  1. Ability to disable printing without annotations

    We want to limit our users to only print documents as PDF with annotations.
    or Send only as PDF with annotations.
    When we originally set up docuware we were printing our payable checks into docuware then sending the images to a check printer.
    We never dreamed the image would be so clear that the same check can be reprinted to the check printer multiple times from docuware with possible "Fraud" issues.
    We added a non-negotiable image to the checks (after the discovery)
    which corrects the issue going forward.
    We would like to Stamp the older checks and disable the option…

  2. Have csv file output from DocuWare with keyword index field data entries

    keyword values are not listed in CSV file output and these entries are lost in this report.

  3. Give the ability to drag and drop from the results list into an email

    When I get emails asking for documents I don't want to have to start a new email chain to be able to email someone a document. I would like to be able to pick a document from the results list and drag and drop into an existing email chain.

  4. I suggest that you allow protecting a Request by a password

    I suggest that you allow specifying a password in the configuration settings of Request that is requested when it the resulting zip is extracted.

  5. Export Documents without annotations but with stamps

    It should be possible to export/print/download documents with stamps but without any other text-annotations!

    This feature would be great when you to export mutliple documents for the local finance authority!

  8. Add nested option to rules for data export.

    Would like to have the option for nested rules when exporting data. ie "and" conditions combined with "or" conditions.

  9. Change data export preview to limit number of rows displayed

    Please limit the number of rows displayed when previewing an export data configuration. It often times out forcing you to run the report to see the actual output, which can be time consuming on larger data sets.

  10. Rename the "Extraction" function

    For many users the term "Extraction" (in french) is not really eloquent.
    It seems be better to call this function "Révision du document" (in french too).
    it will be juste a corrective to apply in the dictionary.
