Trigger workflows from the contextual menu
Having the ability to trigger workflows from the contextual menu would be an easy way to allow users send documents to external services.

Archive EML files in Docuware with attachment
Our company wants a very necessary feature. We consider it necessary that if we want to archive an email, this is done completely and thus legally secure. Make tasks "read" only when the image is opened
Currently it only takes a single click to cause the record to be marked as read, even though the image has not been opened with a double-click.
Bolded tasks are those that have yet to be read. Bolded tasks are also viewed by those monitoring the workflows. It is incorrect that the approver has read an invoice if they have not yet opened the image.

add a note tab per file
When you are in a file, there should be a note tab to write a note regarding any recent notes to the file.

Product Overview should be accessible for some users
It would be good to be able to allow certain users to have access to "Product Overview" in the Configuration so that they can reassign user licenses and check the capacity of the system etc. without having to be a full system admin.

improve iconography
For a quick overview, would it be possible to improve the iconography of the results list? To know:
- the icon "document with trombone" already exists.
- The document format also exists.
- Missing the indication of an annotated document.
- Missing the indication of a stapled document.

Using keyword field in windows explorer client
Hi,
We use Docuware to store a lot of data, and we use windows explorer client to access them. Each document as several Keyword field.
We want to use this keyword field in the windows Explorer. My document being in several virtual directory.

Change languaje - file cabinet and fields
I suggest to translate to different languages, not only the web interface and the system entries, you could also add the name of the file cabinets and their fields.

how can the admin prevent the user from uploading unneeded documents, like Videos or audio files, whether to the file cabinet or the tray? version 6.12

Field list in Field behaviors should take the field name and not label
Currently the field list when using field behaviors are using labels. This gets confusing when you have multiple addresses or occurrences of a particular field.
If the field label was used instead, admins can make them unique.

View more than one document at the same time and apply annotations to both documents at the same time

Allow end users to reorder and delete clipped items while a document is in workflow without having to turn on version management.
We have end users that clip documents in workflow all day. They make mistakes. There is not easy way to fix this without turning on version management and checking out the document. This also balloons the cabinet size for no reason...

Mobile App
For the sales team, mobile Docuware could be a game changer for providing better customer service! Please add the ability to view my tray, share/send documents, and apply filtering options. The search option is great, but it would be valuable to see a list of documents.

one click indexing off by default
would like to have one click indexing off by default for new users. Most users don't index much and they change fields by accident.

Smart Connect (Search) - unable to append files to the result list
Allow users to append files to result list from Smart Search. Now, the function "clip" is not present, when user is using Smart Search.

Restore "*Required" Field Errors Back To Webforms
Our DocuWare Cloud instance was recently upgraded to v.7. Since the upgrade, our webforms no longer display errors above the Submit button when *Required fields are incomplete.
In v.7, the descriptive language regarding fields that are incomplete (e.g. "errors") do not appear on webforms. Rather, the "Submit" button remains greyed out and cannot be clicked until the errors are corrected.
Sorry to say, without the helpful errors actually displaying on screen, our users cannot figure out why the Submit button won't light up. One of our webforms is very long and contains many *Required fields. The users simply cannot intuit…
