Enable Single Sign on through mobile clients with AD.
The mobile application should be able to use your Synchronized AD credentials just as you can with the standard web interface, and clients. This is a security concern for multiple customers using the mobile application on both Android and IOS devices. They must hand out a DocuWare password for every user that access' the mobile client.
Thank you for your contribution. Your idea is available with the current version of the mobile app.

And please bring this feature.
You could also create a per user app secret and include it in the QR Code.
That way, you do not need to use AD Auth and it would not require the user to set the DocuWare Password. -

Agreed. This should be looked into. This is a huge inconvenience to create new credentials that the user will have to remember the app as opposed to logging in on a computer.

I agree. There should be an option for the administrator to enable "logon by barcode". We also use AD and the users DO NOT know their passwords - as it was intended.

I think they need to come up with a way to make this work. I have so many users that login with Windows Authentication. We actually don't want them to use DocuWare Authentication.
There has got to be a way to make this work and have them use Windows Authentication. Can you guys reconsider coming up with an option or include the password on the barcode or have the users enter a pin that they create or that an admin assigns to each user?

This does not work when integrated with a windows AD based workflow. The users are not the same for the assignment process. Substitution lists use AD for out of office status. This MUST be reconsidered.
