categories should be a central setting, not just for the user
It seems that each user a plan is shared with has to manage the categories separately. That is time consuming and not helpful if the categories are being used to inform other users of changes/updates to the plan.
Thank you for your idea. Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.

We are using one single login for all our technicians. The different colours are used to indicate who "owns" the project.
