Offline Verfügbarkeit von Dokumenten inklusive Bearbeitung
bestimmte Dokumente sollten in dem Mobile Client auch offline Verfügbar sein und bearbeitet werden können. Sobald wieder eine Verbindung besteht oder manuell sollten diese dann wieder zurück ins Archiv geladen werden können. So könnten ganze Akten mit zum Kunden genommen werden oder Lieferscheine unterzeichnet werden oder ...

optional fields for groups or user defined tables
For index filters in profiles we often use a database view on the DocuWare Users and grups ("dwGroups, dwUsers, dwUserToGroup").
This helps to make a SQL index filter with the user-group settings.
Often the group name itself is implemented in the index filter. For example the users in the DW group with the name "grp_Accounting" are just allowed to see documents of the business unit "Accounting".
SQL index filter: CURRENTUSERLONGNAME() IN (SELECT v.User FROM View V Where (dwdata.dbo.archiv.)BusinessUnit = LEFT(3,v.groupName)

Feldreihenfolge in Dialogen seperat konfigurieren
Wenn man in der Administration viele Dialoge hat, z.B. viele Aufgabenlisten eines TaskManager Workflows, so muss bei jedem einzelnen die Reihenfolge der anzuzeigenden Felder definiert werden. Bei der ersten Konfiguration geht das gut, da man dann eine bereits konfigurierte Aufgabenliste kopieren kann.
Sollte sich aber je die Reihenfolge ändern oder ein Feld hinzukommen so muss man jeden Dialog anfassen.
Es wäre sehr praktisch, wenn man die Feldanzeige und Reihenfolge seperat konfigurieren und dann den Dialogen zuweisen könnte.
So müsste man nur eine Konfiguration anpacken um das Aussehen aller dieser Konfiguraiton zugewiesenen Dialoge zu ändern.12 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Stempel mit der Option, das Kommentarfeld zu befüllen
Hallo!
Wir haben das Problem, dass wir gerne einen Freitext auf ein Dokument schreiben möchten. Das ginge natürlich mit "Text auf Anmerkungsebene schreiben", aber dieses ist zu umständlich, da nicht sofort ersichtlich ist, wann geschrieben worden ist und wer es war.
Dann hatte ich die Idee, in einen Stempel mehrere Zeilen zu setzen. Das geht, aber wenn die unteren 5 Zeilen nicht benutzt werden ist der Stempel riesig und nur eine Zeile ist belegt.
Daher wäre unser Wunsch, dass ein Stempel ein Kommentarfeld enthält und dieses dann auch optional in die Bemerkung der Indexeinträge geschrieben wird. Wichtig wäre auch, dass…

CDN with Fallback to Local Script Repository
Starting with DW 6.6 Hotfix 8 DocuWare the Web.Settings flag "UseLocalCDN" has been set to "false". Quote: "For better performance you should disable this flag. If the flag is disabled, the fat JavaScript libraries are downloaded from Google CDN orother CDNs." There should be a fallback option just in case external CDN are blocked or unavailable.

Funktionsbuttons im Briefkorb
Für viele Anwender wäre es sehr angenehm wenn die, im Briefkorb zur Verfügung stehenden Funktionalitäten (heften, klammern etc.), als Buttons definiert werden können, wie es für die Ergebnisliste möglich ist. Einige dieser Buttons waren in der Version 6.1 per Default in der Oberfläche drin.

Call DW Desktop scanning for integration
We are doing many integrations with DocuWare; in many cases the user would like to scan and store documents from within their applications.
I suggest to introduce methods where the user will call a certain scanning settings to scan and store documents "usually to file cabinet". this should have the ability to get the passed indexing criteria from the application.I believe this should be introduced to work via platform services and Smart Connect. it will be also great if it could technically work via URL integration.

Stamp locations
My idea would be to have the option with Tasklist to be able to set a specific location on a document for the a stamp to be placed automatically. Individual stamp configuration would be idea. Mobile clients don't seem to be able to get the stamp in the same spot as the web client.

Store and seach dialog
I suggest you make store and seach dialogs possible to copy to other file cabinets, because the prosses with ordering the fields is MASSIVE! If you have 50 Field for example, all the pressing on left mouse key is hurting my finger ;)

Export Documents without annotations but with stamps
It should be possible to export/print/download documents with stamps but without any other text-annotations!
This feature would be great when you to export mutliple documents for the local finance authority!

Automatisches Ablegen mit Archivwahl
In den früheren Versionen (Windows-Client) gab es die Möglichkeit, Dokumente aus einem beliebigen Briefkorb in ein vom User bestimmtes Archiv abzulegen.
Diese Funktion fehlt anscheinend im WebClient unter 6.6.Diese Funktion wäre praktisch, da man nicht für jedes Archiv einen eigenen Briefkorb definieren muss!

Add Edit/Versioning to Mobile Client
Users are asking to be able to Edit documents from the Mobile Client. They can download the documents and edit them, but there is no way in the Mobile Client for them to upload the documents back into the system.
Our attorney clients would also like to be able to use Versioning.

Viewer Übersicht
In der aufgeklappten Übersicht des Viewers, sollte (links) die Seite markiert werden die (rechts) gerade angezeigt wird und die Übersicht sollte beim anzeigen eines Dokuments schon geöffnet sein.

Ab Version 6.5 Infobox zu Ergebnisliste bei "Mehrere Indexeinträge ändern" nicht mehr gegeben
Ab Version 6.5 ist die Infobox zu einer Ergebnisliste bei der Nutzung "Mehrere Indexbegriffe ändern" nicht mehr gegeben.
Der User muss nun manuell das Feld wählen, welches er Ändern möchte. Zusätzlich fehlt damit auch die Möglichkeit spezifische Auswahllisten etc. einzurichten.
Wir haben die Änderung mehrere Indexbegriffe in einigen Prozessen implementiert (um dem User die Arbeit einfach und sicher (keine falschen Eingaben).
Nun sehen wir überhaupt keine Möglichkeit diese Prozesse weiterhin mit DocuWare abzubilden.MFG / Peter Haiss COB Gmbh

additionally, there is no need to change the document task because reassign not imply skip the task

Hyperlinks zu Dokumenten im Archiv auch im RTF Mailformat
Wir nutzen in Outlook das RTF als Standard-Mailformat. Werden nun Hyperlinks aus Docuware erstellt (Senden / Dokument / Als Hyperlink) ist das leider nur Text. Hyperlinks sind aber auch im RTF Format möglich.
Aktuell wandle ich die Links durck "Markieren / STRG+K / Enter" in einen funktionierenden Hyperlink um.
Bitte prüfen sie, ob das ggf. automatisch, wie in HTML Mails erfolgen kann, gerade wiel wir auch überlegen uns ggf. das docuware Task Modul anzuschaffen, was aber nur Sinn macht, wenn auch funktionierende hyperlinks verschickt werden.

Connect 2 Mail to also allow the usage of .msg not just .pdf and .eml
I think it is great you added the .eml to the Exchange configuration in Coonect2Mail feature of 6.6.
However the .eml extension does not allow for forward/reply/reply all from the right-click context menu. This is currently allowed with an Active import and Connect2Outlook stored emails.
The only way to forward/reply/reply all is to edit the document. This causes a security concern for users that do not have the edit right/ however they were still able to forward/reply/ reply all from the context menu.Please look at adding the emails as .msg again from the C2M module.

More options in "Show User Rights" in admin tool
It would be nice to see more rights in the "Show User Rights" menu in the admin tool. Examples of desired rights would be Document Trays, Stamps, templates, assigned configurations (user/admin rights)...
