add a way to change the download location when downloading from within the viewer
(optional separate button that offers full Windows file structure, in addition to the "quick download" button that defaults to the download folder)

Ich schlage vor, dass es möglich sein muss, dass der User beim Versenden das Mailkonto ändern kann
User wollen die Mail von einem Funktionspostfach versenden. Wenn der User das Funktionspostfach auswählt und dann einen Text in den Mail-Body schreibt, ignoriert DocuWare das und es ist kein Text in der Mail.
Das ist ärgerlich, denn so ist diese Mail nicht im Zugriff von anderen MA, die auf das Funktionspostfach zugreifen können.

docXporter integrating the index file into zip file
We have established a contract with a central purchasing agency and need to export accounting documents—including the journal entries—in ZIP format. This zip file must include the exported document and the index file.
For now, we need to combine the ZIP export with a powershell script to include the index file in the ZIP.
It would be a really plus to be able to integrate this feature directly into the docxporter settings.1 vote -
Beim Teilen per Email soll das neue Outlook (PWA) von Edit & Send unterstützt werden
Noch wird der normale Outlook (classic) Client bis 2029 unterstützt werden. Allerdings gibt es einige Kunden die mittlerweile Verträge nicht unterschreiben, da der Mail Versand an sich so momentan nicht funktioniert.

Dokumente aus der Suchliste direkt auf den Desktop per Drag and Drop ziehen
Hallo Zusammen, unser Kunde wünscht sich, Dokumente aus der Suchleiste per Drag and Drop direkt in einen Ordner oder auf den Desktop seines Clients zu ziehen. Derzeit ist dies nur mit der Funktion "Herunterladen" möglich.

viele Dokumente einfach verschlüsselt mit externen Dritten teilen
Es müsste eine Funktion geben, mit der sich größere Dokumentenmengen mit externen Dritten, gern passwortverschlüsselt einfach teilen lassen. Z.B. als einfache verschlüsselte ZiP-Datei mit den PDFs strukturiert darin.
Die Requestfunktion ist hierbei oft untauglich, weil Dritte und Kunden zum einen erst ein oft (unbekanntes) eigenes Programm installieren müssen und zum anderen dann die geöffneten PDF Dateien nicht, wie bekannt im Stapel verarbeiten können.
Ein schneller Dokumentenaustausch ist bisher nur über Umwege aus der Cloud mit Kunden möglich.

Neben dem Teilen eines Dokuments via Link sollte es auch die Möglichkeit geben eine bestimmte Seite eines Dokuments zu teilen.

DocXporter redesign and GUI interface.
DocXporter is horrid. Its a needed function, but needs redesign and stability. Errors in logs are useless. System stops in middle of downloading. My network is full fiber. Its not my network. Very very slow on output. You MUST design a front end GUI interface. Non programmers can t figure any of this out without paying EXTRA fees from tech support to set up. even the sample you provided me was just some other customers file. Was even more confusing because it had fields, functions that wont pertain to my needs. So you dont now if it needed to stay…

Export - Removal of spaces
Hello, would it be possible to update the data export with an option that preserves spaces, in order to configure a PNM file (SAGE type)? As far as I know, this is the only missing feature to make it work.

downlaod a document with embedded xml and with annotation (stamp)
I have an e-invoice document that contains an embedded XML.
When downloading such a document in its original format, it remains unaltered, so annotations cannot be included.
But I have a need to add a stamp to this document.
unfortunatly when downloading it as PDF with annotations, DocuWare creates a new PDF file. In this process, embedded XML content appears as a separate page rather than remaining embedded.Is it possible to download the document with annotation and keep the embedded XML?

Integration des "Neuen" MS365 Outlook in der Viewer Funktion Teilen --> Email
Derzeit öffnet die Teilen Funktion der Viewer Werkzeugleiste nur das klassische Outlook, welches nach und nach durch die neue MS 365 Version ersetzt wird und man die Funktion ohne eingerichtetes klassisches Outlook nicht nutzen kann.
Hier sollte die Möglichkeit bestehen, auch die neue Version nutzen zu können, ohne den umständlichen Workaround, die Datei herunterzuladen und dann anzuhängen.

Share by Email to the New Microsoft Outlook
Currently if you select "Share by Email" for a document in a result list it will only open the old Classic Outlook email client even if the new Outlook is selected as the default email app on the workstation.

MAPI - Enable multi-windowing when sharing documents by email from DocuWare WebApp
Dear all,
Currently, the window opened by DocuWare when sharing documents by email blocks all use of Outlook, which is extremely frustrating and restrictive for our customers.
According to the documentation in the link below, MAPI allows you to activate or deactivate this modal usage mode. This is what Microsoft describes in the note below, using available constants such as ‘DIALOG_MODAL’.

Drucken / Herunterladen von Dateien ohne Stempel, aber mit Textfeldern etc.
Es wäre super, wenn die Möglichkeit bestehen würde, die Dateien sowohl mit angebrachten Stempeln, als auch ohne diese, herunterzuladen oder ausdrucken zu können. Es kommt öfter vor, dass die Dateien mit Hilfe des Textfeldes geändert werden und dann weitergesendet werden müssen. Die Stempel sind in diesen Fällen meistens nicht relevant, sondern verwirren und stören dabei etwas.
Deswegen wäre meine Idee, eine Auswahl beim herunterladen oder drucken zu haben, bei der:
1. die Datei mit allen Anmerkungen (Stempel und Textfelder etc.) (evtl. besteht auch hier die Möglichkeit Stempel

Have an option to set the "original file name" either in the UI or in Workflow
The file name, as depicted in the bottom left corner of the viewer panel, is typically the file name used when exporting a document via Workflow (namely to a Web Service).
This can be problematic, when, for instance, a web form produces a document that goes into a workflow. In this case, the web form produces a file with the file name "form-name.pdf" where the name of the form is "Form Name". This can cause issues if the service in question expects different documents to have different names, or if the user has set the document name within DocuWare with…

Druckbereich auswählen (Seite von bis)
Es wäre schön, wenn man beim Drucken aus DocuWare nicht nur das gesamte Dokument oder nur die angezeigte Seite drucken könnte, sondern auch einen Druckbereich auswählen könnte.
Ala drucke mir Seite 5-9 aus insgesamt 15 Seiten auswählbar im Client und nicht über Umwege.

Consolidating "Like" data from Table field into Export Tool
Ability to consolidate information that contains the same information in a table for export:
For example:
Table
Item # GL Code Location Amount
1234 5000.10 103 100.00
2345 5010.20 105 200.00
1234 4102.20 103 100.00
1234 5000.10 103 300.00The Export would be the following:
1234 5000.10 103 400.00
2345 5010.20 105 200.00
1234 4102.20 103 100.00As you can see, there were 2 rows that contained the same Item #, GL Code, and Location....so we combined them to 1 row for the Export and added the Total Amount.
Is this possible?

Please create a DocXporter version for users not code programmers
With DocuWare API we have developed code that will display a list of file cabinets, and allow the user to select one from the list. Then browse to the desired target storage location. Finally select a cvs file with the fields desired.
Can't figure out how to open a DW search dialog to enter parameters.
Tried the DocXporter trial and was greatly disappointed! Hopefully DocuWare didn't pay too much for this technology. DocuWare has always prided themselves on code-free or low-code applications, but this is not an application, just some clunky code!

We would like the "Bookmarks" included in the PDF original document to be maintained even when downloaded with DocuWare.
When we download from DocuWare as an Original Document, "Bookmarks" are maintained, but when we download from DocuWare using Download with annotation, etc., "PDF Bookmarks information" is lost.
We understand that the "Bookmarks" information will disappear because DocuWare creates a new PDF. However, since "Bookmarks" are often valuable information, I would like the original "Bookmarks" to be inherited even if a new PDF is created.
