Ich möchte beim DWPrinter wieder eine Einstellung für Folgeseiten beim hinterlegten Briefpapier vornehmen können, wie das beim TIFFMAKER möglich war.

Zusatzinfo bei Benutzer: Datum der letzten Anmeldung anzeigen
Bei der Übersicht der Benutzer soll das Datum angezeigt werden, wann der Benutzer sich zuletzt angemeldet hat. Idealerweise kann nach dem Feld gefiltert oder sortiert werden.
In unserem Unternehmen gibt es KollegInnen und Kollegen, die ihren Docuware-Zugang nicht (mehr) nutzen (zB Abteilungswechsel, ... ). Mit der Info beim Benutzer, wann sich die Person zuletzt angemeldet hat, hat man ein schnelles Indiz ob der User auch tatsächlich gebraucht wird.
Das wäre insbesondere für Docuware Cloud hilfreich, wo diese Info nicht einfach in der SQL-Datenbank dahinter abgefragt werden kann.

Audit in document tray.
As document tray is a part of Docuware system, we need an audit fonctionnality.
As part of our continuous improvement process, we have identified the need to strengthen your DocuWare configuration regarding audit trail management and supporting document retention.
Currently, some document types arrived in document tray without complete traceability. This creates gaps in the reliable audit trail and limits our ability to retrieve and validate records efficiently during internal reviews or audits.

When entering dates in a date field, as soon as a month value is entered, the day and year autofill with today's day and year.
If users want to insert today's date, they will type an 'x'. Having the system auto-filling today's day and year greatly increases the chance for errors.
PLEASE change the functionality of date fields to match all other popular programs. A date field should be one single field when entering and not 3 separate fields. Trying to edit a mistyped date is very tedious!

E-Rechnung: Dokumentengröße im Briefkorb
Moin,
wir haben einen aktuellen Featurevorschlag: Anzeige der Dokumentengröße im Briefkorb, evtl. auch mit Hinweisflag. Hintergrund der Problematik ist das manche Lieferanten E-Rechnungen mit vielen Anhängen verschicken, die landen dann im Briefkorb und werden abgelegt. Durch die schirre Maße an Anhängen ist das Volumen der E-Rechnung zu hoch über 30 MB. Das führt später einfach zu Problemen, die einfache Lösung wäre die Anzeige der Dokumtengröße im Briefkorb, dadurch kann vor der Ablage schon das Dokument als solches erkannt werden und Rücksprache mit dem Lieferanten erfolgen. Was natürlich darüber hinaus ebenfalls wichtig wäre, ist das trennen der E-Rechnung und Anhänge, wobei…

Request for Product Enhancement: Enable Scheduled Refresh for DocuWare Power BI Connector
The DocuWare Power BI Connector does not support scheduled refresh.
We have been informed through DocuWare Support that this is due to the current product specification.
However, scheduled refresh is essential in order to always view the most up-to-date information on Power BI dashboards. Without this capability, it is difficult to operate dashboards effectively in a production environment.
We strongly request an enhancement to the DocuWare Power BI Connector to enable scheduled refresh. This improvement would significantly increase the usability and value of the product.SRNumber : SR-282397-B8X2W

Currently DocuWare is not able to create a connector for Microsoft Power BI supporting scheduled refresh.
Microsoft only allows "Certified Connectors" for their Power BI Service. The hurdles for getting certified were not reachable in the past for DocuWare.

Add permission to assign licenses in a function profile
I would like to see a separate permission to assign user licenses. It is currently only available to organization administrators. Org admin role gives a user full access to configure the entire system. I have IT people that manage licenses that do not need full system access.

Verarbeitung digital signierter E-Mail-Anhänge
Bei digital signierten E-Mail-Anhängen (z. B. S/MIME) wird aktuell nur der Container archiviert. Das enthaltene Dokument (z. B. PDF-Rechnung) wird nicht automatisch extrahiert.

Enabling Audit Functionality for the Document Tray
We would like to enable audit functionality for the document tray.
Since the document tray is also an integral part of the system, it is necessary to track and retain all related records.

Dokumente aus der Suchliste direkt auf den Desktop per Drag and Drop ziehen
Hallo Zusammen, unser Kunde wünscht sich, Dokumente aus der Suchleiste per Drag and Drop direkt in einen Ordner oder auf den Desktop seines Clients zu ziehen. Derzeit ist dies nur mit der Funktion "Herunterladen" möglich.

Auswahllistensortierung in der Suchmaske im Dialog einstellen
Hallo Zusammen, unser Kunde wünscht sich die Möglichkeit, die Auswahlisteneinträge der Standartauswahlliste innerhalb der Suchmaske anders sortieren zu können. Derzeit ist es fix hinterlegt, dass Einträge nur alphabetisch aufsteigend, also von der Zahl 0 bis zum Buchstaben Z angezeigt werden. Der Kunde würde dies gern in umgekehrter Reihenfolge angezeigt bekommen. Hier wäre es praktisch, wenn man dies im Suchdialog je Feld selbst definieren könnte.

Do not display prohibited operations in the right-click menu
The index value profile settings are set so that any document cannot be downloaded.
However, when you select a document in the web client and open the right-click menu, the "Download" menu appears.
When you try to download it, an error message appears and the download does not work.
I believe this is normal behavior, but it is confusing for users.
For documents that cannot be downloaded using the index value profile settings, hide the "Download" option in the right-click menu.2 votes -
datei umbenenen. Verzeichnis der angeklammerten Dokumente als Auflistung
Da man zB in angeklammerten Dokumenten als Überschrift nur Dateiname hat, wäre gut, diese auch anpassen zu können, sodass es verständlich ist, was da angeklammert wurde, ohne das Dokument komplett zu lesen.
Auch eine Übersicht der Dateinamen im Viewer alternativ zu Miniaturen wäre effizienter und eindeutiger. Wir können in Miniaturen die 10 Abrufe des Vertrages nicht unterscheiden sonst - allessieht gleich aus. Das ist mühselig.

Angeklammerte Dokumente in Übersicht auch als Text (Inhaltsverzeichnig) anzeigen
Übersicht der angeklammerten Dokumente sollte mit Inhaltsverzeichnis als alternative zu Miniaturen verbessert werden. Miniaturen sind nicht wirklich verständlich, wenn man viele Dokumente hat. Man muss den Dateiname sehen, oder die Überschrift für Inhaltsverzeichnis selbst beim Anklammern vergeben.

Feature "Einloggen als ...User xy", um Berechtigungen sofort zu prüfen.
Wie in anderen Software, zB Personio, wäre es gut, wenn Admin sich als User einloggen könnte, um zu gucken, dass der User alle notwenigen Berechtigungen hat und das Nötige sieht und das Irrelevante nicht sieht. Das würde die Administration um tausendfaches vereinfachen und nach vorne bringen.

DocuWare soll Dokumente KI-gestützt analysieren, kompakte Zusammenfassungen sowie kontextbezogene Hervorhebungen bereitstellen und zusätzlich mögliche Verknüpfungen zu inhaltlich passenden Dokumenten vorschlagen.

One-Click/-Touch Indexing und Copy-&-Paste-Funktion in DocuWare Mobile
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn mobile Nutzer in DocuWare Mobile die Möglichkeit hätten, Text direkt im Dokument zu markieren und diesen über die Aktion „In Indexfeld übernehmen“ gezielt in ein auswählbares Indexfeld zu schreiben. Dabei sollten Funktionen zum Überschreiben oder Ergänzen bestehender Werte sowie eine Validierung entsprechend dem jeweiligen Feldtyp unterstützt werden.
Ergänzend dazu sollte das Kontextmenü für markierten Text eine native Copy-&-Paste-Funktion bereitstellen, mit der der markierte Text in die System-Zwischenablage kopiert werden kann, um ihn flexibel in weitere Indexfelder oder externe Anwendungen einzufügen.

Add "Read out loud" functionality similar to Adobe Acrobat
This is required to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA requirements which ensure web content is Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR) for users with disabilities. It includes all 2.0 A/AA standards plus 12 new criteria focused on mobile, low vision, and cognitive disabilities, such as Reflow, Text Spacing, and Non-text Contrast. Request to Improve DocuWare Field Mask Validation to Detect and Reject Spaces
In the definition of DocuWare field masks, it is currently not possible to reject space characters.
According to the following community forum post, field masks are unable to properly evaluate or detect spaces.
We would like to request an enhancement to the DocuWare field mask definition so that it can include logic capable of detecting and validating inputs that contain spaces, such as half-width (ASCII) spaces.
