Connect to Outlook
Es wäre übersichtlich und schnell für den Anwender zu finden, wenn statt NUR "Connect to Outlook" - der Hinweis zum Produkt Docuware in der Zeile erfolgt, z. B. DW Connect to Outlook.

Allow the example to be optional instead of required for field masks.
In some cases is its is not desirable to provide and example to the user in the store dialog when using a field mask. Additionally, requiring an example to be displayed to the user for each mask limits the re-use of a particular field mask.

Comment Marker on workflow steps
Especially during the creation of more complex and lengthy workflows, it would be good to have an option for a comment on the different workflow step-tools. Similar to the red circle with the !, there could be a little marker, showing the admin that there is a comment on that box. The comment could then be used to leave hints on what needs to be changed in future versions of the workflow.

2 Faktor Authentifizierung möglichst mit FIDO2
Um die Sicherheit der Docuware Cloud Service wesentlich zu erhöhen müsste zeitnah eine 2 Faktor Authentifizierung am Besten mit FIDO2 realisiert werden. Ansonsten besteht immer die Gefahr bei Passwort klau das abgreifen wichtiger und datengeschützer Daten.

A public or personal stamp can make a decision on a workflow task
It would be ideal if the created stamps could be linked in the tasks of a workflow to make decisions.

Haken für "Aus dem Briefkorb löschen" standardmäßig bei einer Ablagemaske raus nehmen
Es gibt Kunden, die ihre Vorlagen gerne in einem Briefkorb behalten und erst die ausgefüllten Vorlagen in einem Archiv ablegen möchten.
Dafür wäre es von Vorteil, dass man den Haken für "Aus dem Briefkorb löschen" (siehe Anhang) standardmäßig bei einer Ablagemaske raus nehmen könnte.1 vote -
Option to only Synchronize users in a Docuware Group.
We don't want all our AD users to be added to DocuWare. There are way too many. Please give us an option in the User Synch Tool to only synch users that are in a DocuWare Group.

Automatisch anklammern
Es wäre sinnvoll eine Option zu haben die Ablage so einzurichten, dass bei der Ablage automatisch immer ein bestimmtes Dokument hinten angeklammert wird.

Automatically remove licenses from users not found in any AD synced groups.
On-Premise; Active Directory sync.

Make Waiting and Delayed tasks in Workflow visible to Wokflow Monitors
When an instance goes into a Waiting or Delayed Task in workflow, it completely disappears from all Web Client views (My Tasks and Monitored Tasks). This makes it difficult to monitor what is in these states without going to the Workflow Designed as a Designer and checking the Waiting Instances Tab.
Even if I go to the Waiting Instances tab there is no simple way to associate the documents with the instances. The tab show Guid and DocID but many times that is too generic for a user to track back a document if it is waiting and needs to…

User Feedback bei Installation deaktivieren
User werden zufällig nach einem Feedback im Webclient gefragt. Diese Feedback Abfrage kann in der Konfiguration deaktiviert werden.
Ein Update überschreibt allerdings diese Änderungen wieder und man müsste die Feedback Abfrage erneut deaktivieren.
Bitte bauen Sie bei der Update-Installation ein Button ein, bei dem man das gleich deaktivieren kann.

disable the enter key when storing documents
I want the enter key to only be used to add index entries; not store the document. I click the data on the scanned documents and press enter to add it as an index entry--sometimes I will think I have clicked the data but my mouse wasn't all the way on the data and I will, out of habit, press enter and the whole document is stored when it wasn't ready to be stored. Just make it a user option so each user can decide what they want the enter key to do. You should encompass more keyboard shortcuts.

Ungleich als Operator bei der Identifizierung von Dokumenten
Es wäre praktisch bei der Identifizierung von Dokumenten noch die Möglichkeit zu haben, Ungleich als Operator angeben zu können. Wenn sehr ähnliche Dokumente mit unterschiedlichen Druck-Konfigurationen gedruckt werden sollen wäre es hilfreich angeben zu können, dass ein Auslesebereich nicht gleich einem bestimmten Textinhalt entsprechen soll

Vertretungsregelung bei Abwesenheit
Hallo Liebes DocuWare Team,
es wäre sehr hilfreich wenn die Vertretungsregelung einfacher und überichtlicher gestaltet wären. bei 300 Mitarbeitern und eine relativ hohen fluktuation kann ich mich nicht damit anfreunden je User Vertretungsregeln zu definieren und zu pfelgen.
Optimal wäre, wenn die User selbst beim Eintragen der Abwesenheit einen User auswählen könnten, die sie vertreten soll.
Auch wenn die im Workflow Designer an den Aufgaben unter Eskalationsstufen die Neuzuweisung bei Abwesenheit analog zur Fällgikeitseinstellung möglich wären, würde es die Einrichtung von Vertretungsregellungen deutlich angenehmer gestalten.
Ist sowas angedacht?
Ich freue mich über eine positive Rückmeldung.

Briefkörben feste Ablagedialoge zuweisen
Für die korrekte Ablage von Dokumenten aus Briefkörben wäre es gut, wenn man einem Briefkorb einen festen Ablagedialog zuweisen könnte.

Integration with SharePoint Online
Many clients use Microsoft 365, formerly Office 365, including SharePoint Online. We have the requirement that documents processed in DocuWare workflows eventually be stored in SharePoint Online, to be accessed by non-DocuWare users. Storing to OneDrive may be an intermediate option.
9 votesThank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

Active Directory Network ID Adjustability
Allow admin's to specify user NetworkIDs in the sync settings or change the AD sync to also pull the domain's shortname. Sync worked for us, but it pulled the fully qualified domain name rather than the short domain name. Users were synced and created successfully, but their NetworkID doesn't match the Windows session username which uses the short name of the domain.

basket per import job if document cannot be filed due to mandatory fields/conditions
Hello
it should be possible to set an "error basket" per import job (configuration) in the desktop app, in which documents are stored which cannot be stored in the archive due to unfilled mandatory fields or other errors.Currently, all import job use the user's default basket.

Sequential Automatic Numbers Form
The ability to add automatic sequential numbers to the forms.
For exampleAutoNum 1

Briefkorb pro Import-Auftrag falls Dokument auf Grund Pflichtfeldern/Bedingungen nicht abgelegt werden kann
Hallo,
es sollte in der Desktop App möglich sein pro Import-Auftrag(Konfiguration) einen "Fehler-Briefkorb" zu hinterlegen, in den Dokumente abgelegt werden die aufgrund von nicht gefüllten Pflichtfeldern oder andere Fehler nicht im Archiv abgelegt werden können.
Derzeit verwenden alle Import-Aufträge den Standard Briefkorb des Benutzers.
