Add the ability to run workflows on web baskets
Since web baskets are technically cabinets in the background, I'd like the ability to run workflows on them. For example, I'd like to run a deletion workflow at the end of each week on some of the baskets to purge the remaining documents that users didn't delete when they were finished.

Aktuell ist es uns nicht gelungen Ergebnisliste und Dokumentenvorschau in einem Fenster darzustellen, es wird immer ein zweites Browserfenster geöffnet.

Anzeige der Anzahl der Dokumente in einer Aufgabenliste und Verlinkten Dokumenten
Hinter dem Namen jeder Aufgabenliste und dem Namen der Verlinkten Dokumente wird automatisch in Klammern die Anzahl der Dokumente angezeigt, die sich in der Aufgabenliste befinden oder mit dem aktuellen Dokument verlinkt sind. Falls keine Verlinkungen zu einem anderen Dokument besteht, wird die Verlinkungen auch nicht angezeigt. Dadurch kann der Nutzer seine Arbeit zielführend erfüllen und muss nicht unnötig leere Aufgabenlisten öffnen.
Die verlinkten Dokumente sollten ebenfalls auch bei Dokumenten angezeigt werden, die als einzelnes Dokument über die URL-Integration geöffnet wurden.

Ich schlage dringend vor die Drop-Down-Liste für den Dokumententyp zu erweitern, hier beschweren sich wirklich alle TEST-User weil die ganz normalen "deutschen" Begriffe nicht drin sind, so wie:
Eingangsrechnung
ausgangsrechnung
Gutschrift
Rechnung
Angebot
etc...
nicht darin vorkommen, oft bekommt man bei einer "deutschen" Auftragsbestätigung den Vorschlag "order confirmation" ... usw. ... dann kommt diese gelbe Box die wiederum allen sehr lästig ist !!!
An solchen Kleinigkeiten scheitert so ein Projekt sehr häufig, ich habe schon von 3 Testern hier ein Rückantwort bekommen !!!
Diese Liste sollte individuell zu erweitern sein.MFG

Manual Adjustment of Connector Lines in Web Workflow Designer
In the current Web Workflow Designer, connector lines between activities are automatically routed. However, users cannot manually adjust the shape of these lines, such as bend points, curves, or routing paths.
This limitation makes it difficult to maintain clear and readable workflows,
especially in complex scenarios where multiple activities and connections overlap.It would be highly beneficial to allow users to manually adjust connector lines (e.g., moving bend points or customizing routing paths), or provide an option to switch between automatic and manual routing.

User Attributes for Improved Rights and Index Profiles Management
I would like to suggest the addition of configurable user attributes in DocuWare. These attributes could either be fixed (system-defined) or custom (administrator-defined) and assigned directly to users.
For example:
A Manager attribute that stores the login of the user’s manager, referencing another DocuWare account.
A Department/Service attribute where administrators can set a fixed value.
These attributes could then be used in index profiles and rights management. For instance, if the index field SERVICE contains the value defined in the user’s SERVICE attribute, the user would automatically have access according to that rule.

Zeilenumbrüche innerhalb der Beschreibung bei Workflowaufgaben
Es sollte möglich sein, einen Zeilenumbruch innerhalb der Workflow Aufgabe bei den Dialogfeldern "Beschreibung"->"Vordefinierter Eintrag"->"Text" einzufügen. Anstatt das für jede Information ein eigenes Dialogfeld benötigt wird, könnte man alles in eins zusammenfügen, was den Aufwand reduzieren würde.

Vorausfüllen der Tabellen in Forms
Guten Tag, die Tabellenfunktion wird von unseren Kunden gut angenommen, jedoch fehlt eine entscheidende Funktion. Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben die Tabellen mit bereits vorhandenen Tabellen aus Docuware und/oder Zeilen mit festen Einträgen vorauszufüllen.
Um konkrete Beispiele zu nennen, wir haben Kunden, die Artikel über eine Tabelle in Forms erfassen. Diese Tabelle wird im Anschluss in einem zweiten Formular benötigt, wo zum Beispiel die Menge kontrolliert und verändert wird.
Ein anderes Beispiel wäre ebenfalls das Erfassen von Artikeln, wobei über einen festen Wert bereits Zeile 1-3 mit Standardartikeln und Nummern gefüllt werden, da man diese immer benötigt.Diese Funktion wird…

Allow the admin to reset passwords for users in User Management
Prior to 7.11 the administrator was able to rese the users' passwords themselves in the User Management tab. This has been changed to only allowing the admin to send password reset emails. Alliowing the admin to change the password is incredibly helpful.

Wird aktuell aus einer Workflow-Aktivität eine Dokumentverknüpfung aufgerufen (bspw. Projektmappe), öffnet sich ein weiterer Reiter unter "Aufgaben".
Wird der Reiter mit der Dokumentenverknüpfung geschlossen, öffnet sich immer die Workflow Aufgabenliste des in der Reihe letzten Workflows.Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn beim Schließen der Dokumentverknüpfung wieder die letzte Workflow-Aktivität geöffnet wird. So muss bei vielen Workflow-Instanzen nicht erneut gesucht werden.

Enhance the User Sychronization v2 tool to be able to handle larger LDAP customers.
since the v1 User Sync tool, that worked in large LDAP accounts, was removed from v7.10, large LDAP User Sync's cannot be done. It fails. This needs to be updated/replaced with a tool that can handle large LDAP or change the way it extracts the information.

Enable to use the default select list values when using a Japanese Keyboard.
*Entering numbers for example “１２３４” as the whole width version(全角) into numeric or decimal fields and hitting the spacebar would enter into the field as “12341234...”. Try entering a number by letting that number selection menu open, and press space bar and arrow keys. Using numpad, numpad area on the regular keyboard or numbers on the top of the keyboard all same behavior.
Using numbers on the top row on the keyboard:
1 Enter １２３４ as the whole width version(全角)
2 hit space bar: empty

DW Dsesktop Dependencies need to be upgraded.
For DW Desktop to work properly, MS visual c++ redist 2010 needs to be installed.
This product is EoL and EoS from Microsoft years ago. This poses an security risk.
And larger companies escpesially, do not want to have old outdated components installed.9 votes -
Die OCR Erkennung bitte auch auf eingebettete Grafiken anwenden!
Man bekommt leider sehr viele PDF-Rechnungen, in denen das Briefpapier als Grafik hinterlegt ist. Die in den Grafiken wirklich sehr gut lesbaren Texte werden aktuell von der OCR nicht bearbeitet! Intelligent Indexing ist das nicht! Ich muss immer wieder abtippen, obwohl das gleiche Dokument einmal gedruckt und eingescannt ohne Probleme indexiert worden wäre! Bitte aktivieren Sie die Texterkennung in Grafiken innerhalb von PDF-Dateien! DANKE

Allow Numeric Field and Date Fields in Select List used in Form. This would be helpful in certain use case Scenarios like conveyance reimbursement, Local Conveyance etc., So that user can select the dates and amounts from Select list.

Recycle Bin
Items we delete from DocuWare are archived, for this reason we do not need to keep items in the recycle bin for 30 days. We suggest to be able to amend the time period to keep or to activate or deactivate the functionality as it does take extra storage which we now have to manually sit an delete. A search option on the deleted items will also be handy to make it easy to restore a specific item.

Allow attachments to be stored as different documents instead of clipped to the form. Example. I have a vendor application, and they attach multiple documents, have each attachment stored as it's own document with the data from the Form as index values.

Docuware cloud - add ablility to sort licenses by name
In Product Overview it would be nice to have the ability to sort the licenses by name or reorder the licenses so they are in alphabetical order. Currently it is hard to find licenses if you have more that 20.

Schreibschutz in Tabellenzeilen und Tabellspalten
Wir nutzen die Tabellenfunktion in der Rechnungsverarbeitung für eine Prüfung anhand von Kostenstellenbearbeitern. Der Bearbeiter wird nach Kostenstelle automatisch ermittelt. Es macht dabei Sinn, dass der Bearbeiter auch die Kostenstellen sieht für die er nicht zuständig ist, er aber dieselben in der Prüfung weder löschen noch verändern darf.
Dafür wäre es hilfreich, wenn in Tabellen a) Zeilen b) Spalten und c) Felder programmatisch gesperrt werden könnten im Workflow. Dabei wäre es sinnvoll wenn man bei den Feldrechten unterscheidet zwischen Hinzufügen, Ändern, Entfernen.

Possibility of using variables/fields in the task description
In Task description, it would be useful to be able to enter values from a variable or an index field.
This would allow you to have a more complete description of the task to be carried out and to make the correct decision without having to select various decisions.For example, at the first step of the flow the operator enters a note, if I could have that note in the task description, the supervisor can choose between the two decisions without having to read the operator's note in the first decision and reject it with the second decision.
