Erfassung und Auswertung von Postleitzahlen (mit Länderkennung)
Leider ist es in DW bisher nicht möglich, Postleitzahlen als solche zu erfassen und wieder auszuwerten. Bisher geht dies nur als Zahlenfeld - dann jedoch mit dem Problem, dass führende Nullen nicht erfasst werden können (Bsp.: Chemnitz - PLZ: 09111) oder als Textfeld - dann jedoch mit dem Problem, dass keine Postleitzahlenbereiche (Bsp.: 95440 - 95449) als Auswertungsmöglichkeit in der Suchfunktion bestehen. Hier wäre es von großem Vorteil, wenn man ein Postleitzahlenfeld erstellen könnte welches so gestaltet ist, dass man je nach Länderkennung auch das passende Postleitzahlenformat eintragen und auswerten kann.

Allow wildcard to monitor multiple folders for monitoring in Connect to Outlook
When using monitored folders for storage in Connect to Outlook allow for wildcard monitoring to monitor subfolders of the monitored folder. We have users that store emails to DocuWare as well as using Archiving in Outlook. MOST of the time the user has subfolders in their email which need to be monitored for storage to DocuWare. Currently having to setup individual monitored folders to obtain this objective.

Product Overview should be accessible for some users
It would be good to be able to allow certain users to have access to "Product Overview" in the Configuration so that they can reassign user licenses and check the capacity of the system etc. without having to be a full system admin.

Add Portrait and Landscape options on Forms. If the lines are too wide they are compressed to fit into the portrait format.

2 votesThank you for your idea. Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.
But one notice on that: Try using landscape merge forms to receive a document in landscape format.

PlatformServices - API: Rückgabe von Stichwortfeldern
Derzeit werden bei der Anfrage (/DocuWare/Platform/FileCabinets/{fileCabinetId}/Documents?q={q}) von Dokumenten keine Stichwortfelder im Ergebenis mit zurückgegeben.
Diese sollten auch hier mit zurückgegeben werden, da man sonst extra jedes Dokument noch einmal separat anfragen und auswerten muss. (/DocuWare/Platform/FileCabinets/{fileCabinetId}/Documents/{id})

Workflow starten via Menü-Punkt
Derzeit starten die Workflows z.B. bei Ablage oder Indexänderung. Schön wäre es, wenn man als User die Möglichkeit hätte, bei einem bereits archivierten Dokument z.B. über das Kontextmenü einen Workflow zu starten.
Hintergrund: Indexänderungen über den Dialog sind aufwendig für einen Standard-User und ein Stempel als Trigger ist unschön, da man ggf. keinen Stempel auf dem Dokument haben möchte.
Man muss im Workflow Designer einstellen können, welcher Workflow darüber gestartet werden darf. Und diese Workflows sollten dann im Kontextmenü beim User auswählbar sein.

angehängte Belege als erstes anzeigen
Wir nutzen das Forms unter anderem, um mehrere Dokumente zu einem Vorgang abzulegen.
Die erste Seite der von uns angehängten Anlage ist für uns wichtig, da hier die wichtigsten Informationen drauf stehen. Es wäre toll, wenn man auswählen könnte, dass das DW Formular auch nach hinten verlagert werden könnte und nicht als erste Seite abgelegt wird.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Bei offenen Anfragen zu einem Beleg sollte ein Hinweis aktivierbar sein
Bestehen zu einem Dokument nicht beantwortete Anfragen, sollte man einen Hinweis aktivieren können, der bei weiteren WF-Schritten angezeigt wird.
Im Tagesgeschäft können sonst wichtige Rückinfos aus Anfragen verloren gehen. Sendet man viele WF-Anfragen kontrolliert man nicht ständig wo Antworten fehlen.1 vote -
Die Ausgabe von csv-Listen nur für einen markierten Teil einer Liste
Aktuell kann man jede vordefinierte und eigens gefertigte Liste als CSV-Datei downloaden.
Das ist praktisch, aber leider sind die Auswahlmöglichkeiten dafür zu beschränkt: Entweder man kann die gesamte Liste exportieren oder nur die aktuelle Seite (wozu auch immer das benötigt wird).
Besser wäre es unseres Erachtens, wenn man mehrere Rechnungen markieren kann und nur die markierten als CSV-Export zur Verfügung stellen könnte. Das würde einiges erleichtern.7 votes -

Number Group Limit
Setting a number group limit would be nice to keep track of page numbers on a fixed form.
For example, setting a number group to start at 1, having a limit of 5, would work like this:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 1, 2, ...

improve iconography
For a quick overview, would it be possible to improve the iconography of the results list? To know:
- the icon "document with trombone" already exists.
- The document format also exists.
- Missing the indication of an annotated document.
- Missing the indication of a stapled document.

Die Combobox mit dem Stempeln sollte ganz aufklappen können, ohne Scrollbalken. Tritt natürlich nur auf wenn der User viele Stempel besitzt.

Ferner fehlt mir in DW derzeit noch etwas Flexibilität beim Löschen von Dokumenten: Derzeit kann der WF nur minimalistisch zeitlich gesteuert werden

Ad-hoc-Workflow ohne E-Mail-Benachrichtigung konfigurierbar gestalten

es wäre schön, wenn man einen Ad-hoc-Workflow ohne E-Mail-Benachrichtigung an andere Anwender übermitteln könnte - als Checkbox-Option je Empfänger wäre das toll.

Windows Explorer Client Dokument senden
Ist es möglich, das Rechts-Klick-Menü im Windows Explorer Client um die Funtkion Senden per Mail zu erweitern??
Aktuell gibt es nur die Auswahl Senden => per Link.
Spannender Weise hat es Teamviewer geschafft, sich hier zu integrieren?..
Jedenfalls wäre diese Funktion sehr hilfreich, um die Arbeitsweise und Benutzerfreundlichkeit des Produkts deutlich zu verbessern, da aktuell der Umweg über den Webclient genommen werden muss.1 vote -
reduce license timeout (actual timeout is 2 minutes!)
Please reduce the license timeout to zero. Right now the user has to wait 2 Minutes until the license can be used on a different computer. our client has multiple virtualized workstations (autocad, ...) and a terminal server. All users work on terminal server an on virtualized workstations for some tasks. Therefore they need docuware on both systems. We accept that one use can only be logged in on one device. But on the other hand, it would be user friendly, if the named license can be used directly after logout. This timeout doesn't make any sense when working with…

Automatically logout from windows explorer client
The DocuWare-Windows-Explorer Client should logout an user immediately after closing the windows explorer. Right now it takes a lot of time until the client license frees up.

Background Process Status Screen
It would be very useful if an admin can see, which background processes are executed right now, and, which are scheduled. Additional it would be great, if you can see, how many documents are not processed by ocr.
