Send alert when available open storage space has gotten to 100 MB, to allow necessary action to be taken.
For Cloud based users, send an alert to Admin, advising open available storage is now limited to 100 MB. Either more space must be purchased or documents must be deleted.

Or better still, have this permit the admin to set a configurable actual level to alert that includes in the email a projected (based on last 30 days) date to zero.
