich die Möglichkeit eine User-Gruppe zu hinterlegen. Somit werden die Mitglieder der Gruppe zur Auswahlmöglichkeit. Desweiteren wäre es von Vorteil, wenn z.b. der Benutzersync neue Mitglieder in die Gruppe hinzufügt, diese Auswahllisten sich dann automatisch aktualisieren.
Momentan gibt es diese Funktion nur auf onPremise-Systemen via SQL-Abfrage. Diese Möglichkeit habe ich in der Cloud leider nicht.5 votes -
Create a notification
If one person is working on a document in Docuware, another person can't save any updates until the first person is out of the document. If Docuware could create a "notify" button to let the second person know when work can be saved and entered (after the first person is finished) that would be great. This would be similar to the "notify" button in Excel.

Please bring back the option to Sort By: "Comments"
Please bring back the option to Sort By: "Comments". This allowed us to categorize and prioritize on items that are due asap more efficiently.

Create new document in Workflow
I would like the ability to create a new document within an existing workflow.
For example, I have a document going through the workflow to highlight user error.
We then decide halfway through the workflow that another document 'credit note' needs to be raised to credit the customer back.
I would like the error document to continue as normal and the credit note to be raised using the data within the workflow. This could be defined with Assign Data.
The document "Credit Note.pdf" would be added to the merge forms section in forms.
