Option to control email notifications generated by Directory User Synchronization
Every time the Directory User Synchronization Desktop App creates a new User it will send an email to the user, requesting the user to set a DocuWare password.
Several problems with the current behavior:
The Tool does not contain any warning that this email is sent to the user.
When using Active Directoy Single Sing On, there is no need for the user to even set this password.
When running a test and a production system, there is no way to know which system the mail is from.
The email is sent in the server operating system language, which generates issues in multi-language environments.
Enhancement requests:
Add an option to disable these emails completely.
Supply a way to modify the subject of the email, for example to add the environment name (Test / Production).
Add a way to handle multi-language environments.
Using the old LDAP Sync in DocuWare Administration is not a solution, as it will not generate the per user baskets, as the new tool does.

Please give us this option. It is very unprofessional looking when users get these emails that may not pertain to them as we only want users in a Docuware Group to use DocuWare.
