Es soll möglich sein, dass DocuWare automatisch die leerseiten entfernt. also genau so wie bei Scanner App soll es auch Möglich sein das die Import Konfiguration das automatisch macht.

Email Signature
Allow each user to create an email signature. The ability to copy or import ones outlook email signature would be beneficial.

Beim Stempeln nicht nur den Stempel an sich aktiv lassen, sondern auch den letzten Eintrag im Formularfeld
Zusätzlich zur Möglichkeit, den Stempel aktiv zu lassen, sollte man noch die Option haben, den zuletzt verwendeten Wert eines Formularfeldes beizubehalten.
Beispielsweise verarbeitet ein Kunde viele Rechnungen auf einmal, indem er sie mehrmals hintereinander dem gleichen Mitarbeiter per Stempel zuweist. Hier würde die Stapelverarbeitung deutlich beschleunigt, wenn der letzte Eintrag noch vorhanden wäre und nicht bei jedem Dokument erneut getippt werden müsste.6 votesYour idea has been added to our backlog. Case-Anweisung im WFM realisieren
Es wäre schön, wenn man die bereits vorhandene IF-Anweisung (Bedingung) zu einer Case-Anweisung im WFM ausbaut. Damit erspart man sich ewig lange Abfragen und unübersichtliche Workflows. So hätte man in einem Case-Block dynamisch viele Bedingungen und Ausgänge.

Ablaufdatum für URL aus WebClient
Oft werden externe Mitarbeiter in Prozesse eingebunden. Hierfür werden Links auf Dokumente bereitgestellt und verschickt. Der externe Mitarbeiter soll aber nicht einen dauerhaften Zugang zum Dokumenten erhalten. Derzeit ist es so, dass kein Ablaufdatum für eine URL definiert werden kann. Dies ist derzeit nur über den URL-Creator möglich.
Sowohl im WebClient als auch im Workflow Manager wäre eine Option gut, über welche ich das Ablaufdatum einer URL definieren kann.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Allow Documents To Be Placed in the Tray In The Order In Which They Were Selected
When adding files to a tray from a result view or importing, the documents will not keep the order in which they entered the tray.
This was a feature of the Windows client. They were added to the Basket Synchronously. With the web client they are added Asynchronously and if a larger file takes more processing in the queue it will go in later. Also the modification time seems to be based on minutes rather than the "milliseconds since Epoch to date". This also throws them out of order.7 votesWe are currently not considering your idea.

Keyboard Shortcut To Quick Copy Selection Directly To Default Tray
In the case of sending invoice multiple invoices in a particular order to a third party for processing, the client needs to search for and select each invoice from the result. The number of clicks and losing track when doing a CTRL select across 100 item limitation the result list is time consuming. The desktop client had this feature.

Clip Documents Directly in Results
Hello, I would love to be able to clip documents directly in the results list. Currently, we must check documents to our tray, clip them together, than store them again. This of course leaves the individual pages behind, which we must manually delete or mark for deletion. It would be enormously helpful to be able to clip them together within the results list. Just shift or ctrl select the documents, right-click, and clip. I can't describe how much time this would save our company. Thank you very much for your consideration.

Every error message should be searchable. If I type a DW error message and don't get any results, I just do no understand that.

Webadministration: Anzeige Konfigurationen auch in tabellarischer Form
In der Webadministration werden Konfiguration (Importjobs etc.) grundsätzlich in Thumbnail-Form dargestellt. Die Möglichkeit auf eine tabellarische Ansicht bei sehr vielen Jobs umzuschalten würde die Übersichtlichkeit deutlich verbessern.

Einzelablage bei mehreren Attachements im Email.
Unser Kunde erhält in einem Email mehrere Rechnungen, die via C2Mail direkt ins Archiv abgelegt werden. Hier startet sofort der Workflow. Jedoch soll für jede Rechnung im Anhang ein eigener Workflow gestartet werden. Hier wäre eine Lösung ohne vorher über den Briefkorb zu gehen und zu trennen, wünschenswert. Wäre auch super, wenn dies auch für C2Outlook realisiert werden kann.

Connect to Outlook Archivbestätigung verhindert lange neue Ablage
Wenn eine Mail erfolgreich abgelegt wurde, wird dies "rechts unten" entsprechend auch per Statusfenster bestätigt. Das ist gut so. Man kann aber vielleicht erreichen, dass der Ablage-Button in Outlook nicht erst nach dem gemächlichen Verschwinden des Fensters wieder aktiv wird, sondern schon während der Status-Anzeige. Das würde ein schnelleres Arbeiten ermöglichen.

Stempel soll bestehende Indexeinträge nicht überschreiben sondern die Werte anhängen
Ein Stempel soll bestehende Feldeinträge nicht mit dem Feldwert aus dem Stempel (hier ein Textfeld) überschreiben sondern die Werte an bestehende Feldwerte anhängen können. Damit könnte das gleiche Dokument mit dem Stempel für mehrere Suchbegriffe indiziert werden. Diese Funktion sollte beim Stempel individuell einschaltbar sein.
Ein Überlauf des Felds wäre nicht das Problem, da die anfallenden Einträge die 255 Zeichen nie erreichen würden.

I suggest that you add an option to have live hyperlinks.
I am wondering if it was possible to be able to click on a hyperlink which gets stored as one of the index fields. We would like some of our users to be able to click either on the result list or the DocuWare viewer and whatever the link has is where the users will be re-directed to.
Can that be done? We tried saving a couple of links on the result list and even on the document but the links are not clickable.
I have the URL for google.com but I would have to select edit index entries and…

Add the Org Admin role as an administrator to all new configurations/doc trays/file cabinets by default
The Org Admins should have admin access to all newly created configs/doc trays/file cabinets and not have to track down the creator when something needs to be changed. The role can be removed from Admin for sensitive documents, but it should be opt-out instead of opt-in.

Vom Archiv direkt zur Aufgabe
Es wäre sehr zeitsparend, wenn unsere Mitarbeiter direkt von einem Beleg in eine noch nicht abschließend bearbeitete Aufgabe springen könnten, ohne lange unter "alle Aufgaben" nach dem Vorgang suchen zu müssen.
