Unterstützung von SFTP:22 in der DocuWare Cloud
Um Daten von z.B: einer DATEV ASP Lösung (Hostinglösung) in die DocuWare Cloud übertragen zu können, benötigt man einen SFTP Server mit Port 22. Es sollte daher möglich sein, den DocuWare Cloud FTP Speicher auch über SFTP zu erreichen. Siehe auch Supportfallnummer SR-168735-Y3L3F

In Workflow Task Escalations add reroute in Out of office settings
Using substitution rules is a hassle. Please just add a reroute option if the assigned user to a task is set to "out of office". This way a task can be reassigned easily directly in the Work Flow Designer.

Indexar o Actualizar valores de FileCabinet por archivo csv cargado desde WebClient de docuware.
Se requiere poder cargar una archivo csv desde la interfaz web client de Docuware. El objetivo es poder indexar o actualizar los valores de los file cabinets.

Highlight Search Kopiefunktion fehlt
Wenn man die Highlight Search verwendet, kann das Dokument aus der Ergebnisliste nicht in die Inbox kopiert werden, da kein Copy-Befehl vorhanden ist.

DocuWare REST API per Workflow verwenden
Es wäre hilfreich, für automatisierte Schritte in DocuWare Workflows per REST-API der DocuWare-Instanz Änderungen am Dokument vorzunehmen.
Speziell das automatische Aufbringen von Stempel für den automatisierten Schritt wäre interessant.

Ergebnislistenfunktionen auch in Ordneransichten konfigurierbar machen
Aktuell (DW 7.5) ist es leider immer noch so, dass in den Ordneransichten keine Ergebnislistenfunktionen konfiguriert werden können wie dies bei "normalen" Ergebnislisten möglich ist. Somit stehen im Kontextmenü einer Ordneransicht IMMER ALLE Funktionen der Ergebnisliste zur Verfügung. Insbesondere die Ergebnislistenfunktion "Mehrere Indexbegriffe ändern" birgt hier ein grosses Risiko für inkonsistente (oder falsche) Indexdaten die durch eine Benutzermanipulation entstehen können (gerade auch weil innerhalb dieser Funktion nicht alle Feldkonfigurationen berücksichtigt werden, z. B. selektive Auswahlliste).
Die Funktionen der Ergebnisliste sollen deshalb auch in der Konfiguration von Ordneransichten ermöglicht werden.

Anhänge sollten leichter betrachtet werden können
Hallo,
wenn ich eine globale Mailarchivierung mit Connect to Mail konfiguriere, erhalte ich EML-Files, in dieses sind auch die Anhänge enthalten, dazu benötige ich aber z.B. Outlook, der Viewer in DocuWare kann durch Blättern aber den Anhang NICHT erreichen, es sieht so aus als ob der fehlen würde, freilich ist mir bewusst das dadurch der Speicherplatz steigen würde, aber es wäre, so wie bei Connect to Outlook, viel einfacher zu betrachten

Enable AutoIndex To Write Back To CSV Files Without A Header Row
AutoIndex will write back to CSV files with a header row. It also writes back to CSV files without a header row; however, it writes back row 1's data to row 2, row 2 to row 3, etc. Then it doesn't write back the last row.
AutoIndex can support a CSV without a header row. Therefore, AutoIndex should be able to properly write back to a CSV file that doesn't have a header row. Since AutoIndex doesn't properly write back to CSV files without a header, this is one way the configuration of DocuWare can be improved.

DocuWare Desktop Needs To Store Information On When A Folder Configuration With An Interval Set Runs
The Document Processing Folder/Import configuration can be configured to run at a regular interval. Although, to set the time for it to run, one must run it for the first time when it is supposed to run for it to be scheduled to run. Unfortunately, DocuWare Desktop cannot record the time it last ran.
As a result, if DocuWare has to be restarted it has no way to know when to run. Therefore, since the job is active, it runs, which disrupts the schedule. SInce the Interval can be set, DocuWare Desktop should be able to honor the Interval when…

Docuware Export Tool
Have the ability to Save "Output Location" directory Path in the Docuware Export Tool without having to click on "Perform Export Now".
This would be handy to have because there a re times you need to set a directory but want to export any files yet.2 votes -
Simplify setting up SSL for use with DocuWare
With DW 7.6 requiring the use of SSL, the ADP's need a simpler way to set this up for our customers. It is concerning that we have to open up a hole from the Internet to each DocuWare server, just to use a SSL certificate to plug the aforementioned hole.
I was reading about a hardware vendor who purchased a SSL Certificate and then each of his customers could use his certificate by adding a 'prefix' to his domain URL, i.e. peters.docuware.com.
I believe that would eliminate the need for each DocuWare server to be internet-facing, just to use SSL

Move document trays configuration to User Management
Add a tab for Document Trays in User management so it is consolidated in one place. This would make managing document tray permissions much easier.

Aufgabenüberwachung Workflow
Bei der Aufgabenüberwachung eines Workflows wird angezeigt wer alles eine Aufgabe erhalten hat. Teilt man die Aufgabe einer Rolle zu, wird jede Person dieser Rolle die Aufgabe zugeteilt und auch entsprechend angezeigt. Sind übertrieben jetzt 100 Personen in der Rolle so wird diese 1 Aufgabe 100 mal angezeigt. Man sollte bei der Auswahl wählen können nach Personen oder Rolle.

"E-Mail senden" mit mehr Funktionen versehen
Die Funktionalität "E-Mail senden" in Listen und Ergebnislisten sollte mit mehr Möglichkeiten versehen werden, welche idealerweise je Liste oder je Archiv konfiguriert werden können.
Wünschenswerte wären bspw. folgende Möglichkeiten:
- Hinterlegen einer Signatur je Nutzer
- voreingestellte Hinterlegung von CC oder BCC
- vordefinierter Betreff, mit der Möglichkeit Indexfelder als Platzhalter zu verwenden
- Standard E-Mail Body vorgeben, mit der Möglichkeit Indexfelder als Platzhalter zu verwenden7 votes -
Workflow engine performance reporting tool
It would be nice if there were a cloud reporting tool that could analyze workflows for performance issues, long running queries, etc. and provide data on how long tasks are taking to complete behind the scenes. This would provide a good snapshot of what is going on under the hood. Currently any performance data or recommendations must come from support.

Es wäre schön, würde man Notizen in den Layouts frei platzieren können. So könnten erklärende Informationen ergänzt oder "Gruppierungen" mit einem Titel versehen werden.

Mehrspaltige externe Auswahllisten mit mehreren Datenbankfeldern verknüpfen
Ich schlage vor, dass mehrspaltige externe Auswahllisten mit mehreren Datenbankfeldern so verknüpft werden können, dass bei der Belegung eines Feldes automatisch die anderen Felder mit den Werten aus derselben Zeile befüllt werden.
Konkret geht es bei uns darum, dass wir eine mehrspaltige externe Auswahlliste haben, in der es u.a. die Spalten „Kontoname“ und „Kontonummer“ gibt. Diese sind auch als Datenbankfelder in DocuWare angelegt. Wenn ich nun eine Kontonummer aus der Liste auswähle, soll automatisch der zugehörige Name in das andere Feld eingetragen werden.

Ich schlage vor, dass die Optik der Oberfläche am Computer derjenigen der mobilien Applikation angeglichen wird
Die Optik und Suchmöglichkeit an einem Computer (PC) ist nicht gleich benutzerfreundlich wie bei der mobilien App. Hier sollte eine Anpassung erfolgen.
Weiter wäre es wünschbar, dass sich die Suche nach dem Google-Standard richtet und so mit wenigen Zeichen bereits Vorschläge kommen.1 vote -
Ability to copy or duplicate a table field in a cabinet
I have a client that needs the ability to store 7000 lines for some invoices and each line needs to be described in 3 different tables(12 columns for each table). Because of the limits imposed by table fields (1000 rows max per table), I need to create 21 identical tables by hand, which is... heavy...
This problem led me to this post, where I am sharing my frustration and I hope that the community will vote for this topic :) .
