Please make the new Outlook Add-in available for on-premise customers. Currently, this new add-in is only available for cloud customers. We have clients who use Macs who would benefit from storing emails to DW using this add-in, since Connect to Outlook & DocuWare Desktop are not available for Macs.

Ability to store a memo in a variable
Ability to store a memo in a variable so you could set a termplate of email in html in a memo and call it from a workflow to a variable to use it.

Dialog template
In some systems, there are a lot of dialogs. Ordering the fields could be difficult and the technician could make a lot of mistakes. It could be nice to create dialog template, so the new dialogs could be automatically order with that template.

Having a table field with tax base and tax rate, I would like to automatically calculate the total amount.

Set internal lists as Multi-column lists
Make the "internal lists" of the "indexing assistance" multi-column
in order to be able to store additional information relating to users, roles and groups, and cross-reference this data.This would be a practical and useful function in forms, workflows, etc.

Have the ability to delete our own stamp if placed by error
It would be nice to be able to delete our own stamp if we place on a document by error or on the wrong page in the document. Or even have the ability to move it after it been placed.

Stamps - Permissions Loophole
By allowing all users the ability to create a stamp, you're allowing them to set any field to any value they want. Yes there are permissions you can lock down on fields, but if it's a field they normally can change, for example a Status field, they're no longer limited to select list options. They could mark an invoice "Approved" for example when they're not supposed to, potentially kicking off workflows, etc. This is a loophole that needs to be closed. Simply putting back Stamp creation in the functional profile would fix this.

Add font color option to fillable form field in workflow
I would like to have the option to change the font color of fill areas on forms from a workflow when the field data is changed.
The form is completed and all items are entered onto the form in black. Then a workflow is triggered. The workflow dialog asks for information that can change what is on the form, then the workflow is configured with Assign Data to update that fill area on the form. It would be nice if the updated data could be placed on the form in a different font color, making it quick and easy to…3 votes -

It would be very interesting to be able to associate a single-line or multi-line text field with a selection list. We might have the ability to make some great form.

Overview panel anchored to view all document pages
Anchor Overview panel: The idea is that the anchor view will appear when clicking on the document, maximized, so the user can view all the pages of the document.

Keep the document viewer overview thumbnail images maximized at all times when a document is being displayed
Currently the document overview is minimised by default when a document is open in the viewer. Please provide the option to keep this maximised by default.

Add history / audit track for inbox and workflow designer to stored documents
When a document is stored, you can find only history after storing.
There should also be history from document tray and workflow in the download .csv. This is important because in an audit you want to know, when a document is send to the tray and the time between sending and storing a document. Also changed indexdata by a workflow should be available for auditing. Who has entered the index data a person or was this done by a workflow. Add the same buttons in WorkflowTasks than in filecabinet results
Hi,
Currently, in all filecabinet's results (List, result, folders) we are able to add buttons for some DocuWare tools such as "Extract to revise", "print", "send as PDF", "update index entry",... (see on screenshot 1).In workflow tasks, only two buttons are available : "History" and "Reassign" (see on screenshot 2).
For some clients, other tools are part of the workflow process. For example "extract to revise" option, is not available either on the viewer toolbox and it represents at least 3 clicks for the user to perform. So it would be great to have the possibility to have those…3 votes -
Global Workflow JSON object variable type
Make it possible to create a JSON object in the workflow, which can be modified (add, modify, delete node) by JSONPath. This can be used to build a JSON string for a webservice request, or be used after a webservice request to copy the response in such a JSON object.

workflow versionning
As an integrator, I waste time managing the different version of DocuWare with Workflow. I would like it to be possible to have a workflow and for it to automatically adapt to the version of the client's desktop apps. Normally with application of this type, a version 1.1 must be able to manage a version 1.0, on DocuWare this basic standard is not on and this wastes a lot of time...

Handwriting OCR improvement
OCR has come great lengths in handwriting OCR but docuware is still 7+ years back, improvement would be greatly appreciated

Set indexes or variables to NULL in a workflow
Today, in a workflow, we can't set index values or variables to NULL.
We can "empty" this information but this is not optimal, it's not the same thing as passing them to NULL.The option is already present in the auto indexes

Add Collaps Arrow at the vertical divide Bar
As a user, I would like to collapse the search area or viewer directly. This is especially useful when I use many columns or want to enlarge the document in the viewer. With a Collaps Arrow these areas would be enlarged immediately. This feature is available in many applications e.g. jira.
