Checkbox statt Auswahlliste
Bei der Ablage/Suche wäre es sinnvoll nur eine Checkbox zu definieren anstatt ja/nein in der Auswahlliste auszuwählen/zu erfassen

Workflow: schreibgeschützte Felder bessere Lesbarkeit
Wir verwenden schreibgeschützte Felder in unseren Workflows um Anwendern Rückmeldungen zu geben oder aber natürlich schlicht wenn eine Information für den Anwender an dieser Stelle nicht änderbar sein soll.
Aufgrund des grauen Hintergrundes und der grauen Schrift ist die Lesbarkeit nicht optimal. Eventuell gibt es hier Möglichkeiten die Farbschemas für das Auge angenehmer zu gestalten.

allow filters on stamp configuration
Currently, some of my customers have a ton of stamps with no way to sort other than get into the admin tool.
Would like to maybe add a filter such as the ones allowed for Related Docs. That way you can tie the appearance of particular stamps to rely on the metadata of the document. (INVOICE doctype would show AP related stamps)

Workflow aus WF Manager "drucken"
Zur Besprechung und Fortentwicklung von Workflows wäre es sehr charmant, wenn man diese sozusagen drucken könnte.
Also nicht nur das Bild, was man im Workflow-Manager sieht von Aufgabe zu Aufgabe mit Datenzuweisungen usw., sondern jeden Schritt nacheinander mit den einzelnen Entscheidungsmöglichkeiten und Datenzuweisungen, sodass man nicht immer in jeden Schritt reingehen muss um zu sehen, welche Entscheidungen und Datenzuweisungen es gibt.

Link Connect to Outlook config to import config
Allow Connect to Outlook configs that are set to store attachments first to be linked to an import configuration.

Add related docs and preferences to mobile client
Add a link to related docs in the mobile client.
Also add the ability to hide/prioritize lists, searches, etc like you can in the windows explorer client and web client.

Docuware Trays Dropdown needs to show number of files in tray
It would be nice to have the number of files in each tray display on the drop down. This way I don't have to open the tray to see if anything needs to be processed. Please see attachment for example.

google-search "ENTHÄLT" alternativ zu "BEGINNT MIT"
das "lostippen" und das Anzeigen von vorgeschlagenen Begrifflichkeiten funktioniert in DW wunderbar, wenn der gesuchte Begriff exakt so beginnt.
Ich habe den Wunsch erhalten, dass Docuware auch Begriffe vorschlagen soll, die den getippten Wert ENTHALTEN und nicht nur "BEGINNT MIT" als Treffer übereinstimmend hat.
Mein Versucht mit einer "Wildcard" - z.B. einem Sternchen oder einem Fragezeichen zu arbeiten blieb erfolglos. (natürlich nicht beim Klick auf den "Suchen-Button" - ich meine das proaktive Vorschlagen von Begriffen noch bei der Eingabe)Da es sicher auch die Anforderung geben kann, dass man das derzeitige Verhalten beibehält wäre mein Wunsch, dass man optional das…

Ad-hoc WF-Aufgaben können derzeit nicht bearbeitet werden
in den aktuellen Docuware-Version (in 6.12 auf jeden Fall) ist es möglich, dass man "Anfrage senden" im Kontextmenü auswählt. Damit wird eine Ad-Hoc-Aufgabe erstellt, die dann jemandem zugewiesen bekommt. In unserem Fall war es die Aufforderung vom Chef die Indexwerte zu ändern - und da kommen wir zum Problem: Weder im Viewer noch im WF-Manager gibt es "Indexeinträge ändern" so umgesetzt, wie sonst - es ist maximal möglich die Werte zu LESEN aber nicht zu ändern. Der Trick von einer Aufgabenliste aus über eine "Dokumentenverknüpfung" (früher hieß das "Link") in eine reguläre Ergebnisliste zu kommen um dann Indexeinträge ändern zu…

Date/time for forms
It would be nice to have a Date/Time form ability instead of simply just Date. This would work great for forms used for meeting scheduling

Intelligent Index Überwachung von Stichwortfeldern
Es sollten generell mehr Möglichkeiten bestehen von Intelligent Indexing Felder zu überwachen. Am meisten benötigt wird die Überwachung von Stichwortfeldern. Bislang müssen mehrere Felder befüllt werden und diese im Nachhinein in das Stichwortfeld übertragen werden. Es gibt oft Rechnungen die mehrere Lieferscheinnmmern haben und die gehören eigentlich alle in ein Feld eingetragen damit die spätere Verknüpfung einfacher wird.

Auswahllisten einfacher den Indexfelder zuweisen
Seit der Version 6.12 ist das Zuweisen der AWLs aufwendiger geworden. Gerade bei Kunden mit vielen Dialogen, kann daher sehr zeitaufwendig werden, wenn der Kunde ein neues Feld anlegt und zu diesem Feld eine/ mehrere AWLs hinterlegt haben möchte. Daher sollte einfachere Zuweisung der Auswahllisten möglich sein. Zum Beispiel, dass man ein Indexfeld öffnet und in diesem die Auswahllisten und die Dialoge auswählen kann, bei welchem diese hinterlegt werden soll..

Allow Custom Zoom %'s When Opening Documents in Docuware
I would like a function in Docuware to allow each document you open to zoom in to a specific % so it is easily read. It will save countless times of clicking to zoom in only to discover this isn't the document you needed and have to repeat the process again on the next document.

Notifications to show value of a certain field
we have the "Show value of this field as a link" option in the message section of a notification.
I want to be able to add just the value of the field without a link embedded to it.

When you create a Folder and a Windows Client, the first column is the File Name.
Many DocuWare customers, including many customers from older version of DocuWare, have and index for file name, and set as the Document Name.
Now, when they create a new Folder, the first column is the file name. But, when documents are scanned into DocuWare, or imported from a network folder, the file name often is repeated, SCAN1.pdf, SCAN2.pdf, and so on. This can be very confusing to new users.
There needs to be a setting that will allow you to hide the File Name when you create a Folder, or reorder it to be in different column location.

Allow to configure automatic stamps with blackground colour in Workflow Manager
As you can not set an specific location for the automatic stamps in Workflow Manager, sometimes it can be stamped over the text of the document....if you can select a colour for the background of the stamp, at least you can see better the text included in the stamp

Vertretungsregeln sollten auch als Auswahlliste im Ablagedialog verfügbar sein
In Ablagedialogen ist es nicht möglich die Vertretungsregeln als Auswahlliste zu definieren. Hier gibt es nur die Benutzer als Auswahlliste.
Da bei uns über die Ablage auch teilweise Workflows ausgelöst werden, wünschen wir uns jedoch, dass es auch möglich ist hierbei die Vertretungsregel auszuwählen, an die der Workflow dann zugewiesen werden soll. Derzeit arbeiten wir hier notgedrungen mit den Benutzern, wobei bei der Zuweisung an einen Benutzer die Vertretungsregel nicht greift.

Please make it possible to do a word search or number search in the document tray to filter out duplicates.
On a daily basis we receive a large amount of Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the raw materials that are delivered. There will be multiple copies of the COA's for the same lot and then there will be other lots attached as well. I am unable to take the time to look through all of them, so we scan everything. Once they are in the document tray I need a solution to filter out the duplicate COA's before I store them. For instance, right now I have 600 COA's I need to store but I know I could get rid…

Form filling checks and crosses
When mapping fields to a merge doc, can we have the option to have ticks, or checks as well as the existing "X" ?
The reason is that when using a Checkbox field in form design, and then mapping that to a merge form the data changes from a "tick" for yes on the web form, to an "X" which can be interpreted as a "No" on the merge form.
