Specify Destination for failed identification
I should be able to tell an Import folder what Document Tray to use if an import fails. This would allow failed jobs to go to a document tray used by multiple people, where they could be taken care of at a greater speed.

Reporting not available in DocuWare CLOUD
There is no way to connect to either the DWDATA or DWWORKFLOWENGINE tables in order to provide reporting for customer of DocuWare Cloud

Die Option "Briefkorb für jeden ausgewählten Anwender anlegen" wieder in das System implementieren. Ist das von der 6.10er zu der 6.11er vergessen worden?
15 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Im Augenblick konzentrieren wir uns auf andere Themen, deshalb planen wir diese Idee nicht für zukünftige Veröffentlichungen. Wenn die Nachfrage nach diesem Thema steigt, werden wir diese Idee eventuell wieder aufgreifen.
Wir denken derzeit darüber nach diese Möglichkeit mehr an die Erstellung eines Users zu hängen, also auch an User Sync. -
Multi Column Select List - Auto-Populate Data Once a Feld Is Selected
Hi,
Is this possible......
Multi-Column select lists.......
If a user selects an entry in a field using a multi column select list, it auto populates the data in the other fields that are configured in that store dialog using the multi-column select list.
I think this could be a very powerful feature that would eliminate a lot of processing time. If configured and programmed correctly, using a database connection select list, it could enhance DocuWare considerably.

Allow the opening of file URIs in the workflow manager
We can create links on a form to open a web capable application (http://...) but not a file link (file:///.....)

ability to hide or disable 'create data record'
end users are confused easily. I highly recommend adding the ability to hide or disable 'create data record' option in the web client. could be permissions driven or just a check box. I've had many users select this option when they really wanted 'store'.

Die Möglichkeit das ein Anwender, der eine RW-Lizenz nutzt, den Link auch einen Kollegen schicken kann, der den RO WebClient nutzt.

Wir haben es unserer Sammlung von Ideen und Funktionen hinzugefügt und werden es weiter untersuchen. Wir können derzeit nicht genau sagen, wann diese Idee umgesetzt wird. Sobald wir weitere Informationen haben, werden wir den Status aktualisieren. -
Importjobs sollten an allen Arbeitsplätzen zur Verfügung stehen
Es gibt Mitarbeiter, die nicht immer am selben PC arbeiten.
Wenn für einen Benutzer ein Importjob in den Desktop Apps angelegt wird, sollte dieser an allen Arbeitsplätzen zur Verfügung stehen, an dem sich er Benutzer anmeldet.
Diese Importjobs werden momentan lokal auf dem PC gespeichert. Das heißt, dass ich mich an jedem Arbeitsplatz mit dem Benutzer anmelden und den Importjob anlegen muss. Sinnvoller wären die Jobs in der Datenbank aufgeboben. Damit stünden diese überall zur Verfügung.

gespeicherte Suchen sollten änderbar sein

in DW 6.11 gibt es das tolle Feature, dass man sich Suchen als Liste speichern kann (als Anwender!) - cool!
Leider gibt es derzeit keine Funktion (zumindest habe ich keine gefunden), mit der ich eine solche Liste dann noch einmal ändern kann - wünschenswert wären 2 Arten der Änderung:
eine Dauerhafte Änderung der Suchbedingung und eine temporäre - wenn ich Ad-hoc etwas leicht verändertes Suchen möchte - es fehlte mir der Knopf "Suche ändern"5 votes -
Dateinamen suchen
Es ist im Moment nicht möglich nach dem Dateinamen, welcher unten im Viewer angezeigt wird, zu suchen.
Es ist lediglich Möglich nach den Indexwerten oder über den Volltext, dieser nutzt alle Indexwerte als auch den auf dem Dokument aufgebrachten Text.
Die Informationen aus dem Viewer (Dokumentname, Dokumenterweiterung und Datum) können nicht für die Suche verwendet werden.
Diese Informationen können nur „gesucht“ werden, wenn diese in einem Indexfeld gespeichert werden.
Der Kunde müsste also den Namen des angehängten Dokumentes im Nachhinein in ein vorhandenes Indexfeld schreiben.
Dies ist aber z.B. beim Anhängen im Archiv nicht ohne weiteres möglich.6 votes -
Wir würden gerne nachvollziehen können, welche Belege über Intelligent Indexing abgelegt wurden.
Wir bekommen regelmäßig die Meldung, dass das Kontingent für Intelligent Indexing aufgebraucht ist. Nach unseren manuellen Recherchen, dürfte dies jedoch noch nicht der Fall sein. Da wäre es praktisch, wenn man nachvollziehen könnte, welche Belege über Intelligent Indexing gelaufen sind.
Noch eine Frage zu dem Thema Kontingent:
Ab wann kann man das Kontingent über den Schieberegler selbst aufstocken? Die momentane Umsetzung von der Bestellung bis zur Freischaltung dauert leider sehr lange.7 votes -
DocuWare Forms
In den Formular Eigenschaften von DocuWare Forms wäre es sinnvoll wenn mabn nicht nur eine Hintergrundfarbe hinterlegen kann sondern auch ein Bild.
Des Weiteren wäre es zweckmäßig wenn man mindestens zwei Felder in einer Zeile platzieren könnte.
4 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Zwei Felder können bereits in einer Zeile platziert werden. Das Einfügen von Hintergrundbildern planen wir nicht für zukünftige Veröffentlichungen. Wenn die Nachfrage nach diesem Thema steigt, werden wir diese Idee eventuell wieder aufgreifen.

Allow nested operators in workflow designer
For the trigger conditions, it should have the same functionality as the file cabinet profile index filters. We should be able to set if Field1 is equal to Value1 AND Field2 is empty OR if Field3 is empty OR if Field4 is empty.

When sorting a list with the "Sort by" button, the "reset sorting" option may not be accessible.
In presence of a long sort field list, as such list is not scrollable, the "reset sorting" option, figuring at the bottom of the list, may not be accessible.

Connect to Outlook only stores attachments that are 1 level deep
We often receive emails that are forwarded as attachments and those attached emails also have attachments on them. Connect to Outlook will only store the first level of attachments. We would like to see the ability to store multiple level of attachments.That way the forwarded email and also all attachments on that forwarded email are stored in Outlook.

Extern Daten mit dem WF-Manager Stored procedure
Moin,
es sollte möglich sein nicht nur Indexwerte und GVs mit externen Daten zu füllen, sondern auch externe Datenbanken mit Update-SQL-Statements zu beeinflussen - der Zieltyp sind derzeit nur GVs und Indexwerte.
Konkreter geht es hier darum ein Feedback in eine My-SQL-Datenbank zurück zu liefern, sobald ein WF abgeschlossen wurde - am liebsten dann auch gleich mit einer stored procedure, bei der dann einfach nur n Werte übergeben werden.
Der hier verlinkte Beitrag ist sehr ähnlich und wurde kurzfristig und gut umgesetzt - würde ich mir für diese Anfrage auch wünschen :-)

See the progress of fulltext index for all file cabinets
You can access full text status in the admin tool. Give the ability to see a list of cabinet status in one view with a % of file cabinet that has been indexed.
