Als PDF archivierte Dateien herunterladen als PDF - PDF-Features gehen verloren
Moin,
derzeit ist es so (DW 6.11), dass wenn ich ein archiviertes PDF habe, dass ich herunterlade mit der Option "Als PDF herunterladen ohne Anmerkungen), dass mir dann PDF-Features wie z.B. das Lesezeichen verloren gehen.
am liebsten wäre es mir, wenn solche Features nicht verloren gingen.
Wenn das nicht umzusetzen geht, dann wäre mir die zweitliebste Option, wenn man schon ein PDF herunterläd, was ursprünglich als PDF archiviert wurde, dass man irgendwo eine Option hat "Force Original PDF" - die macht, dass dann gleich das originale PDF heruntergeladen wird.
Wenn ich MIT ANMERKUNGEN herunterlade wird das natürlich nicht gehen ohne…3 votes -

Restrict annotation visibility based on profile
Customers like to use annotations on documents however if a user from a different profile logs in they too can see the annotation. If there was a way to hide them based on the profile that would be great.

Dokumente anhängen im Workflow
Beim Email Versand wäre es sinnvoll auch Zusatzdokumenten anfügen zu können, so z.B. alle Dokumente einer Type (z.B. Servicenachweise) zu einer Vorgangsnummer (z.B. Auftragsnummer) oder aber AGB Dokumente oder Werbedokumente.
Bisher kann immer nur das Dokument selber versendet werden.

Autoindex monitor should show updated documents
The Auto Index monitor in DocuWare 6.11 shows the number of documents processed, not the number of documents updated. I like that it now shows how many documents were processed. It would be nice if it showed both the documents processed and the number that were updated.

Development mode for Workflows
It would be nice to have a switch that would enable/disable notifications of non-controllers for workflows. This would allow the notifications to be put in place during testing and then enabled en masse when rolling the workflow out.
It would be even better if there was a way to redirect all notifications to the Controllers/Admins on a development workflow. That way the workflows can be confirmed as working, without spamming the end users before the workflow is ready.

Edit several index fields when selecting a group of documents
When you select a group of documents to edit an index field, it could be usefull the posibility to modify more tan one field. Right now, there is only the posibility to modify one index field at once.

Connect to Outlook - Auswahl welche Anlagen gespeichert werden
Kunden bekommen oft Emails von Lieferanten wo gleich mehrere einzelne Aufträge mitgeschickt werden. Diese Attachments sind dann pro Projektnummer einzeln ab zu legen. Hierzu wäre es gut, wenn man in DW die Möglichkeit hätte aus zu wählen welches Attachment jetzt gespeichert werden sollte.

Allerdings bietet Connect to Outlook und Connect to mail ab der DocuWare Version 7.3 die Möglichkeit Anhänge getrennt von einander abzulegen. Sie können damit eine Mail mit fünf Anhängen in sechs Dokumente in DocuWare aufteilen.Über einen Rechtsklick auf den Anhang in Outlook können ausserdem jeweils einzelne Anhänge abgelegt werden

DocuWare Import: Auswahl des Briefkorbes anhand von dynamischen Werten
Hallo,
es sollte möglich sein den Briefkorb, in den eine DocuWare Import-Koniguration hochlädt mittels dynamischer Werte auszuwählen. Im konkreten Fall liegt auf dem Server ein Ordner, in den aus der Software "PaperCut" von den Multifunktionsgeräten gescannt wird. Hierbei gibt es zwar die Möglichkeit eine XML-Datei zu erstellen, die dann jedoch nicht von DocuWare verarbeitet werden kann.
Wäre es möglich den Briefkorb bei einer Import-Konfiguration mittels dynamischer Werte (z.B. des Ordners oder eines Teils des Dateinamens) automatisch wählen zu lassen bräuchte man nicht für jeden einzelnen Briefkorb eine separate Import-Konfiguration und einen einzelnen Import-Job in der Desktop App.Eine Indexierung wäre…

vielen Dank für die Anregung. Die gewünschte Funktion ist – wie sie schon angesprochen haben – derzeit mit mehreren Importkonfigurationen (eine Konfiguration pro Briefkorb) sowie “Automatische Identifizierung” bereits möglich.
Die Möglichkeit bei der Konfiguration einen “dynamischen” Briefkorb/Archiv anzugeben habe ich als Idee für zukünftige Funktionen aufgenommen.

Sind Hyperlinks in einem Dokument hinterlegt, so sollten diese im Viewer auch interaktiv angewählt werden können
In Dokumenten unseres Management-Systems (WORD, EXCEL, PDF) sind oft Hyperlinks hinterlegt. Hier wäre es schön, wenn man diese auch direkt im Viewer anwählen könnte.

Archiv-Sprachen Felder über Datenbank Felder pflegen
Guten Tag
Wir setzen DocuWare 6.7 WEB ein und haben diverse Sprachen im Einsatz. Aktuell muss ich die SUCH/ABLAGE Masken je Sprache je Archiv pflegen.
Schöner wäre es wenn diese Felder über einen Tabellen Eintrag in der DocuWare System DB gepflegt werden könnten und dann je Spracheinstellung automatisch übernommen werden.Danke für Voten, wir sind hoffentlich nicht die einzigen Mehrspachigen Kunden.

Calendar Invite for workflow
We have many workflows where the process is sending the date and time of an event in an automated e-mail through workflow manager using the date / time feature. It would be wonderful if we could have the option in workflow designer to generate a calendar invite.

In ConnectToMail Dateianhänge filtern
ConnectToMail archiviert die gesamte Email. Wenn Eingangsrechnungen per Email archiviert werden, dann sind teilweise die Firmenlogos als Anhang enthalten. Diese würden wir gerne rausfiltern, da dies keinen Mehrwert bringt.
Gerade in einem Briefkorb taucht nicht die Rechnung als erstes auf, sondern das Firmenlogo und der User muss immer zur zweiten Datei springen, um den Beleg bearbeiten zu können.
Alternativ könnte ich mir eine Option vorstellen, in der man angibt, in welcher Reihenfolge die verschiedenen Dateiendungen an das Archivdokument angehängt werden, so dass PDFs als erstes erscheinen.8 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. The folder view does not display the first level field name.
In the Docuware folder view, the first column of the hierarchal result is labeled as "NAME" instead of the actual name of the field selected.

Add formatting options to workflow information.
In workflows you can add a description to assist users, however there is no way to format any text in that information window.

Durch die Einschränkung des "Arbeitsbereiches" sind Workflows mit mehreren Bedingungen und Entscheidungen schwer zu realisieren!

Master and detail mechanism for filecabinets
Today filecabinets only allow scalar fields for indexing documents.(Some exceptions as keyword fields, but that strategy does not comply)
It would be great to have the ability to have a master/detail concept. Allowing to store the information regarding the master document and its childs. INVOICEs are probably the best example, the filecabinet would allow to store data as PO number, total aumount, buyer info, etc (as it already does) and also in someway allow to store info about the ordered products info (SKU, unit, description, amount, etc).

Vordefinierter Eintrag "Dokumentenname"
Es wäre gut wenn die Variable "Dokumentenname" als vordefinierter Eintrag für die Ablagemaske verfügbar wäre.
Damit könnte man die unschöne Problematik mit "unbekannten Dokumenten" in Mobile und Ordner Ansicht optimieren.
Allein schon in der Präsentation VM beim Vorführen sticht es in Mobile unschön ins Auge, jeder zweite Kunde bemängelt es.
Derzeit ist der einzige Weg ein sichtbares Feld in der Ablagemaske als Dokumentenname zu definieren. Dadurch wir bei der Ablage das Feld auch immer mit dem Dateinamen gefüllt.
Wäre ein vordefinierter Eintrag dafür verfügbar, könnte man das Ablagefeld dafür ausblenden.2 votes -
Connect to Outlook storing using selective select list
Customer currently stores documents from the tray and uses selective select lists for indexing. However when the customer does a store using connect to outlook they are not presented with that as an option. Since it is not there they are forced to put the email in a tray and store from there to access the select list and extra steps. Having it available right out of outlook would speed up there process and maintain indexing consistency which is very important.
