Notifications to show value of a certain field
we have the "Show value of this field as a link" option in the message section of a notification.
I want to be able to add just the value of the field without a link embedded to it.

Re-index selected store documents if an import configuration is changed
In some cases, Import configuration indexing doesn't work as well as expected, perhaps due to improper setting, or incorrect anchor, It would be nice to be able to re-index selected misindexed documents once the import configuration is changed

can we name our documents before scanning so that we can find it easily in our tray
We were able to name our documents in Fortis before scanning but don't seem to be able to do so with DocuWare. It makes it easier to find a document in your intray without opening up each one.

Bei Ablage von Emails, die eigentliche Email und alle Anlagen separat archivieren
Aktuell gibt es bei der Archivierung einer Email mit Anlagen folgende Optionen:
(i) Email und Anhang (Email zuerst)
(ii) Nur Anhänge
(iii) Email und Anhang (Anhang zuerst)
(iv) Nur EmailVorschlag (v): Email und alle Anlagen getrennt
Ich möchte gerne Emails mit Anlagen als separate Dateien ablegen, d.h. zum einen ausschließlich die reine Email (ohne Anlagen) und jede der Anlagen EINZELN als separate Datei.

Please make it possible to do a word search or number search in the document tray to filter out duplicates.
On a daily basis we receive a large amount of Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the raw materials that are delivered. There will be multiple copies of the COA's for the same lot and then there will be other lots attached as well. I am unable to take the time to look through all of them, so we scan everything. Once they are in the document tray I need a solution to filter out the duplicate COA's before I store them. For instance, right now I have 600 COA's I need to store but I know I could get rid…

Bei Verknüpfung als Button sollte direkt der Name der Verknüpfung angezeigt werden wenn nur eine besteht
Man hat in einer Ergebnisliste die Möglichkeit die Verknüpfungen als Button einzufügen. Hier muss man dann jedoch erst draufklicken und dann die entsprechende Verknüpfung auswählen. Wenn es nur 1 Verknüpfung gibt, wäre es gut, wenn man die auch direkt auswählen könnte.

Allow dynamic selection of document to merge with in a merge form configuration.
Perhaps documents selectable from a cabinet (rather than selected from an explorer browse window) dedicated as these type of templates.

Have to get back ability to determine total number of documents in a file cabinet.
First the developers take away the ability to increase the number of documents in a result list. Now we can't even use 'Check FullText Status' to get a total amount of documents in a file cabinet.
Thankfully we only have 1 customer who uses DocuWare-Online, so at least we can query the database for most of our users.
When you migrate a customer to the cloud, there is no way to check to make sure if the file cabinets match when done.

Hallo,
Stempelfelder sollten, auch wenn diese keine Archicfeld füllen vorbelegbar sein.
Wenn man z.B. eine Auswahlliste (Ja/Nein) angibt, könnte das System automatisch "Ja" vorschlagen.2 votes -
WF Steps as templates
Once I've created a WF step, ex., Task or Assign to, etc., I'd like to copy it and use it as a template for use in later steps in the overall WF. Please add this feature.

I suggest you use the user's local setting to set up the date on forms.
The UK has a date format of day/month/year and given I click on a calendar to select the date often the error is not seen until the 04/06 2017 or was that the 06/04/2017?

Duplikate entfernen
Es wäre gut, wenn man auch Duplikate (wie in Excel) entfernen könnte. z.B. wenn man aus versehen mehrere Dokumente doppelt archiviert hat.

Im Dropdownfeld Tabelle werden die Tabellenname unsortiert dargestellt. Dies ist bei Datenbanken mit vielen Tabellen ein Problem.2 votes -

When sorting a list with the "Sort by" button, the "reset sorting" option may not be accessible.
In presence of a long sort field list, as such list is not scrollable, the "reset sorting" option, figuring at the bottom of the list, may not be accessible.

I suggest you add a draw box
Before Docuware we used paper. We had a form that had a space on the back where we could draw a diagram. This was used for maintenance to setup rooms for events so they know where to put tables and things. I tried to use the signature field but making it big caused the form to puke.

Connect to Outlook kann keine Termine
********** ein Outlook Postfach überwachen. Terminzusagen/-absagen etc. lässt (Connect to Outlook) den Prozeß stoppen. Es wäre ************, wenn die Termine ignoriert würden, da man mehrmals täglich Outlook über ************ stoppen muss.
