Workflow durch anderen Workflow auslösen lassen
Eine Funktion, durch die ein Workflow durch z. B. einen Schritt oder des Enden eines anderen Workflows auslöst wäre sehr wünschenswert.
Bei uns läuft der Einkaufsprozess z. B. über verschiedene Workflows. Der Einkäufer bekommt die Aufgabe etwas zu bestellen. Hat er es bestellt und legt die Bestellung unter der zugehörigen Vorgangsnummer ab, so sollte die Aufgabe "bestellen" beim Einkäufer automatisch beendet werden können.
Derzeit haben wir es so gemacht, dass alle 10 min. ein Autoindex abgleicht, ob eine Bestellung für den Vorgang vorliegt und dann den Status der Materialanforderung ändert. Im Workflow ist eine Fälligkeitseinstellung eingestellt, die wiederum alle 15…

Intelligent Index Überwachung von Stichwortfeldern
Es sollten generell mehr Möglichkeiten bestehen von Intelligent Indexing Felder zu überwachen. Am meisten benötigt wird die Überwachung von Stichwortfeldern. Bislang müssen mehrere Felder befüllt werden und diese im Nachhinein in das Stichwortfeld übertragen werden. Es gibt oft Rechnungen die mehrere Lieferscheinnmmern haben und die gehören eigentlich alle in ein Feld eingetragen damit die spätere Verknüpfung einfacher wird.

Better usage of the open Microsoft Office format
The new Microsoft Office formats are open and formatted with XML. It would be nice to use this better, for example with comparison of two documents (Regarding versioning) or for automatic indexing for known documents. The index values could be read directly in the XML data. Most documents are created with the Microsoft Office package.

Autoindex monitor should show updated documents
The Auto Index monitor in DocuWare 6.11 shows the number of documents processed, not the number of documents updated. I like that it now shows how many documents were processed. It would be nice if it showed both the documents processed and the number that were updated.

Dateinamen suchen
Es ist im Moment nicht möglich nach dem Dateinamen, welcher unten im Viewer angezeigt wird, zu suchen.
Es ist lediglich Möglich nach den Indexwerten oder über den Volltext, dieser nutzt alle Indexwerte als auch den auf dem Dokument aufgebrachten Text.
Die Informationen aus dem Viewer (Dokumentname, Dokumenterweiterung und Datum) können nicht für die Suche verwendet werden.
Diese Informationen können nur „gesucht“ werden, wenn diese in einem Indexfeld gespeichert werden.
Der Kunde müsste also den Namen des angehängten Dokumentes im Nachhinein in ein vorhandenes Indexfeld schreiben.
Dies ist aber z.B. beim Anhängen im Archiv nicht ohne weiteres möglich.6 votes -
URL Integration for Full Interface
It would be nice to be able to use URL integration to point someone to a specific part of the full interface. I would like to be able to have a URL that goes to the full interface, but directs people to the target part.
I want to be able to put someone in their document tray tab, without specifying a document tray guid. I want to be able to put someone in the tasks tab, without choosing which workflow they see first. I need to be able to do these things without removing the other interface options.

Restrict annotation visibility based on profile
Customers like to use annotations on documents however if a user from a different profile logs in they too can see the annotation. If there was a way to hide them based on the profile that would be great.

URL Creater Options
I would like to be able to create URL's that will take someone to the full Docuware interface while still redirecting them to the piece I want. Currently, if I want to take someone to their task list, it gives them a pruned down interface that doesn't allow them to use all of the features of docuware. Very confusing for the users, as there is no easy way to get the the full interface from the hobbled version.

Split the print and save security
Split the security for printing and saving within the exporting control. Our company must print the latest technical documentation to deliver with the final product but would like to block the ability for employees to save the content to their local drives.

Printing is always done by converting the document to PDF, and opening in a PDF viewer for printing. Technically the user has now the PDF file and can save it by himself. Right splitting would result in no difference. -
Edit & Send App - Emails aus Webclient verschicken ohne die Desktop Apps zu installieren

Filterung von Ordnerlisten im WebClient
Die neue Ordneransicht im WebClient kann bei vielen Dokumenten schnell unübersichtlich werden, da es hier keine Funktion zum Filtern gibt.
Bei uns beginnt die Struktur mit der Auftragsnummer. Das ist auch die einzigst sinnige Einstellung.
Daher wir ziemlich viele Projekte haben, ist es hier jedoch fast unmöglich das passende Projekt in einer angemessenen Zeit zu finden. Es handelt sich um über 20.000 Ordner, die hier als erstes angezeigt werden.
Hätte man nun die Möglichkeit die Spalten zu filtern, würde das einiges erleichtern. Diese Möglichkeit wäre ebenfalls in Workflow-Aufgabenlisten und Ergebnislisten sehr sehr wünschenswert!

Catch All Error Block
It would be incredibly useful to have a workflow wide error handling option. With the addition of the error variables in 6.11, this would allow a single action to be taken regardless of error location, and greatly simplify workflow design.
As it is, connecting all of the error outputs becomes hideously complex very quickly.

Versioning by PDF-Print and Import
Actual we have to use checkout and document tray.
By connecting with an ERP-System this manuell work is impossible because of quantity.

Allow error links to be hidden in Workflow Designer
It would be wonderful if we can toggle off the display of the red error links, maybe also providing some indication on the item that it is connected (for example change the color on the handle of the error output.) For complex workflows with many automatic steps, the error links can become overwhelming.

Gruppierung von Entscheidungen im Workflowmanager
Es sollte in Entscheidungen möglich sein einzelne Felder in den Formularen gruppiert zu können? Bsp. Kontierung einer Rechnung, hier müssten Blöcke (Betrag; Konto; Kostenstelle; Steuer; Kostenträger) zu einzelnen übersichtlichen Blöcken zusammengefasst werden.

Ablage des Mailtext über Connect to Mail ermöglichen.
Ist derzeit (DW 6.10) nur in Connect to Outlook möglich. Wäre schön, wenn das auch bei Connect to Mail möglich ist.

Dokumentenname beim Scannen eingeben
Es sollte bei den DocuWare Desktop Apps die Möglichkeit geben einen Dateinamen schon direkt in der Scannoberfläche eingeben zu können. Derzeit heißen die Dokumente immer "Scan - Standard-Briefkorb #001". Wenn man viele Dokumente nacheinander scannt sorgt dies allerdings dafür, dass man viele Dokumente mit dem gleichen Namen im Briefkorb vorfindet und sie erst wieder zuordnen muss.
Könnte man direkt nach dem Scannen für jedes Dokument einen Dateinamen eingeben und anschließend erst den "Hochladen"- Button drücken hätte man bedeutend mehr Ordnung im Briefkorb. Außerdem muss man dann den Namen in dem Feld mit der Eigenschaft "Dokumentenname" nicht noch beim Ablegen nacherfassen.6 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Beim Stempeln nicht nur den Stempel an sich aktiv lassen, sondern auch den letzten Eintrag im Formularfeld
Zusätzlich zur Möglichkeit, den Stempel aktiv zu lassen, sollte man noch die Option haben, den zuletzt verwendeten Wert eines Formularfeldes beizubehalten.
Beispielsweise verarbeitet ein Kunde viele Rechnungen auf einmal, indem er sie mehrmals hintereinander dem gleichen Mitarbeiter per Stempel zuweist. Hier würde die Stapelverarbeitung deutlich beschleunigt, wenn der letzte Eintrag noch vorhanden wäre und nicht bei jedem Dokument erneut getippt werden müsste.6 votesYour idea has been added to our backlog.
