Restore the ability to connect SmartConnect to a read only connection.
You cannot connect docuware desktop apps (or officially the mobile client) to the read only platform instance. you could do these things in 6.1.

So you're saying that if I Install and create a regular platform and then making it a RO site that will solve the problem of being able to use the Read Only license with Smart Connect?
This can be achieved by installing RO platform on a different computer (Install as regular platform and then make it RO)
