Allow the creation of Data Records from Workflow Manager/Designer.
I have a need to create two 'Numbers' from based on a condition. If IndexField A is not empty create the 'Number'. If Indexfield B is not empty create the 'Number'. It would be good enough for the customer that one or two Data Records are created using the data

More than one field shown in Select Lists
Enable to have select list with two columns, one for ID and another for description (for example list of partners). It is easier for user to select among description that among 8000 partner IDs.

Spaltensummen für Währungsfelder in Trefferlisten
Wir und vieler unserer Kunden arbeiten viel mit Listen. Hier wäre es super, wenn man eine DocuWare-Funktion hat, welche die Spalten eines Betragsfeldes automatisch zusammenrechnet und eine Gesamtsumme ausgibt. Ohne den umweg über Excel zu gehen.

Verlinkung von Dokumenten anhand von Werten aus Stichwortfeldern (Sammelrechnungen).
Entstanden ist das Ganze aus dem Versuch, Sammelrechnungen mit den entsprechenden Lieferscheinen zu verlinken.
Die Lieferscheinnummern sind in der Sammelrechnung aufgeführt. Diese werden bei der Ablage in einem Stichwortfeld eingetragen.
Nun sollte für die Prüfung eine Verlinkung auf die Lieferscheine möglich sein, die zu dieser Rechnung gehören.
Schick wäre natürlich auch, wenn man das innerhalb eines Workflows nutzen könnte.
Leider kann DocuWare derzeit nicht normale Indexfelder mit Stichwortfeldern vergleichen. ("Contains"-Funktion) Vermutlich weil die Werte von Stichwortfeldern in einer separaten Tabelle stehen.
On Premise kann ich das über SQL lösen, in der Cloud wird es da schon schwieriger.Sicherlich wären auch…

Create a template from a Document, usable for others. When a user selects edit, it creates a copy of the document, and stores it as a new document (with predefined index information) and then opens the document for editing...

Allow export to CSV of only selected documents, in addition to "Entire Result List" or "Current Page". Sometimes users need to export random records from a result list that can not be isolated with a search query.

Tasks: undo button
It sometimes happen to approve a document in a task too hastily; it would be nice to have an "undo" button to come back to the document in question.

Aktivierung der Abwesenheit ab eingetragenenm Datum
Es wäre gut, wenn die "tatsächliche" Abwesenheit ab eingetragenem Datum (im Feld "von") und nicht schon zum Zeitpunkt des Setzens des Hakens aktiviert wird (Mein Profil -> Abwesenheitseinstellungen).

create inbox when creating user
You can't create a document tray when creating new user, if a file cabinet has not been assigned to user.
With DocuWare's emphasis on using roles instead of individual assignments, this causes problems.

Allow the ability to delete stamps and leave the data in the log.
We have operating procedures that get modified monthly and have to go through an approval process. We are accumulating pages and pages of approval stamps on the end of our procedures. Also, when we check out a document to insert a photo, for example, it pushes the pages down and the stamps stay in place and cover the text of the document. It looks sloppy and unprofessional to auditors and customers. We need a better solution for multiple stamps on documents in file cabinets that use revision control.

Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans. -

Ein Export von PDFs nach Trennung und wahlweise mit oder ohne ZUGFeRD-Inhalt wäre hier aus unserer Sicht genauso interessant:

Reverse rule
When configuring access rights for users, it would be beneficial with a "reverse rule" where you can reverse the filter. If a document type filter is set, the button "reverse rule" tells if the user should be able see only the type defined, or all other types.

edit entries
Hello,
When the user edit index entries of a document, it would be much more easier if this document were automatically opened in the viewer.
Indeed, when the user processes invoices that are all similar but different, he can easily have an invoice opened in the viewer that is not the one he is modifying and do not realize it. This is a source of error.Thank you.

search folders
Folders is a great concept, but when you have a lot of folders it does not work. If you could conduct a search of the folders then get a list of the folders that contain that search - that would be really nice.

We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status. -
Add Driveletter to the DocuWare Explorer Client
If a driveletter could be assigned the DocuWare explorer client, shortcuts could be created and it would be showed as a normal drive, it would be easier for the customers and you could use scripting to transfer files and so on. It would not differ from a normal drive.

Add dialog checking to the Integrity Check tool
The integrity check tool does not scrutinize dialogs for things like duplicate fields, or fields that don't exist in the file cabinet. These problems can happen if there is a database timeout when adding or deleting a field in a file cabinet. When it happens, the only way to repair it is manually inspect the settings column for each dialog in the database.

"Vererben" von Indexenträgen beim Entklammern
Beim Entklammern von Dokumenten gehen leider die Indexeinträge für die "entstehenden" Dokumente verloren und man muss diese Indexenträge erneut vergeben.
Beispiel:
email von einer Firma mit verschiedenen Zertifikaten, welche als gesonderte Dokumente abgelegt werden. Befinden sich 4 Zertifikate in einer mail, muss man 4 mal Indexenträge setzen.Einfacher: email mit "Standardwerten" indexieren > Dokumente entklammern > "Standardwerte bleiben erhalten, es ist nur noch ein Eintrag zu änderen (Typ des Zertifikates)

Zip the selected documents when multiple documents are selected to be attached to a message with the Send function
There is a request that includes selecting individual pages too. Though, it is not clear why this isn't done by default already. When multiple documents are selected for Download, they are zipped. Why do we download the whole file rather than zip it when they are to be attached to an e-mail?

Workflow durch anderen Workflow auslösen lassen
Eine Funktion, durch die ein Workflow durch z. B. einen Schritt oder des Enden eines anderen Workflows auslöst wäre sehr wünschenswert.
Bei uns läuft der Einkaufsprozess z. B. über verschiedene Workflows. Der Einkäufer bekommt die Aufgabe etwas zu bestellen. Hat er es bestellt und legt die Bestellung unter der zugehörigen Vorgangsnummer ab, so sollte die Aufgabe "bestellen" beim Einkäufer automatisch beendet werden können.
Derzeit haben wir es so gemacht, dass alle 10 min. ein Autoindex abgleicht, ob eine Bestellung für den Vorgang vorliegt und dann den Status der Materialanforderung ändert. Im Workflow ist eine Fälligkeitseinstellung eingestellt, die wiederum alle 15…

allow us to use different fonts or text colours
This is a fairly simple idea: allow us to use different fonts or text colours in the decision forms.
Use case: an invoice that's part of an AP approval workflow fails validation and we'd like the reason for the validation-failure to be in red text to draw the user's attention to it.
