Dokumentverarbeitung | Datumsfeld befüllen aus mehreren Teilen
Leider ist es aktuell nicht möglich, in ein Datumsfeld ein Datum aus mehreren Teilen zu schreiben.
Es ist nur möglich, ein komplettes Datum (z.B. TT/MM/JJ) in ein Datumsfeld einzufügen.Dieses 'Feature' ist sinnvoll, da es oft Dokumente gibt, (Jahreslohnsteuerbescheinigungen von DATEV, z.B.)
die an einer Stelle das Jahr und an einer anderen Stelle den Zeitraum/Monat+Tag stehen haben.All diese Dokumente können zur Zeit nicht automatisch abgelegt werden, da das Datumsfeld falsch gefüllt wird.

It would be helpful to have a scrolling ruler or placeholder when reviewing academic transcripts

restore the ability to filter select lists in the cloud using SQL statements
I'm building a pretty standard AP setup using cloud 7.1 and just want the users to pick from a list of open purchase orders that are stored in DW. can't do it! why not? can't filter select lists using SQL statements in the cloud! wtf? bring it back.

Benutzersynchronisation aus der Kombination von zwei Active Directory Gruppen Active – Waiting
Es sollte bei der Benutzersynchronisation möglich sein, Benutzer nur dann zu synchronisieren, wenn Sie in zwei (oder mehreren) konkreten Active Directory-Gruppen sind.
Szenario: Es gibt eine Active Directory - Gruppe Niederlassungsleiter und eine Gruppe München. Nur wenn ein Benutzer in beiden Gruppen enthalten ist, soll dieser in die DocuWare Gruppe "Niederlassungsleiter München" importiert werden. Falls der Benutzer nur in einer der beiden Gruppen ist, soll keine Synchronisation erfolgen.
Dadurch müsste der Kunde nicht unnötig viele Active Directory-Gruppen anlegen (in diesem Fall eine Niederlassungsleiter-Gruppe pro Niederlassung).

Outlook Exchange Kontoauswahl - Eingangsrechnungen (ZUGFeRD)
Die Installation der Desktop Apps erstellt den Ordner "Eingangsrechnungen (ZUGFeRD)" im aktuellen Profil im ersten Microsoft Exchange Konto innerhalb von Outlook. Leider ist dieses im Zeitaltern von Office365 nicht immer das gewünschte Konto. Ein kleiner Auswahldialog könnte extrem helfen.

Attachments in Workflow Decisions
Add possibility of adding attachments in any point of a workflow decision. This should staple it to the document, as it happens in forms! This can help us complete a document though the different steps of a workflow.

Quick Approval from List with Gestures
To make approvals is very difficult and hidden... Swiping right or left (like in mail iOS app) from any task list, should give the option to take the decisions...at least those that do not require completing any field....

Controller Ansicht im WF-Manager: Option die Userinstanzen zusammenzufassen
in der Controller-Ansicht vom Workflow werden leider immer alle Userinstanzen angezeigt - ggf. definiert man in den persönlichen Einstellungen die Option ob diese zusammengefasst dargestellt werden (distinct in Bezug auf die "ID der WF-Instanz").
Hintergrund: 9 Nutzer in der Buchhaltung haben über 800 Rechnungen im Prozess liegen. Hier eine Rechnung wiederzufinden ist kompliziert, weil jede Rechnung 9x in der Liste auftaucht..

Der WF-Manager sollte SQL-Update in externer Datenbank können
nicht nur das HOLEN von Daten zu einem Workflow sollte möglich sein, sondern auch das ERSTELLEN / ÄNDERN von Datensätzen in anderen Archiven / externen Datenbanken - am liebsten auch mit der Option das SQL-update query selber angeben zu können.
Hintergrund ist, dass wir für einen Bewerbungsprozess eine Statistik-Datenbank füllen wollen5 votes -
Wiedervorlage von Aufgaben
Es sollte möglich sein, in seiner Aufgabenliste eine Aufgabe zu markieren, und diese auf ein Wiedervorlagedatum zu setzten. Somit verschwindet die Aufgabe für X Tage aus der Aufgabenliste, und poppt am gewählten Tag wieder auf. Somit kann man seine Aufgaben entsprechend der Wichtigkeit abarbeiten und verliert bei größeren Mengen von Aufgaben nicht den Überblick.

Schnellfilter Funktion in Aufgaben
Unterhalb der Bezeichnungsfelder sollte neben dem Filter Button eine Schnellfilterzeile eingebaut werden. Somit erspart man sich viele Klicks.

Indexwertprofile um das Recht "neue Werte vergeben" ergänzen (wie im Standardprofil)
In Standardprofilen kann das Recht "neue Werte vergeben" gesetzt werden. In Indexwertprofilen ist dies nicht möglich, jedoch für uns erforderlich, da wir auf Indexwertprofile angewiesen sind, diese jedoch um benutzerdefinierte Profile ergänzen müssen, da wir sonst Fehler in Dialogen erhalten.

To bypass an empty line in the table field with mandatory field at storage
When we store a document with a table field contains required fields, if we have a line empty, we have to delete the line to be able to store because fields are missing. it would be useful that docuware bypass the empty lines and deletes them

Add a possibility to share selected documents by a result list
It would be great to add a possibility to share selected documents. Example : if my result list contains 5 documents and i want to share 3 of them, i select them et and I get a link which creates a list of results with these 3 documents

Add reading formats in the viewer
It would be useful that DocuWare can read VSD and video (mp4, avi, .. ) in the viewer.
