  1. Allow the Stamp feature to automatically generate the next page number along with leading Initials. LAW 00001, LAW 00002, LAW 00003, etc.

  2. Improve the way users interact with forms via a touch interface in kiosk mode

    Our office uses kiosks with a touch interface for patients to fill out forms. They are frustrated with how forms behave. I recorded a short video that illustrates what happens.

  3. Edit buttons for active workflow tasks

    I need to add the "check out to document tray" and other buttons for an active workflow task. We need the possibility to edit what is visible "In menu" and what is viewed as a button for workflow tasks. This is actually an option for every result lists. There would be nice to remove the reasign button here as well..

    Part 1 is already completed and available (at least in version 6.9) We added the second part to change the available functionality to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

    Time Stamp for Docuware Import and Docuware Webscan

    It is very important for legal purposes that Docuware Import and Webscan could put a time stamp to the documents in combination with the "sign document" (document certification) option.
