Make Thumbnails in Scanning optional
Right now the Scan Desktop App makes a thumbnail for each page for a scan project. If you have a 100-page document to scan, it just slows everything down and makes the app unusable. You only need to keep the first page as a thumbnail.

Thanks for your idea. Actually thumbnail generation does not slow down the application. Probably the text extraction via OCR is slowing down, but we need it for a later fulltext search.
