    Could you give some additional Information about this function?
    - AP wants to have an ability print a paper copy of the invoice (emailed ones) to the default printer after storing it to DocuWare using Outlook connector. It could be a pop-up with a confirmation or simply an additional checkbox in DocuWare outlook add-in which can be toggled on-off as per need or user preference.

    When do you need the function?
    - No specific time-frame

    What is the process where you need to print out emails (after they are stored in your DocuWare DMS)
    - Currently, we are not truly paperless as we still try to match printed Invoices (emailed ones) with packing slips (or other related documentation). While DocuWare works great to minimize paper, it may be still a while before we are completely paperless so printing a hard copy currently applies to all of our invoices which we end up shredding after certain amount of time after making sure we have entered them in DocuWare and/or posted to our ERP via workflow setup through DocuWare.
