Allow to zoom larger size to look at document when looking at thumbnails
Allow to make the thumbnail larger to see document when scan for example increase size to 100 to 150 etc.

Your idea is available with version 6.9.
The preview is then always as big as the application window.

Hello Sean,
As of now you can click on the thumbnail image to get a preview of the document. This should give you the possibility to see the whole document.
