Auswahllisten im Ablagedialog mit Intelligent Indexing
Wenn man eine Auswahlliste auf das Feld Dokument Typ legt und gleichzeitig Intelligent Indexing benutzt kommt es zur Anzeige der Dokument Typen, die das Intelligent Indexing als Basis vorgibt. Hier tauchen dann z.B. Rechnung (eingehend) etc. auf. Diese Begriffe dürfen aber ggf. gar nicht benutzt werden und es gibt lt. Aussage des Supports keine Möglichkeit, nur die Auswahlliste anzeigen zu lassen. Das führt zu Fehleingaben, die über die Auswahllisten vermieden werden sollen.

close the activity with the Enter key on the keyboard
If I have to validate multiple documents and modify indexes, it wolud be nice that after last index entry I can close the activity with the enter key.

Kommentare in Word im DocuWare Vorschau anzeigen
Kommentare in Word Datei wird momentan nicht in DocuWare Vorschau angezeigt. Man muss über "Bearbeiten" die Word Datei in Office Anwendung öffnen, dann sieht man erst die Kommentare. Bitte die Funktion "Anzeige von Word-Kommentaren im DW Viewer" umsetzen.

Allow Dynamic date ranges for Document Relations
Add the ability to add dynamic date ranges in Document Relations. In other words, add the ability to show documents where the store date is within the last 30 days or a custom index field like due date is within the next 30 days.

Support for S3 and OpenStack-compatible object storage protocols
Docuware should support data access using S3 and OpenStack-compatible object storage protocols. These are currently the most popular standards for accessing cloud storage and is becoming increasingly popular on premise. OSS would create accessibility and compatibility between internal and external space. This would allow users to tier and expand their on premise space to extend to the cloud in case of failure or WAN. If done correctly Docuware could connect on premise systems to CLOUD systems for live fallback, syncing & mirroring as well as other benefits.

Add the ability to configure a Decision in a workflow to use radio button and/or select boxes to speed up user interaction.

When using an XML file to clone a file cabinet, the dialog permissions aren't set.
Dialog assignments need to get copied as well when copying a file cabinet

allow configuration of teams and team leads for easy approval workflows.
For Docuware to know who the manager of anyone else is, would be more efficient for approvals, example travel requisitions or leave approvals.

Nur bestimmte Ablagedialoge in bestimmten Briefkörben anzeigen
Es wäre schön, wenn man in bestimmten Briefkörben auch nur bestimmte Ablagedialoge zur Auswahl hätte. Wir haben für den Einkauf bspw. verschiedene Briefkörbe an denen unterschieden wird, ob ein Dokument so abgelegt werden soll, dass es ein Workflow starten soll oder nicht. Da die Benutzer mehrere Ablagedialoge zur Auswahl haben, kommt es hier jedoch oft zu Verwirrungen. Wenn man einstellen könnte, dass in dem "Workflow-Briefkorb" auch nur die zugehörige Ablagekonfiguration auswählbar wäre, würde das einiges vereinfachen.

Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man in einem Workflow an ein Dokument ein zusätzliches Dokument anhängen könnte.
Beispiel 1: Rechnung zur Prüfung (Bewirtung)
Nun sollte man die Möglichkeit haben, um ein Bewirtungsbeleg (Nennung: Teilnehmer, Grund, etc.) anhängen zu können, um den Vorgang vervollständigen zu können.Beispiel 2: Rechnung zur Prüfung (Schlungsteilnahme)

Es sollte Möglich sein, mithilfe der Validierung über den WebService Indexeinträge zu ändern, so wie es auch mit der Version zuvor möglich war.

Restore workflows in the cloud
If DocuWare expects their ADP's to move any of their larger clients into the cloud from on-premise systems, they will need to allow us to create Restore Workflows on DocuWare-Online.
Synchronizations are to unreliable, and export workflows take an excruciatingly long time to run.
We need to be able to FTP the documents up to the cloud and then only have to run a restore workflow to update the database.
Tech Support claims this would compromise security, but that doesn't make sense.

Workflow Designer: Assign a task to a role expect specific users
We would like the possibility to assign a task to any member of a role, except some specific users. The use case would be in a 4-eyes principle workflow, where in a same role one user must perform an action and another user (not especially an n+1) from the same role must review the action.

Add regular expressions / regex to the full text search
It would really be useful if you could do a full text search using a regular expression / regex pattern.
The need here is to find all the documents containing certain types of personal data, e.g. NHS number, credit card number, National Insurance number etc.

Geklammerte Dokumente (Dateien) bearbeiten (Option alle ******* bearbeiten)
Es wäre hilfreich bei geklammerten Dokumenten im Archiv eine Option zum Bearbeiten aller Dateien zu haben. Man sollte Auswählen können: Das aktuelle Dokument (**) bearbeiten (wie heute bereits vorhanden) oder alle Dokumente (****) bearbeiten.

Großbuchstaben nicht mehr möglich.
Bisher wurden alle Buchstaben automatisch in Großbuchstaben umgewandelt. Dank einer Konstanze in den Einstellungen war dies möglich. Das hat die indexierten Beleg einheitlich abgelegt. Seit dem letzten Update ist dies nicht möglich. Wir hätten diese Funktion unbedingt wieder.

Stempeln nur bei bestimmter Belegart
Ich schlage vor, dass man gewisse Stempel nur bei bestimmten Belegarten anbringen kann. So kann sichergestellt werden, dass nicht ein Stempel der nur für eine gewisse Situation benutzt wird und nicht pauschal für alle Situationen.

Kopieren nach... Briefkorb in URL-Integration
Um ein Dokument nach einem URL-Aufruf in ein anderes Archiv/Briefkorb zu kopieren, bleibt derzeit nur die Möglichkeit es herunterzuladen und neu zu importieren.
Praktischer wäre die Option "Kopieren nach...", wie es derzeit nur im WebClient möglich ist.
