Change Log Collector, it should collect all current log files
Currently when I open a support case with DocuWare I am always asked to add log files. I do not always remember where they are. It is troublesome to always have to navigate and select the correct log files.
The Log Collector provided by DocuWare only collects files from DocuWare Desktop Apps. Wouldn't it be possible to collect all logfiles within the last 24 hours?
Sometimes I have issues with Local Data Connector, sometimes I have problems with Auto-Index. I would like to have one way how I can provide all relevant information to DocuWare support.
It would be great if Log Collector could do all the work for all processes and modules.
