1. Email Notification from Document Trays

   You should be able to generate an email notification for a document being stored in a Tray instead of just a file cabinet.

   Thank you for your idea. Unfortunately, due to several factors we are currently not able to plan this idea for a future version.

   Baskets/Trays are still considered to be a temporary clipboard to start the storing from.

2. API access to Email Notifications

   We have ran into several install requiring customized email notifications. Several have resulted in flaky at best alternative methods. Access to the api would give us more customization to offer to the client.

4. No dialogo predeterminado en editar entradas de índice en tarea

   En las tareas cuando editas entradas de índice el diálogo que muestra es el predeterminado no el que esta asignado como "Lista de resultados" al diálogo de búsqueda.
   Esto provoca que si tienes distintos diálogos de búsqueda con distintos diálogos de resultados en la tarea no aparezcan, solamente aparece el que está predeterminado.
   Si funciona correctamente si editas desde la búsqueda en el archivador.

6. Email notifications-Workflow GRReport

   When we post or store an invoice in the docuware,there will be an email notifications will come to the user's mail, when it comes to "TASKS" for senting approval to the HOD'S.It should be better email notifications to show "Supplier name with purchase order number".This will helps the user and those who are approving the invoices to identify the alert messages.

   Now all the email notifications is showing as "Workflow AP - GRReport: A new task has been assigned to you."

   Can We Fix this Issue??

   This seems to be a specific implementation. Please refer to your IT department or service provider.

7. Docuware seems to lose connectivity to our SQL server and it never recovers. There should be an automatic reconnect feature.
