Allow users to view all items in select list not just fixed amount of entries.
Allow users to view all items in a select list instead of a fixed amount of entries in the drop-down while approving a document in a workflow.

Allow adding in expenses without receipts; e.g. mileage or daily fees
Allow adding in an expense that doesn’t accompany a receipt. Submitting mileage for personal vehicles, or daily rates that are added.

Use MobileIron API to secure DocuWare Mobile App
MobileIron Inc. is an American software company specializing in solutions for mobile device management (MDM) and enterprise mobility management (EMM).

Bring back Docuware Mobile II or at least the functionality that it had
It seem that the latest version of DW Mobile was reduced in its capabilities from the original version. Almost like it was only developed for cell phone/ small screens. DW Mobile II had a lot more features for viewing documents and navigation was easier. We use tablets, not phones in the field for viewing documents.

For the use on tablets please use the browser and the Web Client -
Lock Paperscan so user must delete after upload.
In a HIPAA environment, once a document has been uploaded to DocuWare is must be deleted from the Mobile Device. Currently this is a user option, and there should be a setting to prevent the user from turning this off, so all documents are deleted after upload.

Add the display of fields of type Description in Workflow tasks
It would be good if the information/data of the "Description" type fields could be displayed in the Workflow tasks from the mobile phone since currently this information is not visible.

Implement Monitor Tasks in the Docuware mobile application.
It would be great if in the Docuware mobile app the "Controllers" users of a Workflow could access to view and interact with the "Monitor Tasks" tasks and not only those assigned to them.

Paper Scan on android : a standalone version which does not require to install docuware mobile app
It would be more simple to use paper as a standalone applicaition scan without installing the docuware app to connect to a cloud and send the scanned files.

Remove the "unnamed document" field from the tablet result view.
Currently, the mobile app forces you to show the Document name/file name in the Mobile app result view. The ability to hide this column or at least move it away from the front.

Quick Approval from List with Gestures
To make approvals is very difficult and hidden... Swiping right or left (like in mail iOS app) from any task list, should give the option to take the decisions...at least those that do not require completing any field....

Possibility to recover the forgotten password
Like in the web interface, the mobile app must offers the possibility to send the password at the specified user.
