Allow the process of scanning green cards (returned from certified mail) without receiving an error of "paper jam".

Thank you for your post. Unfortunatley this more sounds like a faulty behavior of your scanner and if it was a problem of i.e. DocuWare Scan this needs to be clarified in greater detail through a proper support case invloving your DocuWare partner.
