Eingangsverarbeitung auch für UBL-Creditnote
Es wäre toll, wenn auch die Eingangsverarbeitung von xRechnungen vom Typ UBL-Creditnote (https://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/os-UBL-2.1/xsd/maindoc/UBL-CreditNote-2.1.xsd) implementiert wird um entsprechende XML-Daten in Indexfelder von DocuWare zu übertragen.

Validation Before Store and return corrected data in awnser
The validation option should also be anble to be done before storage. In this way customers can correct index data to their specs. Or add index data to sthe store option.

Being able to make a selectlist via an API CALL
BEcause more and more applications are SaaS application, it is harder and harder to make a select list from data from other applications or databases. This is because SaaS applications like finance application, protect access to their database directly. The only way to do this is via API calls. In this way the customer can control the API reguest and manipulate, alter, or adjust the return awnser that fills the select list.
This is a must have for Docuware to be able to integrate with other applications which databases are not reachable.2 votes -
Hinweis für Benutzer hinter Hover-Button legen
Bei der Verwendung vieler Benutzerhinweise in einem Formular leidet die Übersichtlichkeit. Die Info-Buttons, welche erst bei einem Hover die Info anzeigen, sind im Client von DocuWare bereits vorhanden. Eine Änderung des "Hinweis für Benutzer" auf diese Optik wäre wünschenswert.

create a datetime field in forms
In forms there is a date field but that puts the time part of the datetime field in the database as 00:00:00 We have out of town expense reports that calculate the time to determine if meals should be paid. So if you leave early enough you get reimbursed for breakfast for example. Or if you get back early enough you don't get reimbursed for dinner. Currently use a spreadsheet and then print it to docuware but I would like to create a form so we could fill it out on our phones and take pictures of receipts to attach…

Kommentar- / Dokumentations- / Visualisierungsmöglichkeiten im Workflow
Es sollten für die Dokumentation, Übersichtlichkeit und Verständlichkeit eines Workflows folgende Funktionen eingebaut werden:
Info- / Kommentarfelder in Aktitivitäten
Es sollte in allen Aktivitäten ein neuer Tab namens Kommentar oder Info geben. Dort wird WF intern eine Info zu dieser Aktivität hinterlegt.
Sobald etwas hinterlegt wurde, soll neben dem Bearbeitungsstift und der Löschtonne ein Inforamtionssysmbol erscheinen, bei welchem mithilfe vom drüber hovern mit der Maus ein Pop-Up, in welchem die Info der Aktivität drin steht, aufgeht."Dokumentation" Reiter
Im linken Reiter, in welchem die Aktivitäten, Variablen und der Validierungsstatus stehen, sollte ein neue Gruppierung namens "Dokumentation" entstehen.

Filterlisten von Aufgaben
Szenario:
Eine Firma bestitzt 7 Standorte mit Buchhaltungen und Buchhaltungen die auch mehrere Standorte bearbeiten.
Alle Standorte arbeiten über dem selben Workflow, da die Prozesse genormt sind.Problem:
Für die Mitarbeiter, die für mehrere Standorte zuständig sind, wird die Aufgabenliste schnell unübersichtlich. Man kann zwar nach Standorten sortieren oder filtern, trotzdem wird es eher als mühselig und unübersichtlich gesehen.Vorschlag:
Filterlisten für Aufgaben.
Es wäre super, könne man, wie bei den Suchen, eigene Aufgabenlisten mit gewissen Filtern erstellen.
Beispielsweise:

Filter ( Standort = Bremen)

Forms - Fully Data Enabled
Requesting full data interaction in Forms. For instance, fill in a key value and have other fields fill in based on that. For instance: last 4 of social pull First Name, Last Name and DOB from data and fills in those fields. I wish that were there all the time and an existing client just asked me to put in a request for it.

Often wish that the SQL option were available in Select Lists for DW Cloud. Really miss it.

Use regular expressions in Document Processing conditions
When setting up a template for Document Processing it would be good to have more control over indexing and identification of documents. Using regular expressions would be great for indexing fields where you will not always know what text you want to replace, you could find a pattern and then replace that. It also goes for the identification of a document. When you are looking for something on the document to identify what kind of document you could search for a regex pattern to identify the document for processing.

Vertretungslisten im Workflow
Die Vertretungslisten im Workflow Manager sind nicht praktikabel genug. Wenn wir Aufgaben dynamisch erzeugen und den zuständigen Bearbeiter anhand einer einer Bestellnummer ermitteln und an eine Variable übergeben, wo hat da bitte die Vertretungsliste ihren Platz? Ich kann meines Wissens Vertretungslisten nicht in eine Variable packen, oder? Besser wäre es wenn Vertretungsregeln greifen sobald eine Mitarbeiter sich im DW abgemeldet hat ohne das ich das im WF extra berücksichtigen muss.

In the workflow designer allow a workflow to be scheduled if todays date = a date index filed
In the workflow designer, you can schedule a task to run if a date field is a length of time after or before a date. There is no easy way to schedule it to run for documents that have a date = a date specifically today's date. So the solution is to have it run after the past 1 day and before the next 1 day and for some reason that ran it a day ahead of schedule so I had to put in a condition as the first command in the workflow to see if the date was =…

Autocomplete like all other document management sytems when indexing
I'm sure this has been suggested but I can't seem to find it. When you drop a file into a tray and select a store dialog, I would expect to be able to link a database connection to a field you enter to perform a database lookup and populate all the other fields like KOFAX, FORTIS, FILEBOUND, CAPTERRA, ONBASE and probably a lot more that I haven't used. My understanding is Docuware lets you enter the first value and save it. Somehow a auto index sees it on save and will do the database lookup and populate the fields. Not…

Abwesenheit beendet - WF sollen vom Vertreter wieder an die eigentliche Person gehen
Es wäre schön, wenn nach Beendigung der Abwesenheit die Aufgabe vom Vertreter an den eigentlichen Bearbeiter wieder übergeht. Alternativ sollte der Erste in der Abwesenheitsregel auf die während der Vertretung angefallenen Aufgaben zugreifen können, damit er diese, ohne manuelles neues Zuweisen der Aufgabe, seine eigentlichen Aufgaben wieder bearbeiten kann.

Add overwrite feature to Intelligent Indexing.
If a user has to manually correct a field that Intelligent Indexing got wrong, Intelligent Indexing than starts entering the manually typed value on many subsequent documents.
We need the ability to have an override feature like in a tax software program.
Currently users have to go ahead and store the document with erroneous index values, then remember to go back and fix them later.

Badge - Briefkörbe
bei einer Vielzahl vorhandender Briefkörbe, wäre es aus meiner Sicht sinnvoll wenn der Briefkorbtitel in Fettschrift geschrieben wird, sobald neue Dokumente in diesen gelangen (ggf. andere Hevorhebung)

Allow Wildcards for Filtering in Monitor Tasks
This is a new client request, and I like it too. Would be quite useful to be able to use wildcards for the filters in Monitor Tasks columns. It's common for me to have some content in the middle of a string and it would be really nice to be able to filter for these.

Die auf drei Stunden beschränkte Gültigkeitsdauer des Links in der User-Registrierungsmail für die Cloud anpassbar zu machen.
Drei Stunden erscheinen in der Realistät als zu kurz für den Ablauf des Links in der Registrierungsmail.
