Bei Zuweisung an Vertretungsregel sollte in Workflow-Historie stehen, an welchen Benutzer die Aufgabe geleitet wurde
Weist man eine Aufgabe an eine Vertretungsregel zu, so ist nicht unbedingt ersichtlich, an wen die Aufgabe geht. Es wäre schön, wenn in der Historie angezeigt würde, an welchen Benutzer die Aufgabe gegangen ist, da es bei der Vertretungsregel ja evtl. auch nicht an den eigentlichen Benutzer, sondern an die Vertretung geht. Man könnte dies ja auch standardmäßig ausblenden und nur bei Bedarf mit den automatischen Aktivitäten in der Historie einblenden.

Benötigt wird
1.) eine Möglichkeit ein REGEX-Pattern für die Erkennung eines gültigen Wertes zu haben (extrem wichtig!!!)2.) eine Möglichkeit das erkannte REGEX-Pattern zu modifizieren, damit man es z.B. mit festen Werten modifizieren bzw. ggf. sogar mit einem zweiten Suchfenster kombinieren kann (wichtig)
P.S.:
ich empfehle mal Notepad++ da gehen sooo tolle Dinge mit Regex - siehe Anhang - einfach mal sehen und verstehen was mit geklammerten Sektionen im Bereich Suchen/Ersetzen geht... da macht im Suchen Dialog die…11 votes -
Benutzerdefinierte Aktionen in WebClient
Sehr geehrter Herren,
Wir sind hier in Brasilien der largeste Docuware Dealer und wir haben immer sehr komplexe Projekte. Unser Erfolg kommt eingentlich weil wir auch ein Softwarehouse sind, und komplexe Integrationen implementieren/entwickeln koennen. Darauf basierend wollten wir mal fragen, ob es die moeglichkeit gaebe folgende Erweiterungen bei dem DocuWare System zu entwicklen:- Wir vermissen ein Werkzeug ahnlich zu dem SmartConnect aber das uns erlauben wurden, ein externes Program mit Daten von DocuWare aufzurufen.
- Ein weiters funktion wenn ich dabei bin, ein Dokument zu indexieren, das nachdem ich ein Feld eingeben, dass es die Moeglichkeit gibt, ein Datenbank zuzugreifen um…

Allow someone to delete an auto upload that is pending.
If papers are in auto upload but do not load there should be a way to delete them with a click of a button.

Create barcode in forms merge
It would be helpful to be able to generate a 2D barcode which combines multiple index values while generating a PDF form from a web form. This way you could embed all the index values into a single barcode for simple index capture if the form needs to be printed and re-scanned.

Merge and Web Form
We have several forms where part of the data gets merged onto a filled out form that we give to the client, and the rest of the information is lost. I've worked around this by creating a basic word document to hold on to the excess information that is only used internally, however it would be nice if it was possible to use the merge form for the information you want on to a specific document, AND the web form layout that captures ALL the data.

In Forms sollte es möglich sein das mehrere Personen EIN Formular hintereinander ausfüllen können
In vielen Fällen füllt nicht eine Person das gesamte Formular aus, sondern vielleicht nur ein drittel. Danach wandert das Formular zur nächsten Abteilung, und letztlich zur letzten Abteilung. So ein Feature wäre sehr hilfreich, habe einige Projekte wo so etwas

Improve connector lines
Connector lines are impossible to work with and make look logical. They move on their own to mess up the WF when any step is moved or removed. A great model for the designer would be the connector lines in Visio. Please improve the designer with useable, logical and clear connector line composition logic.

Bring back the Print Result List button
Previous versions of the thick client had a Print Result List button that would print a result list directly to a printer. I have customers that use this to report on recently stored documents. Now they have several more steps to work around this missing button.
The older Thick client -
1. Search for documents.
2. Click button to print result list. - - It would be printed directly to a printer. (In a readable format.)The Web Client.

3. Open CSV in excel.

Biometric login
Hello,
We have customers that for totally different reasons need the possibility of biometric login:
1) those whose staff is not prone to use user names and pws
2) those that want to go above the security level of a pw

allow list-type Role variables to be used as select lists in tasks
When creating a decision as part of a task and adding the various fields to the form, we can tie a select list to a field (for all the usual reasons). However, we can only use the select lists we've configured in the Admin Tool (or configurations). It would be great if we could use lists that we dynamically create as part of the workflow using the new Role variable. This would enable more customization of the workflow decisions, and since we already have the list-type Role global variable it might not be that hard to just allow the usage…

Add an "Attach from DocuWare" button to the Outlook Ribbon
In Connect to Outlook, there is no way to search for a document when replying to an e-mail. For example: If I receive an e-mail from a customer requesting a copy of their contract. I click “reply” to this e-mail but the only way to attach the contract is to have a Windows Explorer search tree establish. However, using the Windows Explorer tree view is dependent on me knowing exactly where the contract is located in the folder structure, or which version of the contract is the correct one.

Possibility to open the full DocuWare Webclient from a resultlist
When a ResultList is open, the ability to transfer the resultlist to a full webclient would be good. Many users are missing the viewer and also the inconvenience of closing the result list window and opening a new DocuWare webclient.

Ordner - Suchfunktion
Es ist schon mehrmals die Frage nach einer Suchfunktion in der Ordnerstruktur des WebClients an uns gestellt worden. Wenn man seine Personalakten/ Kundenakten oder Patientenakten damit abbildet und mehrere 100Tausend Ordner hat, ist es umständlich, einen bestimmten Namen zu suchen. Über eine Suchfunktion wäre auch die Ordnerstruktur wesentlich besser zu bedienen und die Akzeptanz würde sich erhöhen.

Mouse-Over Funktion für Feldbezeichnungen
Wir haben DocuWare seit einigen Monaten bei uns im Unternehmen integriert.
Leider stellen wir immer wieder fest, dass ältere und neue Mitarbeiter Feldbezeichnungen unterschiedlich interpretieren und/oder die Zuordnung nicht verstehen.
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn es die Möglichkeit gebe die Feldbedeutung/- definition in einem kleinen Mouse-Over Feld einzublenden welches bzgl. Text frei angepasst werden kann.
Mitarbeiter müssten sich dann nicht durch die firmeneigene Dokumentation oder bei Kollegen durchfragen, sondern hätten schnell und unkompliziert eine Antwort auf eine, im Normalfall, nicht kriegsentscheidende Frage.8 votes -
Devellope digital signing of documents with PKI or other certificates
It's getting more and more a demand from regulation or goverment that the documents can be signed by one or more users. Docuware has no feature to support this.

Stempel im Viewer ausblenden wenn Dokument im Workflow Manager bearbeitet wird
Der User kann auch im Workflow Stempel auf ein Dokument setzten und Indexwerte verändern, obwohl er eigentlich nur im Workflow seine Entscheidung treffen sollte. Ausserhalb des Workflows stehen ihm ja oft auch andere Stempel zur Verfügung.
Es wäre für die Bedienung und Sicherheit gut, wenn der Viewer die anderen Stempel gar nicht anzeigt, sofern ein Dokument aus dem Workflow heraus aufgerufen wird und nur die Stempel angezeigt werden, die vom Workflow her vorgesehen sind und alle anderen ausgeblendet werden.

Bei Verknüpfung als Button sollte direkt der Name der Verknüpfung angezeigt werden wenn nur eine besteht
Man hat in einer Ergebnisliste die Möglichkeit die Verknüpfungen als Button einzufügen. Hier muss man dann jedoch erst draufklicken und dann die entsprechende Verknüpfung auswählen. Wenn es nur 1 Verknüpfung gibt, wäre es gut, wenn man die auch direkt auswählen könnte.
