Enable Single Sign on through mobile clients with AD.
The mobile application should be able to use your Synchronized AD credentials just as you can with the standard web interface, and clients. This is a security concern for multiple customers using the mobile application on both Android and IOS devices. They must hand out a DocuWare password for every user that access' the mobile client.

Can download or send document with or without annotation&Stamp
DocuWare should have the same function of download and send on all platform. On the mobile client, user do not have option to download or send with annotation&Stamp. Sometimes the stamp information is important and user should be able send document with stamp especially on an mobile device.

Allow direct integration of IOS camera and photos to DocuWare
It is not possible to send photos from the camera or photo album to DocuWare on an iOS device as it does not appear on the share list.
It works fine on Android devices and should also be supported on the IOS platform.10 votesThank you for your contribution.

Table Fields in a Workflow decision
Currently if a workflow decision contains a table field it produces an error when trying to confirm that the table is not supported. For AP workflows this is a huge issue as most GL coding is done through tables.

Add the ability to allow stamps on the second page of documents
Right now, the iPhone and iPad apps can only accept stamps on the first page of the record. Adding the ability to allow stamps on the second page of documents as you can do in the web client would streamline the mobile app process.

Mobile App Task Indicator
It would be great if the Mobile App indicated how many task are outstanding when looking at the app. For an example when you have new emails the app indicates how many unread emails you have.

Allow task lists to be hidden like in web client
We have a lot of task lists. It would be nice to be able to only show the relevant lists for a specific user by hiding the others.

More than 50 entries should be allowed in select list
I created a select list with about 80 entries. Now, I want to see the entries on my mobile client app. If I want to see all entries in the select list, I can´t because select list is limited to 50 entries. More than 50 entries should be allowed in select list.

Allow 'Keyboard swipe' and voice to text on Mobile app
Certain mobile platform keyboards allow the user to write text by swiping through their keyboard rather than hitting each individual character.
Also, the ability to enter text by speaking to the device. (Hands free text entry)

Integrate PaperScan into Web Forms as way to attach a document
Having the ability to use Web Forms on the Mobile App and then also using PaperScan as an attachment option to the Web Form would be an excellent way to submit receipts and invoices to DocuWare. Open a form, i.e. requisition form, fill it out and use PaperScan to snap the pic of the receipt, that is then attached to the web form.

But this is only possible on Android phones. Due to limitations on iOS it is not possible to open an application from a web page and pass the result to the web page again. -
Approve tasks that have table fields
In Docuware Mobile, it does not let you approve a Task if that option contains a table type field. Do you plan to include it soon? The data that must be completed in these fields or only shown to the approver is important and it would help that, like the web version, they can be done through the mobile version.

Send doc. To mail is not working!
When you scan a document and want to send it to mail to send it to Someone. The button doesn’t work anymore! iPhone 6s updated yesterday to new verdien

Unfortunatly this is a problem caused by a recent iOS update. Please restart your iPhone and it will work again perfectly.

Automatic disconnection when the app is not in use
Possibility to choose if the app must keep the log in or not.
If not, so disconnection is done with a settled delay.1 voteDocuWare Mobile logs out the user automatically at the moment the app is closed. With PaperScan the user is logged out 2 minutes after uploading or closing the app.

Allow printing of clipped documents from DocuWare Mobile
Currently, you can only print single documents from DocuWare Mobile to a physical printer on your network. For example, if you have a single PDF file stored in a file cabinet, when you click the "share" button in the DW mobile app for iOS, you can choose the "Print" and select a printer on your network. However, if you are viewing a documents that have been clipped, you cannot print either of them. The "Print" function doesn't come up.
