BIC, SWIFT und IBAN Erkennung durch Intelligent Indexing
Due UST Ident Nummer kann bereits über ein Std. Feld erkannt werden. die BIC, SWIFT und IBAN sind für internationale Rechnungen wichtig und sollten daher ebenfalls als Std. Felder zur Verfügung stehen.

WF-Manager- Abwesenheit delegiert und dezentral konfigurierbar machen
derzeit kann ein Mitarbeiter selber im Webclient oder der Admin mit entsprechenden Benutzerverwaltungsrechten in der DW-Administration die Abwesenheit definieren (anhand dessen eine WF-Eskalation/Weiterleitung stattfindet). Gebraucht wird eine Abwesenheitsverwaltung aber für den jeweils disziplinarischen Vorgesetzten eines Mitarbeiters - es soll nicht der Admin und auch nicht der Personal-Chef für alles MA pflegen müssen, wenn jemand unbeabsichtigt nicht arbeiten kann.

When using 'Keep Entries' have an option NOT to carry over field which is 'FileName'
When Multiple documents with similar Index data are stored, an option should be available to have the 'File Name' field come from the next document, not carried over from previous one. Would be even better if a selection can be made which fields are carried over and which are not.

Zur Eingrenzung der Barcodes auf einer Eingangsrechnung sollten Reguläre Ausdrücke möglich sein. d.h.: Barcode beginnt immer mit xx..... und ist immer x Stellen lang u.s.w.

Bitte die %USERNAME% Option fuer das automatische generieren von Baskets wieder ermoeglichen.
Momentan muessen alle Briefkoerbe manuell angelegt werden. Bitte bringt uns die urspruengliche %USERNAME% Funktion wieder in das System. Danke!

Die Trennung der Berechtigung "Verschmelzen" von "Bearbeiten",
das Ändern einer Worddatei ist eine komplett andere Sache als das Verschmelzen von Anmerkungen auf einer gescannten Rechnung. Wenn Beides in einem gemeinsamen Recht verwaltet wird ist das schädlich Der Verweis auf ein aktivierbares automatisches Versionsmanagement ist hier nicht ausreichend. Vielmehr sehen wir hier die Revisionssicherheit gefährdet.

Eine NOT Funktion bei der DocuWare Printer Konfiguration
Wir haben die Herausforderung, dass Ausgangsrechnungen je nach Empfänger anders behandelt werden müssen.
Also wenn auf der Rechnung "Empfänger 1" steht soll die Printer Konfiguration 1 verwendet werden. Bei allen anderen Empfängern soll die Konfiguration 2 verwendet werden.
Bedingung Identifizierung der Konfiguration 1:
Wenn auf dem Dokument Ausgangsrechnung steht UND Wenn
Empfänger 1 drauf steht.Bedingung Identifizierung der Konfiguration 2:
Wenn auf dem Dokument Ausgangsrechnung steht.Bei dieser Konstellation kommt die automatische Erkennung der Printer Konfiguration an seine Grenzen. Wenn jetzt eine Rechnung mit dem Empfänger 1 gedruckt wird, kommt die Meldung dass 2 Konfigurationen gefunden wurden. Es steht ja…

Reiter (Briefkörbe, Suchen usw.) sollten im Webclient nicht angezeigt werden, wenn der Benutzer nicht über die Rechte verfügt.
Reiter (Briefkörbe, Suchen usw.) sollten im Webclient nicht angezeigt werden, wenn der Benutzer nicht über die Rechte verfügt.
Die überwiegende Benutzeranzahl darf nur Suchen, da stört der Reiter Briefkörbe, da er an erster Stelle steht und eine Meldung ("Sie haben alle Briefköre geschlossen. Klicken Sie auf Briefkörbe, um einen zu öffnen") zeigt, die dem Benutzer vermittelt, dass er Zugriff auf Körbe hätte. Im lokalen Client konnte das gesteuert und ein- bzw. ausgeblendet werden. Auch die Idee die Reihenfolge festzulegen finde ich eine tolle Idee.9 votes -
Automatische Dokumentengröße Scan-App
Die meisten USB Dokumentenscanner können die Dokumentengröße automatisch erkennen. Somit werden auch z.B. Kaufbelege in der original Größe gescannt. Die Scann App erzeugt derzeit nur voreingestellte DIN Größen.

When you have many baskets, you don't know in which one you have documents. It would be perfect to have a symbol to see which basket is empty and which not

Workflows-Zugriff über Platform
In der GAPI war es möglich auf die vordefinierten Workflows zuzugreifen. Anscheinend ist ein solcher Zugriff über die Platform bisher nicht implementiert. Dieser wäre aber wichtig um Workflows zu überwachen und gegebenenfalls neu starten zu können.

Allow placement of Free hand stamps in the Mobile Client
I think the ability to place Free hand stamps would be a nice add on to the Mobile Client. so you could open your Document on the mobile device and sign it with your own signature.

We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status. -
Store and seach dialog
I suggest you make store and seach dialogs possible to copy to other file cabinets, because the prosses with ordering the fields is MASSIVE! If you have 50 Field for example, all the pressing on left mouse key is hurting my finger ;)

It would be nice if there would be a total of all the pages in the document tray.

Export Documents without annotations but with stamps
It should be possible to export/print/download documents with stamps but without any other text-annotations!
This feature would be great when you to export mutliple documents for the local finance authority!

Give more print setting functionality to DocuWare Printer
DocuWare Printer prints in color by default. Many occasions a black print would be much better and also less costly in file size. Give us an option to control the color options in the default printer settings. We are having quality issues with DocuWare Printer compared to the old TiffMaker. We are also running into file size issues because documents are printing in color and they are too large to email if we want to distribute outside of DocuWare.

Add Edit/Versioning to Mobile Client
Users are asking to be able to Edit documents from the Mobile Client. They can download the documents and edit them, but there is no way in the Mobile Client for them to upload the documents back into the system.
Our attorney clients would also like to be able to use Versioning.
